• Carolina (7/5): Habitación cómoda con buena ubicación - El lugar es tranquilo, silencioso, camas cómodas, dormimos muy bien. El desayuno bien completo y abundante, servido muy puntual en horario solicitado. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El baño es compartido, cosa que no estaba clara en la descripción de la habitación. La habitación no tiene ventilación, por lo tanto, se siente algo de olor a encierro. El baño tampoco tiene ventilación, así que puede haber cierto olor a humedad.
• Johanna Noosha Zambrano (5/5): Incomodo , NO LO RECOMENDAMOS - * Desayuno Simple y sencillo, pero sin horario fijo, al preguntar se nos informa que será a la hora que nos acomode, pan frio y sin nada sorprendente. *Ubicación Cómodo, accesible cerca del terminal de buses y del centro de la cuidad. *Habitación Como en las fotos, sin ventanas algo cerrado, poca aislación del ruido y la luz. No fue una buena experiencia para nosotras, ya que el dueño de casa era no muy clara la informacion que sale en booking como por ejemplo: * Hora del desayuno ( sin horario, pero se acomodaban a nosotras) , luego le decimos una hora y se observa algo molesto, le informamos que por todos los tour que estábamos haciendo nuestras salidas eran muy am, y no nos daba tiempo para desayunar o de ofrecer algún snack. * Cuando le preguntamos sobre el pago nos pide en efectivo, lo cual NO se menciona en la pagina, y pide que hagamos una trasferencia a su cuenta, pero no tenia claro el valor, le mencionamos lo que salía en la aplicación, luego al día siguiente nos tiene otro detalle y nos cobra mas dinero que no se había cobrado el IVA , etc., asi que nos toca pagar mas de lo que decía la aplicación. * No nos gusto el lugar, hasta pensamos en irnos, pero dijimos que esto no iba a empañar nuestro viaje al sur, el nos hizo sentir muy incomodas ya que sentíamos invadidas con el dueño de la casa.

• Cho (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean and cozy. I had to leave the house early for my tours, they always served a warm breakfast for me even at 6 am. Although the bathroom is shared, I didn‘t have to wait or felt dirty at all. Everything you need is prepared, you are welcomed by the whole family at anytime!

• Lawrence (10/5): Excellent experience to be with a local couple - Nice Bnb with a nice couple to receive us for three days. thanks for their hospitality even though we communicate only by Google translate. No window in our room towards outside. Better book the King bedroom next time. The breakfast is the same all three days with egg for one day only

• Maria (8/5): Cozy, good breakfast. - Great breakfast included in the price. Beds were comfortable and host was very welcoming and friendly. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Would prefer not to share the bathroom with other guests, but apparently the other bathroom on the property was being remodeled at the time of our stay.

• Michal (7/5): Good - The location is good. We got a recommendation for a restaurant. The most problematic issue is the lack of windows. I think they should mention it. Another thing is: When it's written that you have facilities in the kitchen it's not really the situation. It's the hosts house and they don't really like you to walk in. It is understood of course but just be aware. In the limited breakfast the host wasn't very pleased with our request for a pot to boil ourselves some coffee. But for one night it was ok.

The host stored our extra bag while we were trekking in Torres Del Paine. The host accommodated our late arrival and early departure. WIFI was great. Great value stay.
• David (4/5): Nice place but dishonest hosts - The place is super clean and centrally located, with plenty of hot water in the shower and a fairly decent breakfast The hosts were super weird. It's run by a husband and wife team, and at first they didn't have our reservation, even though we had the confirmation on Booking's app. Apparently the wife only had a printout of their reservations from two weeks ago, and at first tried to get us to leave. We insisted that we had a confirmation, and she eventually relented like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Then when it came to payment, we tried to pay the equivalent of the booking price ($40) in CLP, and she would not accept the official exchange rate of the day, asking about 15% more. Her reasoning was "sometimes the rate is higher, sometimes it's lower. We don't use the official rate." We then tried to pay in USD, but she would not accept our cash as it wasn't in pristine condition. We did a quick search for an alternate hotel in the area but could find nothing remotely close to our price range, so we relented and ended up staying here, but felt the hosts were hostile from the get-go. It wasn't a lot of extra money, but we felt extorted and that the hosts weren't honest.

(Google translate). We stayed on both ends of our trip to Torres del Paine and host kept an extra bag for us. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

Good breakfast :) It is a private room in the apartment of a couple with shared bathroom. There was no window in the room and we thought the kitchen could also be used, but kitchen is private. We were also a bit confused on the price as we were told the night costs 50$ and not 40$ as shown on booking. Maybe it was the breakfast

• Jifu (6/5): I booked one night for two of us through booking.com. it's clearly stated it is US$48 for two person - It was OK but there are some catches. I booked one night for two of us through booking.com. it's clearly stated it is US$48 for two persons but I was told US$30 for one person and US$60 for two instead. There is no business sign in front of the door so if you arrive at late at night you may wonder whether you ve got the correct address. There is no towel/paper towel/hand dryer in the shared toilet. Breakfast is basic (no egg). Price charged is different from what's quoted in booking.com.
• Melanie (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely home of an older couple with two guest rooms. The rooms are cozy and spacious. Everything is kept super clean and the whole place is decorated with love. really good location and excellent breakfast. It was quite cold in our room even though the owners turned the heater on
• Wawta (5/5): Bad impression - We like the cleanliness, orderliness and breakfast. The house is a bit far from the bus terminal about 6 blocks, has two rooms with shared bathroom and toilet. The hosts stay in the house with guests. Accommodation prices are charged at the local currency rate higher than the official rate. The bedroom is very cold because the heater is very low and cannot be adjusted. The room has a bit smell like insecticide. The charge for depositing luggage after check-out time to wait for the time to go to the airport. Including the lack of courtesy in knocking our rooms to claim the cost of accommodation at night even if we told him to wait because we just arrived and were changing clothes, he refused,. After we offered to pay in USD and he finally accepoted, he changes to do the theatening and unfriendliness. Therefore, the host can't speak English, we have to use the translate app, that's inconvenient.
