Guest Reviews
To magiczne miejsce

- Rowenna (10/5): - This hotel is so beautiful ! The bed was very comfortable and they put up a mosquito net for us so we felt very protected! The staff were super helpful and cooked us a lovely breakfast every morning :) it was so relaxing listening to the jungle sounds.
- Alexis (10/5): A wonderful stay - A wonderful hostel and an opportunity to stay in a more traditionally designed house. The breakfast was great, the hosts kind and helpful, and my room on the top floor got a nice cool breeze at night. I loved the cool shower after hiking around all day, but I know some people have a problem with that.
- Camila (9/5): -
- JennDuarte26 (10/5): - El ambiente, el silencio y la amabilidad en la atención. Un lugar muy lindo para descansar Nada
- xix (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung!
- Alicia (8/5): Good value for money - The owners were very helpful helping us book activities and adapting to our needs! Good value for money 😊 The room and bedsheets could be a bit more clean.
- Ryan (7/5): Beautiful accomodation; uncaring receptionist - The location of this hostel is perfect, the beds have mosquito netting and there's a pretty decent kitchen available to guests. The landscaping is very attractive and the dorm beds are located up on the top floor, under the palm thatched roof and entirely open for the night breeze to come through ( but not the rain ). Beautiful Amazon sleeping experience. The dorm "room" was open, so I wasn't sure if some animals would come in and mess with my stuff. I stayed one night, nothing happened.
There were no lockers for valuable items, even if the place is safe, I always prefer protecting important things with my lock.
Unfortunately, the attitude of the woman running the hostel was unfriendly, she was often not around, and when she was, she made no effort to be welcoming or helpful, and when she served breakfast it felt like she was being inconvenienced. For this reason I left after 1 night for a hostel with better customer service.
- Yun (1/5): Bad - No one was in the hostel when I arrived, I called messaged and asked around and still couldn’t reach anyone so I had to find a place to stay. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
- Jade (9/5): Lovely stay, safe, comfortable and relaxing in nature - Lovely stay! Friendly welcoming staff, great to chat with the family and learn about local area. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable with mosquito nets over the beds. Beautiful surrounding nature quiet and calm. I arranged a day trip with owner to lake to see dolphins and monkeys it was a great day and good value for money and I felt very looked after, thank you! No complaints :)
- Erran (10/5): Comfortable, clean, great breakfast, friendly people and would stay again - The people! Very friendly and helpful. They knew local guide who spoke good English and he done all our tours. Breakfast was great. Easy to get to everything. Mosquito net put up at night and room cleaned daily Nothing to complain about
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miguel (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed, attentive staff bringing us an extra fan and installing the mosquito net. Big rooms and good shared areas for coffee/Thea. They organize activities but don't explain that much about them / are overpriced for 1-2 people.
- Andreassen (9/5): Nice and friendly place. -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalia (9/5): Pure Nature - A real gem. In the middle of the village but surrounded by trees and plants and beautiful gardens.
A nice place to stay and come back after the excursions. Ismael is a very nice and kind host, willing to help and provide any information needed.
Highly recommend. N/A
- Magda (9/5): Superb -
- Lucile (10/5): Best hotel of Puerto Nariño - The architecture of the hotel was very beautiful. It is a very nice mix of traditional indigenous architecture, but with all the comfort of a modern house. It’s very clean, and with a lot of nature around. It is very central but very quiet at night. Amazing place!
- Bethany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rowan (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - Wifi signal doesn't reach the room. Only cold showers. Because it's a wooden house, you hear everything from upstairs, breathing, walking, talking.
- Diana (9/5): Superb -
- Cassie (8/5): Great base for Amazon adventures - Lodge was located within close proximity to all sites of Puerto Nariño (though it’s a small town). Breakfast was delicious. Able to book tours through lodge. Host was responsive to messages. It’s the jungle so as expected there were bugs. I woke up to a LOT of termites on top of my bug net.
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional - We had such a nice room with a balcony and hammocks you could use. It was clean and had mosquito nets. Marine could speak good English which was very helpful for us and her husband and the other lady who worked there were also so nice and friendly. They offer lots of tours which we did three of. We really enjoyed them all, especially the one where we went to Peru and saw sloths!
- Mattia (9/5): Superb -
- Moises (8/5): Marina was a really nice host. Hotel room comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was also really nice coffee fruit and eg - It was very clean No Wifi
- Diana (9/5): Superb - The attention and location
- Joris (8/5): Very good - The staff was great! They helped us finding the right trips and the trip with Ismael was the best!
- Alejandra (10/5): Exceptional - I liked how the place and the facilities have everything one needs while keeping the traditional ways.
- Irene (9/5): Superb -
- Lola (10/5): A loving and caring hostel that felt like a faraway home - This is by far one of the best hostels I ever stayed in, but honestly it felt more like a faraway home. The rooms are comfortable and dreamy, the breakfast is delicious and clearly made with love, and the staff/family is the most caring, loving and hardworking ever. I definitely recommend this place and would love to go back if possible! Gracias por todo!
- Andrea (9/5): A very nice experience - The hotel is very cozy and authentic.
Ismael, the guy that manages everything, is super kind and he’s also the best guide one you could have in Puerto Nariño.
- Juan (10/5): Really good value for money. The breakfast was a winner! - Customer service and great location
- Sergio (9/5): Super suggested - Breakfast was superb and also the staff, super kind. Ismael is also a great tour guide The Wi-Fi did not work super well in the room
- Cecilia (9/5): Sleep with the jungle sounds in a warm family environment. - Quiet, beautiful garden, delicious breakfast 😋 but my most was the staff, Ismael, Marina and Mrs Francisca make your stay so pleasant. Nothing to say
- I (9/5): definetely recommend this place to everyone who loves a small paradise in nature - We had a lovely stay with Ismael and Marina! They were very kind and organized really nice trips for us with local guides! The room was spotless and the shower was so nice with a cabin in the nature, connected to your room. -
- Max (10/5): Best in town - the owners we’re super nice and polite! they helped us allot with tours and getting everything we needes
- Daniel (7/5): Good - The activity proposals are well explained and of good quality. The staff should be a bit more customer oriented.
The bathroom deserves a little more frequent maintenance.
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, peaceful place with beautiful garden and super clean rooms. It was great to be able to purchase breakfast there too (which was excellent)! Staff were welcoming and the whole vibe was very relaxed and relaxing -
- Zoe (10/5): Wonderful hosts, fantastic location. Magical experience in Peurto Narino. - We loved our stay here. Spent 4 days in room 1 with our kids. The room is fantastic. The staff were all lovely. Noise from the nearby church was a bit intrusive at times!
- Sadaf (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavlopavlin (9/5): Pleasant stay in the Amazonia - We got hammocks to hang in front of the room and enjoy the view of the Amazon river.
They offer a wide range of tours (in Spanish) for a reasonable price. Showers and toilets were clean and nice.
Fresh fruits, coffee and tea were available for breakfast for free. The mattresses were very soft, to the point you feel the bed frame with your hips.
- Daniela (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (7/5): Good - We stayed for a week at Maloca Napu in an upstairs room with a balcony and hammocks. It was a nice place to come back and relax after tours in the morning and during afternoon showers. The shared bathrooms were always clean. The room shared one wall with another room that didn't go all the way up to the ceiling so there's limited privacy if someone was in the other room. There was a shared kitchen, but it was locked in the morning so we had a hard time making breakfast before tours.
- Fulvio (10/5): Exceptional -
