• Solveig (5/5): - Über den Hotelräumen befinden sich weitere Etagen mit Eigentums odee Mietwohnungen. Bis um 24 Uhr wurde über meinem Raum Baulärm gemacht und nichts dagegen unternommen. Auch roch es abgestanden aus den Badabflüssen, da hätte man vorher doch mal länger Wasser laufen lassen können, be vor der Gast eintrifft und lüften.

• Sabine (9/5): Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. - Die Lage ist super. Direkt vor der Tür findet zweimal wöchentlich ein außergewöhnlicher Markt auf dem Winterfeldtplatz statt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gegend biete sehr viele schöne Restaurants und Cafés. Die Rezeption ist nur zeitweise besetzt, jedoch ist immer jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Der Zugang zur Pension ist leider nicht barrierefrei.

• Antje (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in schönem Stadtteil, perfekte Anbindung an Berlin-Mitte - Ich bin ein paar Tage mit meine Kindern in Berlin gewesen und hab ein Hotel in Schöneberg gesucht, von dem aus man auch gut Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mitte erreichen kann. Die Lage war perfekt, eine zentrale Bahn nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und renoviert mit großen Fenstern und Tageslichtrollos zum Abdunkeln. Dass das Hotel in einem echten Wohnhaus/Altbau untergebracht ist, bringt direkt ein charmantes Berlin-Feeling. Toll fanden wir auch die vielen Restaurants / Frühstücksbars in der Straße. Der Service zum Einchecken etc. ist flexibel und zuvorkommend, alles prima, vielen Dank! Fällt mir nichts ein :)

Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr sehr sauber und zufriedenstellend ausgestattet, Bett war sehr bequem und ein kleiner Kühlschrank war ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt wieder hier buchen :)

• Dimana (10/5): - Macht den Eindruck eines Inhaber-geführten Hotels, sehr netter Mann an der Rezeption. Hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben und uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Old school Cafe-maschine, die war sehr cool. Lage ist top. Sehr viele Lokale, Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants in der Nähe. Ubahn gleich in der Nähe. Samstags gibt es einen sehr netten Markt direkt am Platz vor dem Hotel. Alles super!
• Marcin (10/5): Großartig :) - Ein toller Ort zum Übernachten in Berlin. Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Service ist exzellent. Die U-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind bequem erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es hervorragende Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Berlin und würden, falls ein Zimmer frei ist, sehr gerne wieder dort übernachten.

• Kenneth (9/5): Affordable Berlin accommodation with a great location in Schoneberg - This is an old style hotel, located in a great area, just off the Winterfeld Platz. The room was large and comfortable. It is a five minute walk to Nollendorfplatz UBahn station, which has great connectivity to most of the sites you will want to visit in Berlin. There are plenty of food and drink options near the hotel. Alex, the proprietor was very helpful and communicative. It is a very good option for a reasonably priced well located hotel in Berlin. The only issue we had was street noise. The rooms are located one level up from street level and there is a restaurant below hotel. On weeknights the noise was absent, but there was some noise on the weekend. It wasn’t terrible as it was muffled, but it might be a problem for a very light sleeper. It would not be dealbreaker for us. If we were to return to Berlin I would come back to this hotel.

We had a warm welcome with recommendations for local restaurants. There were lots of information leaflets in the reception area. Maybe free hot drinks would be better. We didn’t always have change to put in the machine.

• Maria (10/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable - We had a lovely stay in this small and friendly, family run hotel. Natalie was very helpful and a wealth of information! The room with private bath was spacious and tastefully decorated with a mini fridge. It is in a vibrant location with a weekly market and a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. The historical centre is only about a ten minute ride away on the underground and it is not far to walk to the well known Kurfürstendamm shopping area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. N/A

• Kristina (10/5): - Unterkunft mit viel Charme, großzügig-geschnittenen, hellen Altbauzimmern und guter Verkehrsanbindung, Cafés und Restaurants vor der Haustüre- komme gerne wiede
• Sabine (10/5): Mitten im Nollendorfkiez - Die Lage mitten im Nollendorfkiez ist genial. Mit den Öffenlichen kommt man von dort überall hin in Berlin. Die Haltestelle Nollendorfplatz ist über einen kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen. Im Viertel ist fast alles "um die Ecke". Restaurants, Kneipen aller Coleur, der wunderschöne Winterfeldmarkt 2 x Woche, besondere Geschäfte, sowie Galerien, Urban Art, der ZiZag Jazzclub knapp 4 km entfernt, u.v.m. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß mit kleinem Kühlschrank und sehr bequemen Boxspringbett. Es gibt doppelte Fenster, so dass bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum Geräusche von außen zu hören sind. Und wir sind im Kiez;-) Alex Prig war sehr freundlich und gab viele hilfreiche Tipps! Alles super! Bitte bedenken, dass das Hotel im 1. Stock liegt und nur über Treppen erreichbar ist.

• Vittorio (9/5): Warm welcome and great room in Central Berlin - Excellent location (easy to park if needed and plenty of public transport) and small hotel with personal touch - we are made welcome in a very friendly manner and got explained surroundings. The room was large, spanking clean and the beds are very comfortable. Even if we are in a central location, the double glazing works very well and we had peaceful nights. nothing to complain, all went very well - please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the hotel from the main entrance.
