• Věra (10/5): - Pokoj čistý, vybavená kuchyňka ,pohodlná postel, blízko zastávky MHD Trochu hluk z bowlingu, ale s tím se počítá , večer už byl naprostý klid.

• Milan Bárta (8/5): - Rychlé jednání, přístup personálu, velké parkoviště, kde jsme nechali auto několik dnů, co jsme byli na túře. Dobré vyžití v jednom domě.
• Martin (6/5): - Lokalita na dojezd od centra. Pokoje jsou na opačnou stranu než jsou bowlingové dráhy, čili relativně klid. Až na hlučné hosty odcházející z podniku. Snídaně jsme nevyužili, tudíž nemohu hodnotit. Pokud plánujete jen přespat a nejste nároční, tak ideál. Využili jsme dva dvoulůžkové pokoje, z čehož v jednom byl neustále smrad z odpadu v koupelně, v obou sprchách plísně, nefunkční odvětrávání koupelny, nedostatečné osvětlení v obou pokojích, jeden malý ručník na osobu a navíc neprobíhá jejich výměna ani po žádosti (5 nocí), proběhlo pouze vynesení jednoho mini odpadkového koše, podlahy zřejmě nedostatečně vytřené; během chvíle chození naboso jsem měl černá chodidla. Stěny jsou poměrně tenké, takže je slyšet téměř vše z vedlejšího pokoje. Ač jsou pokoje nekuřácké, byl v jednom z pokojů trochu cítit kouř a v okenním rámu byly zbytky popela z cigaret.

• Šárka (4/5): - Bohužel jsme byli ubytováni v hlučné části penzionu pod bowlingem, tedy nás v noci rušil. Hlavní problém ale byl nedostatečný úklid - prach kolem matrací, špinavá podlaha. Nedostatečně umyté nádobí.

• Miroslava (7/5): - Pokoj hezký, vše vypadalo nově. Naprosto tragické polštáře! Jakési kusy povlečených neforemných hander...nedalo se na nich spát, což zkazilo dojem z celého pokoje i penzionu a bohužel se odrazilo na konečném hodnocení.

• Claudia (9/5): - Sehr nettes, engagiertes Team. Zimmer modern und komfortabel. Essen war super lecker und sehr reichlich. Frühstück ebenso. Wenn am Hintereingang geraucht wird, zieht das direkt ins Zimmer. Sehr unangenehm.

• Řezníčková (4/5): - lokalita, příjemný personál Při příchodu na pokoj nás hned při otevření dveří přivítal divný zápach. Podlaha byla špinavá a v rozích byla vidět zanesená špína, na pokoji máte k dispozici pouze malý ručník, který po jednom utření smrděl zatuchlinou, závěsy u okna na sobě měly díry a fleky, takže se nejspíš už nějakou dobu neměnily a nepraly, to samé bych řekla o peřinách. Koupelna by potřebovala rekonstrukci, jelikož sprchový kout protýkal a byly na něm i na kachličkách vidět velké známky opotřebení. Snídaně stála 150,- a dostali jste v mikrovlnce ohřívané párky s trochou hořčice. Jediné plus dávám za lokalitu.
• Dawid (10/5): Bardzo fajnie - Bardzo fajne miejsce dla grupy znajomych, nad noclegiem jest możliwość skorzystania z baru i licznych rozrywek. Nie ma hałasu nie jest uciążliwie w czasie pobytu. Nie było problemu z miejscem parkingowym. Polecam Lokalizacja na samych obrzeżach Opavy, kawałek do centrum jednak Opava to nie wielka metropolia i można się przespacerować nie jest to jakiś wielki minus.

• Lydia (1/5): It was so bad I couldn't let my parents spend the night there and no refund was given for 3 nights. - The room was dirty and had small towels and terrible beds you couldn't sleep on. It smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled musty and wet- I had to air it out. My parents were supposed to stay here but it was in bad condition and I did not feel comfortable with them staying there. We had a reservation for 3 nights but didn't stay there for ANY night or time but they would not give me my money back even though I didn't stay in hotel. It was dirty and smelled bad and the bedding and towels were terrible.

• Paulius (5/5): It would have been a good stay if not the owner's unfriendly comments - 1) the room was clean 2) beds were comfortable 3) the young staff of bowling were friendly and helpful 1) An older guy (who probably was the manager of the bowling or maybe even the whole place) said something offensive when me and my friends were leaving the bowling, he said something like "litvak..." (not in English, maybe in Czech or other Slavic language). It didn't seem nice, so I looked at him, but he had his back turned to us, and the waitress just asked to ignore. He might have been drinking during the last hour before closing. 2) Loud neighbours were partying and listening to the music very loudly late after midnight. 3) The bowling kitchen sas closed at ~21:30. 4) Rooms were rather cold

• Valodia (7/5): unsatisfactory experience - breakfast should not be paid separately The hotel's amenities are not bad, but they should be more careful with the cleanliness inside the rooms, I was staying in winter, and the room had no heating, it had a table but no chair, dust accumulated under and behind the beds that weren't leaning against the wall, usually in the bathrooms there's always a glass, in this one there wasn't, and for the price they charge per day, I think it wouldn't be bad if breakfast was included and there was a fridge in the room, after all we are talking about a 3 star hotel
