• Josette (7/5): The owner is very receptive, responded to repair our clogged toilet right away - It is a residential area with parking, quite and near the mall The kitchen is not properly cleaned, the kitchen appliances are worn out, and the cabinets were untidy

• Lawrence Chidozie (10/5): A must visit - I had an absolutely amazing stay. The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. I especially loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. It felt like a true home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area Leaving has always been the problem because it felt like home

• Sabine (8/5): Netter Gastgeber von nettem kanad. Standardhaus in Bilderbuch-Nachbarschaft - Die Lage, wenn man mit Auto anreist, absolut OK im äußeren Rand von Toronto. Ruhige und sichere Nachbarschaft. Parkplatz vor dem Haus bzw in der Einfahrt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm, auch bei persönlichem Kennenlernen sehr nett. Das Zimmer klein aber fein mit Klima und die Küche frei zugänglich und alles verwendbar. WC/Bad am Gang, bzw wird geteilt mit einem Zweitzimmer. Der Pool ist leider derzeit in Reparatur und nicht verwendbar, war sehr blöd, da dies mitunter ein Grund für die Wahl der Unterkunft war. Leider nix gewesen.

• Takhmina (10/5): Highly recommend for both short and long stays! - I stayed with a friend, and the host was amazing. The bathroom and sheets were spotless, and we parked in the driveway. Large shared kitchen and a dining room, all was great. Everything was as expected—clean and quiet. We liked everything!
• Sandipkumar (1/5): Very patetic and bad experience . - Nothing The property is in very shaddy condtion. the owen has tendacy to cheat by saying that he overbooked and compel you to stay in the basement room which is full of mold and smelly .. The bathroom in the basement is also moldy , not in clean condtion., does not have proper tioletray items ..The room does not have enough lighting .... The owen is trying to justify the overbooking by giving you little discount tostay after charging the hefty fees. Beware of this property ... do not book.

• Aslan (9/5): Superb - I liked how cozy and clean the room was. The bathroom was also spotless. The host was friendly and responsive (we only interacted online). The neighborhood is green and quiet. I appreciated the complimentary water. The private bathroom isn't attached to the room (you have to leave your room to enter the bathroom, which is only inches away). It's not a big deal.

• Robyn (7/5): Good, simple stay at a low price - Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Good bed. Easy entry. Free parking. Great for a simple, well priced stay. Shared kitchen was extremely dirty. Our room (#11) was beside the shared kitchen and living room, so it was noisy when other guests were up and about. Bedrrom curtains were quite light so sunlight easily entered the room.

• Robert (7/5): Good place to crash for one night. - Parking, location, quietness, bathroom cleanliness were the strong points. The owner/manager was also very accomodating and quick to answer (over phone) questions. Considering the price it was a good value for the Toronto area. Somewhat my fault as I did not expect this, but this is a room in a house with a private bathroom outside the room. The room is also very small. All and all it was ok for one or two nights for a place to crash.

• Ilvy (7/5): Good - We had a very comfortable stay at comfort home Toronto. Our room and the bathroom were very cosy and clean. The next bus station is close to the home so it is easy to go shopping even if you don't own a car. The host was awesome. Anthony was always trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible and even fixed a small problem with our door lock very fast by himself. He is a very nice guy. Even if the room and bathroom were pretty clean some parts of the kitchen could have needed a cleaning and the pool is not really usable...
• Dp92 (3/5): Not as clean, noisy and far away from everything without subway access - The private bathroom was clean and very modern or renovated recently. The owner left daily water bottles and toilet paper which was kind of him. The private room had the same access code as the building itself. That was a major security concern and we always had to take our stuff with us. The private bathroom was just outside the room and not locking accessible by anyone. There was all day and night noise even midnight and early sunrise. One night 2 men were sleeping in the living room or constantly videocalling, chatting and watching TV. We felt quite uncomfortable. The room was not super clean with tons of dust behind bed and night tables. The location is safe but horrible for Toronto.with nothing to see and do. Finally the blankets and covers probably are washed sparingly - even the owner texted not to sleep in-between but under the clean bedsheets. Seriously?
