John Alejandro (7/5): Solo son detalles. - Que tiene aire acondicionado. Que la zona es muy calmada. Todos los inquilinos muy respetuosos en cuanto al ruido. Cerca del D1 y a 25 minutos caminando al centro y playa. Sin restricciones de entrada y salida del apartamento La habitación se está deteriorando. Muchas dilatación en paredes. La tapa del sanitario está fracturada. Y los cajones para guardar la ropa están malos. Entra la persona de aseo a la habitación pero solo saca la basura.

ana luz (4/5): Pudo ser mejor - La ubicación era muy estratégica Primero que todo, las habitaciones no son como realmente se ven en las fotos, el piso está bastante afectado por la humedad y sumado a eso a los colchones se le sienten los resortes, los aires casi no enfrían y tuvimos problemas para usar la cerradura del cuarto y de la entrada; y en cuestión de seguridad, a nosotros, se nos perdió un sombrero y un par de aretes y nunca nos dieron respuesta por ello. Además la puerta del baño rechinaba mucho, no asean las habitaciones ni los baños, ni vacían las papeleras. En el lugar hay gatos, y pude percibir un olor leve a orina de gatos…

Paula (9/5): Tranquilo y cómodo - Es un lugar muy cómodo. La habitación triple con balcón es amplia y es muy tranquilo para dormir bien lejos del ruido. Es muy seguro el barrio, y cerca del centro caminando. A la vuelta hay un d1 lo que hace fácil el acceso a víveres.
