• Conny (9/5): Mooie locatie op wandelafstand van de villa’s en thermen in Baden Baden - Vriendelijke gastvrouw, ruime kamer met zitkamer ,fijne bedden, heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie wandeling vanuit huis door een boomgaard , uitkomend om de Lichtentaler Allée, een mooi aangelegd wandelpark naar het centrum. Totale wandeling duurt 25 min tot in centrum. Niets
• Gudrun (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeberin und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft - Ich war angenehm überrascht von dem überaus freundlichen Empfang der Gastgeberin. Die historische Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne ruhige Lage, die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber mit vielen netten dekorativen Details und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet, vielseitig und gesund. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an die ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin, besser hätte mein Aufenthalt nicht sein können. Sehr gerne wieder.

• Mathias (10/5): Gelungenes spätherbstliches Wochenende im Grünen Gold - Auch im November ist das Grüne Gold ein Erlebnis, der fast leere durchsichtige Wald hat einen besonderen Charme! Tolle sehr ruhige Lage über Baden-Baden. Schönes altes, gepflegtes Haus. Perfekt sauber. Sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alle gebotenen Produkte sind von bester Qualität. Die selbstgemachten Süssigkeiten sind köstlich. Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt. Sicher gerne wieder.

Wir sind mit Leihrädern vom Bahnhof aus hingefahren, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Julia ist eine tolle und leidenschaftliche Gastgeberin. Alles war mehr als sauber, das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Hund Theo ist süss. Man will schon nach 2 Nächten gar nicht mehr weg, man fühlt sich einfach sehr willkommen. garnichts

C'est quasi parfait et notre séjour a été inoubliable ! Il faut oublier le téléviseur, difficile à faire fonctionner et des petits rideaux à la salle de bain donneraient du confort.

Julia is a great host and she bakes yummy breads and cakes, so breakfast was amazing. We also loved the coziness of having breakfast in front of an open fire and chatting with other guests. None.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast made daily by Julia was very nice and she customised it what i preferred :) Her english is perfect and no communication difficulties anywhere. I had to stay a couple of hours after usual checkout time to take a work call and Julia was very accomodating in allow me to use the common area for that. It is an easy walk to the city that cuts through an apple orchard and a park (lichentaler allee if i remember correctly). Its beautiful in the day, but i was pretty scared when i walked back at night alone. The apple orchard is very dark at night and you cant see more than maybe 10meters with a phone torch. The park is better lit but quiet in the evening/night. .

• Lutgart (10/5): Definitely worth (re)visiting - We were happily surprised with the location of this special B&B. green and quiet and a lovely easy walk through an orchard and the town park into glorious Baden Baden Julia created/designed this beautiful old coach house into a very stylish B&B. With a mix of old and modern it is full of character with all the comfort. From her cozy ,with log fire in the morning, rooms and showers, all is impeccable clean with beautiful touches. From booking to leaving Julia showed herself as a perfect host. clear communication about driving directions, special requirements for breakfasts, tips to do…. She gave us a very warm welcome with tea and home made muffins. Also breakfast was healthy delicious with the taste of love Julia put in meeting our personal requirements. Apart from all this we enjoyed the inspirational chats with her. It was a memorable stay and we would love to return.

She provided healthy breakfast homemade buns, specially made spelled cakes with maca chiaseeds etc. Every morning I had the best breakfast and ambiance (woodfire breakfast nook) figs fresh garden tomatoes, and her kind smile made us felt like we were at a spa or retreat. The owner is the most wonderful backer and such a delight to talk to . Fluent English with a warm character. There is no shower and you have to get into the tub to bath which is the old fashioned way and could be charming to some but I found it a little challenging

• Nicolas (10/5): Exceptional - The place was an unexpected gem, calm and very well furnished. It is a bit outside of town but it is a very pleasant 25min walk through parks to reach the center. We got a really warm welcome from Julia who is putting lots of efforts in this place with the attention to the details and set an awesome breakfast for us in the morning. Highly recommended place Difficult to find anything to put here but our walk back from town was in the darkness. So nothing to blame to the flat but if we come back one day, and I really hope so, we will probably take a cab instead walking back from town.
