• Amira (10/5): - AMAZING location, you can see the cable cars going from the room windows!!! About a 10-15 minute walk to the cable car area. The owner is SO lovely as well, we stored our stuff at 7am and picked it back up at 6pm while we were in tianmen mountain. They can help with rebooking taxis as well (wish we’d done this over DiDi !!!) The shower is also fantastic, it’s so cheap and compared to other hotels in the area, it’s actually got a separate shower stall (and ITS HUGE) so so so good!

• vania (8/5): Localização excelente - O quarto era grande e a localização excelente. O chuveiro demorava pra esquentar e saía pouca água. Não repuseram sabonete, não trocaram toalhas e não limparam o quarto. Na reserva constava que tinha varanda e vista da montanha mas não tinha.

The staff is really helpful and nice, they also speak English. The room was equipped with all the necessities. We only stayed for one night. We liked everything.

• Gennaro Caputo (10/5): SPETTACOLARE - L'hotel è centralissimo, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'entrata del parco. Inoltre vi è una strada piena di ristoranti e street food. La ragazza è stata bravissima e gentilissima, e ci ha aiutato a prenotare i vari biglietti del parco, e ci ha organizzato un percorso stupendo e veloce.
• Elisa (4/5): Una notte economica in un ottima pozione… ma solo per una notte - Ho scelto questo hotel per la convenienza, attratta dalle foto e dal prezzo. L’aspetto positivo sta sicuramente nella posizione: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla funivia del Monte Tianmen e a circa 15 minuti di auto dall’aeroporto. Purtroppo, questo resta l’unico vero punto di forza. Le foto non rispecchiano del tutto la realtà: mostrano stanze luminose e curate, mentre nella realtà le pareti erano macchiate. Con il prezzo così basso si può anche chiudere un occhio su questo aspetto puramente estetico, ma ciò su cui non lo si può fare è il livello di pulizia. Dal bagno proveniva un cattivo odore e mancava un vero piatto doccia: ogni volta che ci si lavava si bagnavano anche WC, lavandino e allagava il resto del bagno. Abbiamo inoltre chiesto di fermarci una notte in più solo per comodità nostra, così da poterci fare una doccia prima del volo serale. In realtà abbiamo lasciato l’hotel alle 19:30, quindi senza usufruire della nottata. Al momento della richiesta ci era stato detto che fino alle 18 si poteva pagare una tariffa dimezzata, e avremmo apprezzato se l’avessero applicata comunque nonostante quell’ora di differenza. Non era obbligatorio, certo, e quindi abbiamo pagato l’intera tariffa andando via prima della sera. Ciò che però non abbiamo apprezzato è che, nonostante il pagamento di una notte aggiuntiva, non siano stati cambiati nemmeno gli asciugamani, sebbene l’hotel sostenga di farlo ogni giorno. Considerato che avevamo comunque pagato la tariffa piena come se avessimo pernottato, questa attenzione me l’aspettavo come dovuta.

• Craig (5/5): - Spacious clean rooms. Location to Heavens Gate cable car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Getting a Didi taxi from the main road is easy and convenient. The hotel is right under the flight path for Zhangjiajie airport, so it can get noisy. The beds are rock hard. Showers in 2 rooms were very weak with just a trickle of lukewarm water. No fridge in rooms to keep water cold.

• nona (8/5): Excellent Location and Wonderful Hosts - Very good location, just a 5–7 minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cableway, about 10 minutes by car to the train and bus stations, and 5 minutes to the 72 Tower. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly, always providing excellent service. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. Difficult to find the hotel on the map

Договорились - за 40 юаней встретил с табличкой и довез из аэропорта . Помог и рассказал про парк , забронировал для нас билеты, был на связи. Хорошо говорит по -английски, что редкость в этом районе для сотрудников отеля. Очень добродушный и отзывчивый. Местоположение отличное - рядом сплошные магазины и кафе и ночной рынок. Пешком до станции канатной дороги 15 минут. Прибраться около ресепшн))

La cama era grande y cómoda, y la habitación con buen tamaño tenía un armario/estantería y un pequeño refil de agua. Al lado hay tiendas para comprar agua, fruta, ... El bicho que había más grande que mi cabeza en la cortina (no sé cuál sería y lo vi cuando me iba de la habitación), pero como dejan las ventanas abiertas hasta que llega el huésped, se colaría. Por otro lado, es baño con la alcachofa de la ducha encima del retrete así que se moja todo.

• Luca (10/5): Un soggiorno tranquillo per dei posti meravigliosi - L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta per visitare tutte le attrazioni/attività da fare! È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla funivia per la porta del paradiso (montagna Tianmen).. per il parco nazionale delle montagne avatar e il grand canyon del ponte di vetro, chiamando un sisi si raggiunge facilmente in 40/45 minuti. È situato anche vicino a dei bei vicoli dove poter mangiare la sera. I proprietari sono fantastici, ti aiutano in tutto. Potete anche prenotare le attività con loro. Bellissima esperienza

Todos los días estaba pendiente de nosotros para ayudarnos en lo que fuera. Lo único (pero que es muy típico en China) es que la ducha y el bater son lo mismo.

