Kai-Uwe (7/5): - Bad, Zimmer völlig in Ordnung, Essen war gut. Unfreundlicher Chef,
Kai-Uwe (6/5): Bis auf den Typ war alles gut. - Frühstück, Abendessen war ausreichend und gut. Koch oder Chef, oder wer auch immer, hat nicht begriffen um was es bei Gastfreundlichkeit geht.
Kai-Uwe (5/5): Gastfreundlich war der Erste Tag in keinster Art und Weise, und das bleibt hängen. - Das Essen war lecker, die Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Vor 16:00 Uhr kein reinkommen. Tür zu, klopfen an Fenster und Tür brachte auch nichts, obwohl Bewegung im Haus war. Der Inhaber, wenn er es war, total unfreundlich!

Kai-Uwe (5/5): Verstehe diese Art und Weise nicht. - Wir haben gut gegessen und geschlafen. Unflexibel bei Anreise. Unsympathisch gegenüber uns.
Zosia (1/5): - Śniadanie było dobre i Pani z recepcji była jedyną normalną osobą z obsługi w tym obiekcie. Niestety to nie rekompensuje całego wyjazdu. Zachęcona pozytywnymi opiniami zdecydowałam się na rezerwację pobytu w tym obiekcie, niestety już na starcie okazało się to błędną decyzją. W dniu przyjazdu zastaliśmy około 30 osobową grupę Niemieckich obywateli którzy urządzili sobie w obiekcie imprezę. Na dole w sali ogólnodostępnej rozpoczęli imprezę alkoholową która trwała do późnej godziny, zakłócając ciszę nocną. Palili papierosy przed wejściem, przez co dym wlatywał centralnie do naszego pokoju. Po zwróceniu uwagi do właściciela ten nie zareagował w żaden sposób, dlatego musiałam zrobić to samodzielnie. Na szczęście grupa opuściła obiekt na następny dzień. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z łóżkiem małżeńskim i tutaj również się rozczarowaliśmy ponieważ zastaliśmy dwa pojedyncze łóżka złączone ze sobą i dziecięcą kołdrę która ledwo mogliśmy się zakryć. Przynajmniej w pokoju było czysto, ale za to słychać było każde głosy jak i również chrapanie sąsiadów z za drzwi. Kuchnia jest czynna tylko do 18.30, po tej godzinie niestety nie da się już nic zjeść w lokalu. W ostatni dzień wyjazdu spotkała nas bardzo niemiła sytuacja, mianowicie o 9.30 Pan z obsługi zaczął walić w nasze drzwi z informacją, że mamy opuścić hotel w związku z zakończeniem doby hotelowej, poinformowaliśmy, że potrzebujemy jeszcze 30 minut. Po 10 minutach Pan z impetem otworzył nasze drzwi wejściowe, zamykając również drzwi od łazienki które o nie zahaczyły. Wyszłam z łazienki w mokrych włosach informując Pana, że musi jeszcze chwilę poczekać ponieważ chciałam wysuszyć włosy. Niestety nie dało się rozmawiać z tym człowiekiem, wykrzykiwał na cały hotel frazę o tym, że doba kończy się o 9.30 (w rezerwacji na booking widniała informacja, iż doba kończy się o 10) i kazał nam opuścić pokój lub dopłacać pieniądze za przedłużenie doby o 20 minut. W związku z tym byliśmy zmuszeniem tego by wynieść wszystkie bagaże na korytarz obiektu, gdyż miły Pan nie zechciał poczekać na to byśmy mogli spakować całość do samochodu. Niestety nie będziemy polecać tego obiektu.

Jaroslav (8/5): Příjemné tiché ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě Jizerských hor. - - lokalita je perfektním východiskem pro poznávání i užívání si Jizerských hor včetně jejich polské části - samotné ubytování vhodné pro osoby romantičtějšího založení, vyhledávající klidné prostředí - vnitřní zařízení nové, neopotřebované, vše dokonale čisté - neformální pohodový přístup personálu - i u běžných jídel je znát, že autor prostě "umí vařit" - malé umyvadlo - tvrdé (nikoli tuhé) matrace
Pavel (8/5): Penzion není hospoda i když to má v názvu - je jen pro ubytované. - krásné prostředí Jizerky, Výtečné jídlo. v těsném okolí a ve výhledu z pokoje velké parkoviště. Pomohlo by trochu obnovit vzhled okolí s parkovištěm, ale to není věc ubytovatele.

Grayson (10/5): Exceptional - Super nice, friendly, well-organized staff. Amazing food: home-cooked meals in large portions. We got scrambled eggs for breakfast! The location is ideal for exploring this beautiful area, e.g. hiking to Poland and back. We will definitely come back thanks to the professional, welcoming staff, ideal location, and AMAZING food.

Kenamorp (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing owners, managing this perfectly located mountain cottage on exemplary way. Apart from greatly reconstructed interior and rooms the emphasis lays with the home made very tasty cuisine based on the local and seasonal products, prepared by the owner himself. Will surely come back!
