- Katharina (8/5): Great for veggies / vegans who like a simple accommodation, close to nature and have a car - - very friendly family (you need to like kids) - good simple food vegan and vegetarian - very quite - simple accommodation but very clean - great veggie garden if you don’t have a car it is really tricky - not the best location for hikes - unfortunately no free shuttle available big improvement for sustainability reasons as well would be: free shuttle from the closest train station at arrival and departure as well as optional ever morning and evening into the valley - quite strict early dinner hours - which worked for us but might be too much for others
