Andreas (9/5): Betreiberin super freundlich. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgetattet. Ruhig. Nähe zur Linie 2 - 1. Eine superfreundliche Frau Kautz. 2. Bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, aber es waren Rufnummern hinterlegt. Da ging zwar nicht gleich jemand dran, aber innerhalb kurzer Zeit (2 Min.) kam ein Rückruf. Sofort wurde mir weitergeholfen an den Zimmerschlüssel zu kommen. 3. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Fenster mit Fliegengitter, Kaffeepads und Duschmittel/Creme, Handtücher, Küchenzeile/Kühlschrank. Betten sind etwas für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Aber das ist ja immer ein pers. Empfinden. 4. Sehr ruhig, man hörte weder andere Gäste auf dem Flur laufen oder Außengeräusche. Wie das unter der Woche ist, weiß ich nicht, da das Gästehaus in einem Gewerbegebiet (Mischgebiet?) liegt. 5. Linie 2 Haltestelle in ca. 10 Min. fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ist in ein paar Minuten eine Bushaltestelle erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren wir ein wenig orientierungslos. Es fehlt hier an der Einfahrt oder am Gebäude definitiv ein Schild. Es war für uns nicht gleich erkenntlich, dass hier das Gästehaus Kautz sein soll. Nur ein Parkplatz-Hinweis "Privat-Parkplatz Kautz" hat uns ahnen lassen, da wir richtig sind. Nachfolgend anreisende Gäste ging es genauso. Erst durch umständliches rumsuchen waren wir sicher am Ziel zu sein.

Eva (8/5): Prima für Städtereise - Helles, geräumiges Zimmer, funktional aber freundlich eingerichtet, Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Alles super-sauber. Lage bei einem Industriegebiet, daher nachts sehr ruhig. Zur Haltestelle der Straßenbahn direkt in die Stadt läuft man nur ein paar Minuten. Beide Betten haben extrem geknarzt, vielleicht könnte man daran was ändern?

Ada (10/5): - Siamo state in questo appartamento in occasione del concerto AC DC. Appartamento dotato di cucina, macchina per il caffè, microonde ... anche l'occorrente per lavare le stoviglie ... Biancheria e asciugamani ... Letto molto comodo ... Le telecamere nei luoghi in comune mi davano un senso di tranquillità e sicurezza. Sin dall'arrivo abbiamo avuto aiuto telefonico per la chiave. Parcheggio auto comodissimo nell'atrio del palazzo. Grazie speciale alla signora Kautz, che ci ha permesso di fare il check out più tardi. Lö consiglio a tutti e noi torneremo volentieri. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno a Karlsruhe. Ada
Diane (6/5): - Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Lage ist in einer Sackgasse im Industriegebiet und trotz Ruhelage konnte ich nachts wegen lauter Gespräche im Hof und später direkt über meinem Fenster nicht schlafen. Das Fenster gibt auch auf eine Schacht und man hat im Zimmer keine Aussicht nach draussen. Aber man hört vieles.

Janine (7/5): - Schone ruime kamers, fijn bed Gedoe om in en uit te checken. Niemand fysiek aanwezig, dus telefonisch contact. Hun systeem lag plat en ze spraken geen engels. Na 30 minuten pas sleutels. Ook bij uitchecken niemand aanwezig, dus weer moeten bellen . Voor 1 overnachting op de terugweg wat gedoe.

Frank (10/5): Super clean and comfy apartments! - Very clean, cosy and nice rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our Triple room got upgraded to the deluxe version just to be next to the double deluxe room we booked as well. This was a great surprise. We will be back!

Mile (7/5): Good - the room was specious and clean I had a problem with check in. there was nobody there, so after waiting a few minutes and asking around some other guests, I phoned the owners. they guided me with the key retrieval and to my room. being a foreigner, the call was a roming expense I had to take into account afterwards, witch was unnecessary. they could have messaged me before, the instruction how to get the key from the lockers. this way I had additional expenses and the owners didn't seem to care much.

Laurens (10/5): A great place to stay - We had a pleasant stay in Gästehaus Kautz. The room is very modern and equipped with all the facilities you might need. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
Nebojsa (9/5): Nice and spacious appartment for short stays and couples - The room was perfect for my stay, extra comfy beds, large room space, great shower and toilet. Small kitchen, stove, coffee maker, water kettle, fridge and kitchen sink were really helpful in cold winter nights. Location was also perfect for my stay, close to Neureut community, and Wörth am Rhein, over river. Maybe it could be a bit warmer during night as heating is off then, but I think this was a more general issue and prices would then be probably even higher. Kitchen sink misses space to put cutlery so it can be dried after washing (maybe some plastic bowl can be allocated some space for it).
