• Neele (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr sauberen und modernen Zimmern. Die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen ein Ort an dem man sich vom Alltag erholen kann und Ruhe findet. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der direkte Seeblick und das wahnsinnig freundliche Personal. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

• vb (10/5): - Hezké ubytování, můžu jenom doporučit! Pěkné, moderně zařízené pokoje, příjemná a milá obsluha, velké parkoviště, krásná příroda a okolí. Jenom pozitivní dojmy, vřele doporučuji. Nic, vše je bezvadné.
• Iveta (10/5): skvělé centrum k aktivnímu odpočinku - Snídaně byla naprosto výborná, pestrá a chutná líbilo se mi vše - velmi aktivní přístup personálu zajistí skvělou kvalitu pobytu
• Filip (10/5): - Naprostý klenot u Nechranické přehrady! Holiday centrum ve Vikleticích mě mile překvapilo ve všech směrech. Hotel je po rekonstrukci opravdu nádherný – moderní, čistý a útulný, přitom si zachovává příjemnou rodinnou atmosféru. Podlahové vytápění je v chladnějších dnech obrovský bonus a člověk se tu cítí jako doma. Velkým plusem jsou také velmi příznivé ceny, což dnes opravdu není samozřejmost. Za takovou kvalitu, prostředí a komfort je to až neuvěřitelně dobrá nabídka. Lokalita u přehrady je kouzelná – ideální na odpočinek, procházky, vodní sporty nebo jen klidné posezení s výhledem na vodu. Je vidět, že majitelé do tohoto místa dali srdce a záleží jim na tom, aby se tu hosté cítili dobře. Pokud hledáte klidné, krásné a cenově dostupné ubytování v přírodě, tohle místo můžu s čistým svědomím doporučit. Určitě se sem rád vrátím! Nemám co vytknout

Einweisung im Objekt erfolgte von einer Frau im Bademantel, Spinnweben im Zimmer, Heizung nur sporadisch an (17 Grad), kein Frühstücksangebot, keine ausreichenden Kosmetikartikel, keine Reinigungsmittel für den Abwasch, Rezeption nie besetzt, kein WLAN ....

• Martina (3/5): Unexplored potential! Spousta potentialu ke zlepseni! - Unexplored potential! Very nice building, with nice rooms. Great access to Nechranicka prehrada for water sports, fishing and good location to base for bicycling in the area. We were in very specific situation, exchanged 2 comfort rooms for what was supposed to be a studio with kitchen. We found ourselves 4 in a room for 3 and added bed and installed so called 'kitchen' on the office desk with actually no real kitchen, no table to eat on and actually not even enough space. No regular cleaning in the rooms and any demand on opening a shared space to be able to work in better conditions given that our desk was a kitchen, we have got, no, it is not possible to open it and use it. Very disappointed. Besides that - too expensive for the service you get.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Personál, ktorý je chápavý a ústretový v každej situácii. Ochota pomôcť keď sa nám zemenili plány a našli riešenie, ktoré nemuseli. Toto je veľmi unikátny prístup!Ďakujeme!

Bohužel pokoj s balkónem do dvora není v létě ideální kvůli vedru,na fotkách pokoje s balkónem na přehradu,dostanete do dvora.Velké balkónové dveře bez sítě nejsou ideální a venkovní osvětlení balkónů láká tisíce hmyzu k návštěvě vašeho pokoje.A tak pavouci,kteří s vámi sdílejí pokoj, mají hody.Manželská postel jsou válendy, které se s vámi rozjedou a vy zjistíte, že pod postelemi by chtělo vytřít.

• Reg (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf - Mooie locatie. De kamer met uitzicht op het stuwmeer is erg mooi. Mooie zonsondergang en daarna de zonsopgang 😄 Het verzoek om een kamer met zicht op het meer werd direct ingewilligd ❗️ Op loopafstand een goede drinkgelegenheid met smakelijke maaltijden. Een veilige fietsenstalling. Het bad is aan de kleine kant . Samen in bad met mijn vrouw 🔥was niet mogelijk

• Gillian (9/5): nice & spacious - we were room 7 looking over courtyard. very clean. spacious room with plenty of drawers & cupboard space if wanting to unpack. lovely bathroom nice shower. comfortable beds. full size under counter fridge & kitchenette area with kettle. plenty of sockets. plenty of parking space. close to lake. children's play area. quite remote 15-20 minutes drive to nearest town/shop. the light switch system was bonkers, sometimes worked other times not, never came across switches like them. no bedside light so couldn't read if partner was sleeping. although there were dishes to use there was no cutlery only a knife & for some bazaar reason chopsticks & a soup ladel!!! there was wash up liquid but no cloth/ sponge for washing up. said there was free toiletries but there wasn't. no information on anything came across WiFi by chance on reception desk.

• Petr (6/5): Good option for a short stay, the rooms are new and modern. We did not see any staff the entire weekend, including check - It was new and modern. No air conditioning or fans.

• Nagy (5/5): Passable - Landscape was beutiful, nice lake next to the hotel. There was high temperature inside and doors/windows could not be opened because of the massive cow sh*t smell outside. No air condition inside.
• Benjamin (4/5): Poor communication with the staff - Rooms were good and clean. Equiped with a small refrigerator and a water heater device for tea or caffee. During this two week i didn't met with the staff at all. Communication is poorly when you're a foreigner. Because of this, i was dealing everything thru email. When i had problem with the water heater device in the room i was not able to complain to anyone. I sent an email, next day a message thru booking.com that my device is broken and i doesn't even got any answer. The device was not replaced also.

• Viera (3/5): Never again. - The view on the lake. We did not meet anyone at the reception, neither in the morning nor in the evening. Plasterboard walls and spider everywhere, both on the balcony and in the room. For this money you will surely find better accommodation in the area. Bad experience, there are no pet fees listed on the booking and when leaving a lady came to me in a bathrobe claiming to be a cleaning lady and wanted 500 crowns from me for the dog. Just like that, without any notice before arrival and on hand. Today I got a call that I had two dogs :( , yet there are 2 cameras at the entrance to the building. Worst experience with accommodation in 20 years of my travels.
• Sonny (10/5): Excellent calm weekend - The property is in Italien style. The balcony of our room was with lake and sunrise-view. We had a really comfortable weekend worth every euro. 🥹 -
