Ryan (1/5): - Good location to both San Luis and cocoplum beach. Air con was good The check in process was a debacle. We were told we couldn't use the kitchen because we booked the wrong room and they were trying to make us cancel online but we would have been charged a fee for cancelling(no specific room showed as having the kitchen). Eventually they let us stay in the room which had access to the kitchen, as noone was staying in there so not sure why we even needed to cancel. This took over an hour to figure out. The hostel is attached to someone's house and the old lady I assume the mum is sort of dealing with check in but the person you communicate with I assume the daughter doesn't live there. So it was all very confusing, including arranging a time with her to pay on card. There was no light in the bathroom so if you shower in the evening it's in the dark. The light in the small kitchen was broke so we cooked in the dark the first night. They fixed it the next day but then they left all the dust and debris from drilling all over the kitchen floor and over the plates etc on the draining board. Overall I think the people running it were nice and the location is good but it's not run like any sort of professional establishment. We don't really speak any Spanish and it made the whole situation very difficult with the older lady unfortunately not able to communicate in any way with us. Seems recent reviews say similar. Much improvement needed.

Estefany Gisella (10/5): Superó nuestras expectativas, maravilloso. - El hostal es perfecto para una estancia cómoda, tranquila y amena. La piscina es deliciosa, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios. La señora Myriam es un amor de persona, nos trató súper bien, siempre dispuesta a resolver nuestras dudas. En persona el hostal es mucho más acogedor de lo que se puede apreciar en fotografías. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme cuando vuelva a visitar san Andrés.
Alejandro (6/5): Buena estadía - La pileta y la atención de la anfitriona. También está cerca de playa de san Luis con aguas muy claras y en sus costas buenos restaurantes con comidas típicas. En la esquina pasa el bus que te lleva hasta el centro y lugares turísticos a precio económico. No tenía una cocina para uso común de todos los huéspedes. Por lo que tuve que gastar todos los días para desayunar almorzar y cenar fuera 😌. Y en la habitación no había muebles para colocar las ropas.
Vivian (8/5): Good option in San Andres - Hosted by a lovely family/couple. Everything was there, pool, a small terrace and even a kitchen with supplies. Location is close to the sea which you can even here from the room The rooms were a bit old, but that is what you pay for. We also had some difficulties with communication since we're not good in Spanish.
Luan (6/5): It was ok. But the roof apartment is musty and shower is not so pleasant. Fridge is rusty and the outside tablecloth was - Friendly staff Facilities need renovation
