• Zvánovcová (6/5): - Penzion je na krásném místě. Kuchyně je výborná. Všichni v penzionu jsou moc milí. Já chytila v pokoji naprosto otřesné pérové matrace a nemohla jsem celou dobu spát přes bolesti zad. Paní majitelka říkala, že penzion čeká rekonstrukce a matrace budou, bohužel tyhle byly dost za hranicí tolerance.

• Konstantin (5/5): - I did not initially plan to write a review, despite being disappointed with our stay, as I usually avoid leaving negative feedback. However, after my husband received an extremely rude and threatening message from the owner, Alex, which was sent after we had already left and following our feedback, I felt it was important to share our experience. The property is seriously overrated and does not match its description. Cleanliness was poor throughout. The dinner menu was very limited and of low quality. The rooms had only very small dustbins, with no clear place to dispose of general waste. The rooms themselves are extremely small. There was only one power socket in the bedroom and another in the bathroom next to the sink, which felt unsafe and impractical. There was no reading light or additional lighting at all. The mattresses and bedding were uncomfortable and of very poor quality. There were no facilities for making hot drinks, no kettle, and no food storage. Hot drinks cannot be bought outside of breakfast or dinner times. When my husband tried to get some hot water, he was shouted at by the owner, Stepaka, and told he was not allowed to enter the kitchen. With no nearby shops, this made the stay particularly inconvenient. An old television was placed awkwardly in a corner of the corridor and showed only Czech State Television. Overall, the place feels outdated and neglected, as if nothing has changed for decades. While this may appeal to those seeking nostalgia, it is not acceptable for modern paid accommodations. On a positive note, the waiter who served dinner was extremely kind and hospitable, which we genuinely appreciated. I would not recommend this property.
• Daniel (6/5): Sehr schöne Lage und Top Personal - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch immer lecker und frisch zubereitet Es gab nicht auf jedem Zimmer eine Toilette bzw. Dusche, steht aber in der Beschreibung.
• Konstantin (5/5): - The location was as expected, and the breakfast was of good quality. However, if you attend later, the range of options is limited, as items are not replenished once they have been consumed. The rooms are below a basic standard, with poor lighting. Notably, the only electrical socket in the bedroom is inconveniently positioned by the door next to the light switch, at switch height. As a result, charging a mobile phone requires it to hang unsupported from the cable. There is an additional socket in the bathroom, located very close to the washbasin tap; this appeared potentially non-compliant with electrical safety regulations and was therefore not used. Dinner is presented as something “special”; however, no consideration is given to individual preferences or dietary dislikes, and guests are expected to eat whatever the owners choose to serve. The soups, in particular, were memorable, though unfortunately not in a positive way, and this experience alone would deter a return visit. I should also mention the bedding, which had a distinct “visiting a grandmother” feel, both in texture and odour, and did not meet expected standards of comfort or freshness. Finally, regarding the two swimming pools mentioned: it is clear that one pool, marked as seasonal in the advertisement, does exist. However, the way the information is presented strongly implies the presence of a second pool. Despite this suggestion, and after reviewing numerous photographs on Booking.com—many of which focus on the surrounding scenery—there was no clear evidence of another pool. This understandably created some expectation and curiosity. Could you please clarify where the second pool is supposed to be located?

• Manja (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Abendessen sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr beengt.
• Ivana (10/5): - Naprosto výjimečný poměr cena kvalia. Vstřícnost jak v ubytování tak v restauraci. Večerní menu jednotné, a naprosto výtečné. Rády se vrátíme. Scházela předchozí informace o nutnosti zouvat je všichni hned za vchodem. Takže přezůvky s sebou. Pak bude dokonalý.

• Torsten (6/5): - Zimmer war soweit ok. Frühstück ok. Lage: ok, obwohl trotz Navi schwer zu finden. Toilettendeckel defekt, bei Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier, erst auf Nachfrage. Abendessen: Es gibt nur Eines, Auswahl also, bestellen oder halt nicht. Für Spaghetti den HP-Preis bezahlen, ist schon übertrieben teuer. Frühstück gibt's zu spät: Die ganzen Gäste der Pension warteten schon im Flur vor dem Gastraum, welcher zwar hübsch und gemütlich ist, jedoch eindeutig zu eng. Kein TV auf dem Zimmer, Heizung bei 7 Grad Außentemperatur im August aus.
• Anja (6/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Sehr Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis bei Getränken innerhalb der Pernsion. Familienzimmer war gross und geräumig, jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab zu wenig Licht und Steckdosen. Das Mobiliar war altersentsprechend durch.
• Denisa (9/5): Celkově hodnotíme velmi kladně, skvělýpristup i k dětem. Jen někteří hosté by se nad sebou měli zamyslet. Je to v podsta - Ubytování bylo celkově strašně super. Prostě horská chata, klid, široko daleko nikdo. Personál byl skvělý, půjčili nám konvici na ohřátí vody pro syna. Postýlka pro syna, povlečeno i pro dceru. Měli jsme pokoj i s koupelnou, takže super. Jediné, co bych vytkla, a ani tak to není úplně chyba majitelů, ale spíš některých hostů. Na pokoji šlo znát, že někteří hosté si neumí ničeho vážit. Rozbitá křesla, zdemolovaná skříň, potrhané tapety.

• Jaroslav (5/5): Cena=kvalita, za tu cenu člověk nemůže čekat bůhvíco - Lokalita,Večere, hračky pro menší děti Pokoje jsou spíše jen na přespání, velikostně spíše pro 1 hosta, nejlépe být celý den pryč a přespat , na pokoji co jsme byli ubytovány je jen jedna zásuvka, neodhlučněné pokoje
• Jacqueline (10/5): Einfach wunderschön. - Sehr nette Gastgeber, wahnsinnig leckeres Essen. Jeden Tag hat der Koch das Essen selbst frisch gekocht, es war sehr lecker. Zimmer sehr klein, keine extra Nachtlampe. Nur eine Steckdose.

• Keil (8/5): Erholsam mit bester Bewirtung und Freundlichkeit. - Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, sehr sauber und super tolle Verpflegung. Keine Nachtischlampe, Zimmer sehr klein.

• Lucie (9/5): Skvělá dovolená - Velmi přátelská atmosféra, skvělé jídlo i pěkná lokalita. Nic, jen jediná zásuvka, takže nabíjení telefonů hlavně přes powerbanky. Koupelna maličká, ale funkční.
• Štechová (9/5): Prostě celkově skvělé. - Jídlo bylo úžasné, snídaně byly fantastické. Obrovský výběr pečiva, sladkého, zdravého, ovoce i zeleniny. Domácí lívance, marmelády, prostě se o nás starali jako bychom byli u babičky :-) Klid, krásná příroda, příjemní lidé, prostě celkově nádhera Nemůžu absolutně nic vytknout.

• Gogetlostinthewind (9/5): Nice place, excelent price and breakfast, only cash! - The owners were flexible enough to handle our late arrival outside the check in time. They also gave us a water boiler for our room and on the last minute when we were about to leave and forgot a thermo, they followed us to the car to handle it back! Breakfast also is over the average There is really hidden the info that only cash payment is possible. We found out last minute and didn't have cash with us. They were flexible again and let us transfer, but the conversion in the end made it more expensive, which left a bad feeling when we were leaving the place. I think making the "cash only" more visible in the reservation like other hotels do it, would prevent cases like this again. We will know for the next time!
