• Holger (9/5): wir haben uns für unseren Kurztrip nach Leipzig in dieser Unterkunft wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder. - geringe Entfernung zum Einkaufen, Bäcker gute Straßenbahn Verbindung Richtung City die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage im Hinterhof, ruhige Lage, Straßenbahn hört man ab und zu mal, aber nicht störend die Wohnung ist ganz gut mit allem eingerichtet es ist alles vorhanden und sauber das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch zu gebrauchen in jedem Schlafraum ein kleiner Fernseher im Sanitärbereich gibt es sogar Handwaschpaste sowie Duschgel

• Antje (7/5): Kleines Zimmer in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung - In mittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Haltestelle und man ist dadurch schnell in der Stadt. Direkt im Haus liegt die Pizzeria. Man verhungert also nicht. ☺️ Eigentlich eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ich hätte mir sogar einen Kaffee machen können, denn alles war vorhanden. Das Bad ist schön groß und Duschzeug sowie ein Fön sind vorhanden. Für meine Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend. Ich bin zufrieden. Mir war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst,dass es ein Zimmer in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist, doch ich gehe mal davon aus, dass ich einfach nicht richtig gelesen habe.Mein Zimmer war ein Nichtraucher Zimmer (jedenfalls hing ein Schild an der Tür), das andere offenbar nicht. Daher roch es leicht nach Qualm. Das Bad teilt man sich mit dem anderen Zimmer. Auch wenn ich niemanden gesehen habe, war das komisch für mich. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen hübschen Balkon in Richtung Innenhof. Eigentlich total schön, nur leider sah man das auch deutlich dem Teppich an. Die Matratze war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Trotzdem habe ich gut geschlafen.

• Peter Zerna (6/5): Für eine berufliche Kurzübernachtung völlig ausreichend - Ich hatte beruflich in Leipzig als DJ, also bis sehr spät zu tun, die Lage war für meine Zwecke hervorragend, weil nur ca 500 Meter vom Arbeitsort entfernt. Frühstück bietet die Pension nicht an, aber etwa 300 Meter weiter ist die Bäckerei Lukas, wo man auch sonntags frühstücken kann. Man hätte sich auch einen Kaffee selbst brühen können, in der dazugehörigen Küche war alles vorhanden Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer, was mich ein wenig gestört hat.

• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - quite spacious, lots of items in the kitchen like cutlery etc., clean, quiet at night no wi-fi at all (!) (simply missing, not broken) which was a bad surprise, the bed is very hard and divided in the middle (you feel this divide during the night) and uncomfortable

• Bengi (4/5): Disappointing - The location was nice and quiet. Not far from the central station. We were not aware that we would have door to door neighbors with whom we'd have to share the bathroom with. They too, were not informed about having to share the facilities and neither were they informed about our dog. Luckily, they loved our dog. We later realized, that the information about having to share the facilities is on the page. However, we only found this said information on the bottom of the page. There was a box which included information such as the kitchen being shared and that there is a TV etc. This box did not include the information about the shared bathroom. You'd have to scroll down quite a bit in order to find this information. We went downstairs to the receptionist to address the issue. She, in a very stubborn manner, told us it is very clearly written that the facilities are shared. Not wanting to argue with her, we asked if there was any way we could switch to another room with a private bathroom. She said they are fully booked out. My partner and I then booked another stay and left the property. A few days later, I called the owner only to find out that there will be no refund and that we actually could have moved to another room with a private bathroom and kitchen. It is truly upsetting that this information wasn't presented to us. We would have happily moved to a private, clean apartment with the extra costs. But instead, the receptionist decided to lie to us. So basically, we threw money out the window. Hope you guys spend it well :) Furthermore, they have a Call a Pizza place next to the reception. So she's going back and forth from making pizzas to checking people into their rooms. I can't help but wonder, why didn't she at least give us a pizza 😂 As far as cleanliness goes in this room, let's just say, I would not lay my head on that pillow.
