• Lech (8/5): Overall good stay - Everything was great only getting to the correct building was confusing at first so be aware of the map outside of the reception when arriving during close hours. Could be improved by sending a map in the email with marked buildng. We were not the only ones confused by this there. some furnitures could use refreshing other than that it was ok.

• Lisiecka (10/5): - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, apartament pierwsza klasa, wyjście na tarasik, piaskownica zjeżdżalnia dla dzieci , huśtawki, i ta cudowna ciszaaaaaa tylko było słychać szum rzeczki poniżej,kilka metrów dalej ogromny plac zabaw, wyciąg, stok, dosłownie wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki, bardzo dobrze usytuowany budynek, i bardzo miła obsługa, wrócimy tam napewno

• Barbara (9/5): - Ubytování pro rodinu s dětmi a se psem úžasné. V den odjezdu, naštěstí až tehdy, přijela rodina, která na zahradě ubytování grilovala a do večera slavila. To by nebyl problém, pokud by na zahradě nenechali poházené odpadky, které se po celé zahradě rozlítaly.

Suszarka do butów narciarskich. Rewelacyjna obsługa. Super widoki z pokoju. Chwilami wybijało korki i mogłoby być więcej naczyń. Ciężkie do ustawienia ogrzewanie. Raz za gorąco raz za zimno. Mogłoby być to lepiej opisane.

• Vladimir (6/5): This accommodation site is rather noncompetitive due to unclear pricing and slow accountants. - The site is well equipped and close to the ski lift. There is a coffee machine with two coffee refills and car parking on site. The local reception staff are good, but they can't make up for what the central office in Brno (Vakabrno s.r.o.) spoiled. The price on Booking.com was 5,200 CZK for two nights, which should have included VAT and all associated charges. However, when I asked why my credit card had been charged 7,500 CZK, I was told that this was for a dog. While the website does mention that pets are allowed, the price for a dog (400 CZK per night) is not explicitly shown. As I was staying for two nights, I agreed to pay this pet fee, but requested the return of the remaining difference of 1,500 CZK. The office in Brno responded that I could use this 'credit' for meals at the local resort restaurant. I refused and asked again for the difference to be refunded. I was promised this, but it is now one week since our last phone conversation, and no refund has appeared in the bank account I provided.

• Moosa (7/5): - The cottage was very clean and cozy, and the lady at the reception was extremely welcoming and kind. However, the location felt quite isolated and far from other people. At night, the area becomes completely dark, and it doesn’t feel safe or comfortable to go outside. This might not be ideal for tourists who are unfamiliar with the area الكوخ نظيف جدًا ومريح، والموظفة في الاستقبال كانت في غاية الترحيب واللطف. ولكن الموقع كان معزولًا نوعًا ما وبعيد عن الناس، والمنطقة في الليل تكون مظلمة تمامًا ولا تشعر بالأمان عند الخروج أو التجول. أرى أن هذا الأمر قد لا يكون مناسبًا للسائحين الذين لا يعرفون المنطقة جيدًا

• Marzena (10/5): - Czysto i świetnie zorganizowane apartamenty. Polecam wszystkim. Dobrze zorganizowany apartament z ogromnymi szafami, suszarką na buty, miejscem na narty. Wszystkie potrzebne naczynia w kuchni, ekspres do kawy, wygodne łóżka.

Ochotný personál, oceňuji bezproblémové parkování. Nedostatečná výbava apartmanu. Nedostatek příborů a talířů. Enormně nepohodlné židle u nízkého stolu. Hluk od ostatních hostů z pokoje nad námi. Dveře na terasu přímo naproti posteli v přízemí (vyřešila by zatemňovací folie)

• Králíčková (10/5): Dovolená čtyřčlenná rodinka (malé děti) - Krásné ubytování, v klidném prostředí a přitom v blízkosti všeho co nabízí Dolní Morava. Apartmán Mezonet naprosto úžasný, moderní, čistý, vybavený. Krásné výhledy. Výhoda, že můžete využít všechno co nabízí hotel - bazén, dětské hřiště (prostorné a plno využití), káry, trampolíny. Jistě jsme nebyli naposled. Žádná negativa :)

• Urzzza (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice spacious appartment. Eveything looks new, kitchen has a dishwasher. Great beds, no noise outside. Area around is equipped with a place to start a fire and some wood. To check-in you have to go to the main reception, I didn't know about that and it took some time to figure out what to do and where to go. Wi-fi is not stable and slow. Nearest supermarket is in 3+km.
