• Sabine (10/5): - Tolles Apartment direkt in der Stadt. Gegenüber ein Supermarkt, zwei Häuser weiter ein Bäcker. In 2 mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Parken 30 min frei gegenüber um aufzuladen, dann direkt an der Ecke eine Tiefgarage. Ideal für Ausflüge in der Region. Im Haus nebenan ein leckere Döner. Es geht eigentlich nicht besser. Mit Kindern perfekt!

Komunikace a získání vstupu do pokoje však bylo obtížné, museli jsme volat na několik čísel a ačkoli jsme dříve mailem dostali potvrzený dřívější checkin, nebyl možný a hostitele jsme museli uhánět.

The place is easy to get to from the train station and the room was clean. It is on the top floor which can be a challenge with luggage.

Within minutes of the train/bus station and the facilities of this beautiful town. The owner was very approachable and advised on which bus to get for the Neuschwanstein castles. Excellent level of cleanliness and has been well cared for with freshly painted walls and comfy beds. Nothing - the apartment was exactly as listed. No surprises.

Moreover I couldn't get my tall car (van) to the underground garage and when I asked for tip for alternative parking I got offered alternative for free in next street private parking immediately. Really great service! Fussen is really beautiful town. There are many great places around to see in nature. Town is really really clean and neat (in contract to Torino where we spent next night).

There's a supermarket just across the street, and the underground parking garage. The only minus I can admit was that there was no wardrobe in the room, just a sideboard and a few hooks for outwear

• Aude (9/5): Perfect journey for a family with big childrens - The location, the size of apartment, the bus tickets to the castles and the kindness of the host. The parking deal is good, parking entrance and access are a little dirty but finally safe for car. Even it is mentionned, access is not easy. No lift and it is not possible to park in front to get out luggages. I would not recommend it for not healthy or aged travellers, or with babies that are not able to walk.

• Claudio (9/5): Great place near city centre and good restaurants, worth the price! - The apartment is comfortable and clean, with complete set of appliances, comfy beds and a nice bathtub. Best thing is the location, in central Füssen, walking distance to the train station, pharmacy, bakeries, cafes and many good restaurants. Heating was not the best, it is an old building so we had to balance the heaters all over the apartment to get our bedroom warm and cozy.

• Danny (8/5): large flat with all the needed appliances for a very comfortable stay strait in the middle of town - large flat with all the needed appliances for a very comfortable stay strait in the middle of town We have arrived late and the owner was available by phone to guide us into the place shower and toilets are in separate rooms which make life easier for a famly . also in the shower room there are both a tub and a shower so you can choose note that the flat is located on trhe 3rd floor without an elevator so if you need to carry alot of luggage up and down its hard the overhead shower is a liitle small and is slightly leaking out from the bottom so pay attention

The facilities are worn out and there were insects crawling in the bathtub. There were also insects on the bed. The place is different from what we saw in the pictures I saw from the room type while I was making a booking.

• Maria (9/5): PLACE TO STAY IN FÜSSEN - Nice clean modern apartment in city centre. All is within walk in distance. Room and bathroom was clean and the bed is so comfortable. We stay at room no. 2. Communication with the owner was very smooth, he explains us everything even with the parking space which located in the parking house next to Luitpold park hotel. The pillow could be more comfortable. This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Parking space a bit to small and narrow but still ok for small car

Bus stop a block away for ride to castles and other areas. The apartment is on the top floor up three flights of stairs, no elevator, which was fine for our family, but others may not like the climb. It would be good if they added a floor fan or two to add some white noise at night, but we were fine without it as well.

• Davide (1/5): Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Property - Nothing. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the room did not match the pictures on Booking.com. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was very off-putting, and there were visible stains, hair, and filth on the towels, bed, and walls. The overall lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to rest. The entrance and staircase were cluttered with items and bicycles, creating a safety hazard that is concerning for any guest. It is clear that this property does not prioritize cleanliness or guest safety. I left after spending only one night due to these issues and requested a refund for the two nights I did not stay. Unfortunately, the host was unwilling to fully compensate me, offering only a partial refund, which did not reflect the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. The lack of cooperation from the host and their unwillingness to address these serious concerns make this property a poor choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay. I strongly advise future guests to consider alternative accommodations.

• Stepanfomenko (9/5): Superb - The apartments were well-equipped(including the kitchen and kitchen stuff), clean, and comfortable. There was enough space for four adults and two children to stay comfortably. It's a good option for accommodation near Neuschwanstein Castle. Small pluses: - a grocery shop is in the opposite building - there is a quite good doner into the same building with apartments - 3rd floor without elevator. For us, it was not a problem but it makes sense to keep it in mind - a situation with parking was not really clear - we just parked the car near some building on the street. If it's a paid parking zone, it might be a fine
• Bernard (5/5): Excellent location and excellent Internet speeds. Hot water problems and no Füssen card. - Location is very near the train station, and the Internet is very fast. It is also very reasonably priced for Füssen. While simple, the room was functional. Check-out time was supposed to be 10:00, but the host was kind enough to let me check-out at 11:00. They also waited at the apartment door for me to show me my room when I arrived. (I was asked to give them a call 15 minutes before I arrived, which I did.) The Booking.com rating for this accommodation is not comparable with other properties, because the host told me that they will pay the city tax (of €2.50 per night) for me, and asked me to give a good rating on Booking.com in return. While the act of bribery in itself was deplorable, they didn't actually give me a Füssen card, which according to all online sources I found (including the official Füssen city website), comes with all accommodations registered with the city, including private apartments. This leads me to doubt that my stay was actually registered with the city (i.e. that they actually paid the city tax for me). The lack of a Füssen card caused me to need to pay for the public bus to Hohenschwangau where the castles are, and the bus fare was more than €5, so it would have been cheaper if I paid the city tax for my two-night stay and received the Füssen card. The shower water temperature does intermittently turn cold while showering - it acts as if hot water suddenly stopped flowing. It does start flowing again after less than a minute almost all the time, so I just stepped aside from the spray of cold water and waited every time that happened. The Booking.com listing mentions a "tea/coffee maker", but that was really just an electric kettle, and there were no tea bags or coffee powder to come with it (who travels with tea/coffee sachets anyways!). Pillows were quite flat, and the stairs (three levels up) were kind of creaky.

The owner was really helpful and quick to respond. The oven was broken (which we didn’t find out until after buying the ingredients for a meal). The price is relatively high (though not unreasonable).

• Kerstin (7/5): Good location, friendly host. - A nice, roomy apartment. It was on the top floor, walk-up only. If it was specified in the description it wasn’t very visible. Could have been a problem for people with mobility issues. The house the apartment was in looked a little run down.
• Carey (5/5): Nice apartment that could be great with some attention to details. - Location is very good - many restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were quiet and generally comfortable. There were even some nice views from the windows and the small balcony. Nice living room and eat-in kitchen. There were a number of small issues that all added up to an overall disappointing feeling about the apartment. It was difficult to find. There was supposed to be a picture attached to two different emails but both indicated a broken link to the picture. Ended up calling for directions - finally located the entrance and got the code to enter - had to wait about a half hour for the owner to arrive to discuss parking, etc. Owner difficult to understand in English. Parking was more expensive than advertised, but owner paid local tax to offset the higher cost. Room were very cold upon arrival and took several hours to warm up. No soap in baths, only a very small amount of dish soap in the kitchen and while there is a dishwasher, there was no dishwasher soap. The refrigerator was off when we arrived and fortunately we realized that and turned it on. There were five of us but only four forks.
