- Martin (6/5): Vsetko podla ocakavania. - Boli sme spokojni. Nehladali sme nic extra a aj preto sme si zvolili tento typ ubytovania. Je to internatne ubytovanie. Pesia dostupnost obchodu.

- Jan (8/5): Basic but good place for a short stay in Brno - I made a last minute reservation for my business trip in Brno, and the accomodation met my expectation for a one night stay: my room was large, clean, warm and wifi worked well. Breakfast room could be opened earlier than 7:30 am.

- Jan (7/5): - Jen cca dvě minuty chůze od zastávky tramvaje, do centra cca 10 minut tramvají. Ubytování čisté, vše ok. Je vidět, že je to VŠ kolej, a část udělaná na hotel. Vybavení starší, ale vše zařízené účelně. Na krátkodobý pobyt určitě doporučuji. Paní na recepci milá a nápomocná. Stejně tak dámy v jídelně, kam jsem šel ráno, ještě před oficiální otevírací dobou, zkusit, zda bude možno koupit si snídani. Příště opět rád využiju.

- Andrea (9/5): Cool dorm experience if you want to reminisce old times | clean | nice reception staff - Very cool dorm experience, we loved it and it brought us back to the times we were university students :-) Everything was fine, just as expected for the price. The whole building, as well as the room, was clean and fine. The lady at the reception was very nice. I messaged the property before arrival to verify the check-in times, as we were arriving quite late, but I never received a reply. It was fine in the end, but it would have been better to be reassured beforehand. We had some trouble finding the entrance, but after calling the reception, all was fine.

- Vasama (9/5): Recommended for people with cars - It was very easy to arrive with a car and had parking space. Customer service was available in English and they had vending machines downstairs for snacks and sodas. The corridors were a bit sketchy. The room itself was clean and comfy though.

- Andrzej (8/5): Polecam, dobre miejsce. - Dobra obsługa mimo późnej godziny przyjazdu. Sprawne przyjęcie i zakwaterowanie. Czysto. Ogólnie polecam. Widać że obiekt ma już swoje lata. Mimo informacji na booking.com, że jest restauracja i możliwość zamówienia śniadania to w praktyce nie było takiej możliwości.

- Julien (6/5): Good stay but change the matrasses and it should be way cheaper for a student room in my opinion - Very kind staff! The matrasses were not comfortable and far from center but tram just in front.

Lots of storage space. Everything was clean, except for a few deep stains on the carpet. Great view (from the 7th floor) Elevator directly on the floor / generally barrier-free access Vending machines with refreshments on the ground floor 24/7 reception Pleasant silence and peace with low sound penetration from adjacent rooms. Only a few minutes away from a direct connection to the city center/main train station by public transport (approx. 15 minutes drive) Pleanty of parking space
- Vladislav (9/5): I can recommend this accommodation - - Free parking. - Comfortable beds. - The room is fully equipped (hairdryer, electric kettle, bath accessories). - Nice location. We parked the car at the hotel parking, and took a taxi to get to the city center (it cost about 4-5 euros). But there is a tram to the city center, it will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. The property didn't answer via booking chat. I had a question about parking, I wrote them several times but didn't get a reply.

Fugnerova is a close tram stop but the walk to the hotel is mainly in the dark by trhe side of a dual carriageway The room was on the 7th floor of a university block. There was a lift. Check in was slow as the receptionist seemed to type my whole passport. She was friendly though. The room was basic The bed was firm

- Linda (6/5): The place with the view - The view was nice. The parking lot was convenient. The wifi signal was weak - our phones were only able to connect near the entrance. Laptops didn't have any issue though. We had to use the tram, it wasn't really possible to get to places on foot. The furnishing and the bathroom were outdated. The walls were thin, we could hear our neighbour doing duo lingo.

Quite place with relaxing nature wiews There is no service at all during weekends. No breakfasts, no room service, no fixing bags... They don't mention this in advance.

- Aneta (9/5): Superb - It has what is needed for shorter stay, have small fridge, electric kettle in the room as well as some cups, plates and utensils. Every guest recive two towels and small soap and shampoo. You can pay by card for your stay. But I think the most important are the people workig there, they were really nice, friendly and helpfull, we left something in our room and they keeped it and stored for us, so we were able to get it back which save us a lot of problems. Thank you! -

- Andrii (4/5): Disappointing - Not bed location The bedclothes are dirty, stained, someone else's long black hair is on the bed. The pillow smelled of someone else's women's perfume. Everything indicates that the bedding has not been changed since the previous guests of the hotel. Long black hair on the bathroom floor.
