Habitaciones confortables y el servicio del personal muy profesional. Para el tipo de alojamiento no hay nada que reprochar; pero si mejoraría o se podría revisar el chirrido o descuadre de las puertas del baño. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

- Medina (10/5): A Caminar Villa de Leiva - La atención del señor Francisco Queda un poco lejos de la plaza principal. Son cuatro cuadras que parecen seis. Las cuadras son muy largas en algunos sectores del pueblo

- Verified traveler (6/5): La habitación no cumplía con lo ofrecido - Reservamos una habitación familiar para 4 personas, 2 adultos, 2 niños; al llegar se trataba de 2 habitaciones independientes en el altillo, las cuales no tenían comunicación y el baño quedaba por fuera con la posibilidad de acceso por cualquier persona en el hotel, simplemente subiendo las escaleras. Adicionalmente, hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones y la alternativa que nos dieron fue dormir con las ventanas abiertas, lo cual no era posible por los insectos. La descripción de la habitación para 4 personas no es real.
