• Eduardo (8/5): Ottimo per chi viaggia in macchina e vuole essere vicinissimo a Neuschwanstein - La posizione è ottima per la visita a Neuschwanstein, giusto all'inizio della salita che porta al castello. Da alcune finestre del garni si può vedere il castello e di sera è suggestivo. Ottimo per chi viaggia in macchina. La spesa di 7 euro al giorno per il parcheggio è assolutamente concorrenziale rispetto ai parcheggi adiacenti dove è obbligatorio lasciare l'auto prima di raggiungere il castello di Neuschwanstein. La struttura è semplice come gran parte dei garni ma è pulito con simpatiche gestrici e buona colazione
• Havva (9/5): Gemütlicher Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Ausblick - Das Hotel war zwar vom Stil her eher altmodisch, aber dafür sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Besonders begeistert hat mich der Balkon mit der perfekten Aussicht auf das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Das Frühstück hatte zwar keine riesige Auswahl, aber es war vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel sowie einen großen Parkplatz davor. Da wir mit Bus und Bahn gereist sind, können wir allerdings nichts zu den Parkgebühren sagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Nichts zu bemängeln.

• JACQUES (9/5): Simple mais confortable - Chambre simple, petit déjeuner aussi. Propre et literie confortable. Wifi efficace. Parking privé gratuit. Ça c’est pour le normal en terme de l’excellent rapport qualité prix constaté. Mais le clou est d’être au plus près du château (on n’y monte pas en voiture). Je pense que la plupart des voyageurs viennent pour le château Neuschwanstein avec un horaire de visite précis. Aucune indication pour y accéder : à pied, en calèche, en bus, où, en combien de temps, aucune indication, aucun fléchage sur les parkings ou dans les rues. On perd du temps à tergiverser. Nous sommes montés à pied au pas de course, d’autres on raté leur rendez-vous attendant un bus au mauvais endroit. Il serait simple de mettre un imprimé donnant ces explications (à défaut de meilleure signalisation en ville, ce qui est déjà anormal).

• Sascha (8/5): - Das Personal ist einfach Top besonders Doreen und die Damen holen hier mitcihrer freundlichen art viel positives raus. Die Lage ist natürlich Top und das man mit dem Buss umsonst nach Füssen fahren kann ist unheimlich super Also die Einrichtung ist natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Waschbecken mit im Zimmer entspricht natürlich nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit. Dazu kommt das kein eigener Fernseher und kein W LAN zur Verfügung steht ist auch ein Manko aber wir waren vorbereitet mit I PAD und eigenem Hotspot. Muss dazu sagen wir hatten aber auch keine großen Erwartungen.

• Janine (9/5): Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub im Dorf der Königsschlösser - Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstückbuffet reichhaltig und die Zimmer entsprechen dem kleinen Hotel vollkommen. Da gibt es nichts, was nicht gefallen hätte. Das Hotel wird gerade Stück für Stück renoviert, trotzdem sind die Zimmer in Ordnung und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für ein garni Hotel top.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, total veraltetes Bad (WC und Dusche), das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, das alte Fenster konnte man nicht kippen, Heizung war immer warm, konnte nicht reguliert werden, die Fußböden (Zimmer und Flur) waren sehr laut, kein Fernseher, für den Parkplatz muss man noch 7€ pro Tag extra bezahlen...... Werde das Hotel niemandem empfehlen!

• Apps (8/5): Great place to stay to spend time at the castles and delve into Bavarian history. - It's great because of it's location so close to the castles and the lake. It's easy to walk to both castles from here if you're moderately fit. An easy bus trip from Fussen train station. Neuschwanstein is a fascinating castle and well worth the trip! The other castle is also great. IF you arrive on a sunny day make the most of it and walk to the viewing platform, because the next day could be misty! Fruhstuck was fine but could have matched the photos a little more!

War schon sehr abgewohnt. Eine Renovierung wäre höchste Zeit. Lediglich zum Frühstück trifft man Personal an. Und später die Reinigungskräfte, die die Zimmer wieder herrichten.

I was travelled during low season. the floor near my room was very squeaky. it was very loud at night when someone above was walking in their room. I could also clearly hear people talking in next room. The hot water supply in my room has issue. I need to turn on the hot water all the way and waited for at least 5 min before getting warm water and the temp was just warm enough that I barely need to turn on the cold water. My friends in another upgraded room did not have the issues as my "regular" room.

• Timo (10/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt günstige Parkplätze rund um die Uhr. Die Zimmer sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand, einige bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Schloss. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück ist köstlich und reichhaltig. Ich wäre trotz meiner Pläne gerne dort geblieben. Es fiel mir schwer, mir vorzustellen, was ich hier schreiben sollte, aber angesichts meiner drei Geräte, die ich gerne in der Nähe meines Bettes und nicht an verschiedenen Stellen im Zimmer aufladen würde, würde ich empfehlen, die Anzahl der Steckdosen im Bereich neben dem Bett zu erhöhen.

• Waldemar (8/5): Ein gemütliches Hotel - Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe der beiden Schlösser. Wir haben eine Nacht im Hinterhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Trotz Außentemperaturen von bis zu -8 °C war das Zimmer angenehm warm. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer hatte ein TV-Gerät. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage – nachts gab es keinerlei Störungen. Das Badezimmer überzeugte mit gut temperiertem Wasser und starkem Wasserdruck. Auch das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der selbstständige Check-in ist jederzeit über einen vorhandenen Schlüsseltresor möglich. Bitte beachten: Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Aufzug. Gästen, denen das Treppensteigen schwerfällt, wird empfohlen, ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu wählen. Ausreichend Parkplätze (7,-€/Nacht) sind vorhanden, und es ist möglich, das Auto auch nach dem Auschecken noch bis zum Abend stehen zu lassen – ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Es ist mit Sicherheit ein Unterschied, ob man im Hauptgebäude oder im Hinterhaus übernachtet. Vermutung liegt nahe, dass das Hinterhaus moderner und ruhiger ist. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Lediglich das Brot beim Frühstück (wir essen keine Brötchen) wirkte nicht ganz tagesfrisch.