È relativamente vicino alla stazione ( 20 min di taxi) Biancheria estremamente pulita letto comodo. Il bagno : non ha piatto doccia e la doccia non è schermata pertanto si allaga quasi completamente. Il condizionatore in camera non ha funzionato bene quindi faceva molto caldo.

• Anej (10/5): Great owner, clean rooms. Use the map they send you to find it. - Very pretty and clean room. The manager puts a lot of care into their hotel. It's true what everyone says - he is so friendly and helpful, that he himself is worth chosing this hotel for. Not to far from the central bus station and the Tianmen mountain cableway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Just note - the hotel has 2 buildings, that is why there are 2 different pictures. Use the map they provided to find it, because Amap did not find it. It's unfortunate Amap did not find the hotel, but the map picture they sent us was perfect. No bad things, our stay was great!

• pepijn (8/5): - Aardige eigenaar die erg behulpzaam is bij het plannen van de uitstap naar het park. Prima kamer voor de prijs. Bed aan de harde kant. De kamer lag in een tweede gebouw zonder echte 'hotelsfeer'. Geen ontbijt mogelijk in het hotel.

• Ariadna (8/5): Buena estancia - La ubicación muy céntrica y al ladito del telecabina para subir a la montaña de Tianmen. El trato del personal, todos muy amables. La ducha no tragaba y rápido se llenaba todo el suelo del baño de agua (que compartía también con el wc). Por lo demás todo muy correcto.

• Katalin (9/5): Segítőkész, kedves személyzet és jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda. - A szálloda jó helyen található, a közelben sok étteremmel és vásárlási lehetőséggel. A busz terminál csak pár perc séta. Innen az összes látványosságot elérhetjük busszal. A Tianmen hegyre közlekedő felvonó 10 perc séta. Jerry nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben, amiben a segítséget kértem. Segített megvenni a belépőjegyeket és minden információt elküldött üzenetben. Nagyon megkönnyítette az utazásom. A szoba tágas volt és az ágy nagyon kényelmes. Azt kaptam, amire számítottam.
• Qasem (4/5): - فقط جيري هو البطل في الموضوع ومايعجب وخلاف جيري لايوجد شيء يعجب عتدما اردت كتابة هذا التقييم صراحة لم ارغب في ذكر العيوب لهذا الفندق ولكن الفندق يناسب من اراد الحجز منخفض السعر وصاحب هذا الفندق هو البطل جيري رجل بمعنى الكلمه مبتسم جدا يخدمك في كل ماتحب وفي خدمتك دوما بما تريد وهو الايقونه المميزه في هذا الفندق فقط وخلاف ذلك لايوجد اي تميز بالفندق مراتب الاسره غير مريحه وغير نظيفه من الداخل بها حشرات تصيب جلدك بالحكه كما ان الفيش الجداري ياتي في منتصف السرير وليس عل جانب السرير كما هو الحال بالفنادق تصريف الماء بالحمام ضعيف جدا الارضيه تمتليء سريعا لايوجد واي فاي وانما مجرد اسم فقط ولاتوجد ثلاجه التهويه بالفندق غير جيده والازعاج من الجيران مرتفع جدا جدا جدا وكلبهم يستمر في النباح خيوط العنكبوت اسقل المقعد والحشرات في اطراف الغرفه والوساخه تسفل السرير جيري رجل مميز تمنيت لو ان لجيري فندق آخر جميل مميز ونظيف ويحصل عل نظافه كامله يوميا وتعقيم كامل الفندق يناسب الاجانب من اوروبا وامريكا لانهم لايبحثون عن النظافه مثل الخليج وشعب الخليج فلا انصح به للخليج ابدا ابدا ابدا تقييماته مرتفعه بناء عل الاوروبين والغرب وكاول سعودي يقيم الفندق فلا انصح به لهم ابدا لك مني كل المحبة والتقدير سيد جيري ولكن الحقيقة يجيب ان تقال لاننا مسؤولون عنها امام الله

• Viktor Bug (8/5): Отель без претензий. Простенький, но чисто и опрятно. - JERRY по десятибальной шкале - пятнадцать баллов. Всё покажет, расскажет, объяснит, проведёт, посадит, довезёт и тд. Хорошее расположение. Автостанция через дорогу, фуникулёр совсем рядом. Аэропорт тоже не далеко, но я приезжал на жд вокзал. Пришлось просить Jerry встретить. Номер большой, кровать удобная, хотя и достаточно жёсткая, постельное чистое и хорошо пахнет. В номере не было бутилированной воды. Не привычно. Не так дорого она стоит, что бы не ставить клиентам в номер по бутылочке воды.
