Algo extra que no sabíamos es que está equipada con una cocina para preparar lo que desees. Lo único negativo el camino de llegada. 1,8 km de trocha aunque está bien indicado y el GPS te lleva sin problema

Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, el personal es muy amable de principio a fin de la estadía. La habitación es bastante cómoda y limpia. El baño está en perfectas condiciones. Excelente vista desde el hotel.

Thao (9/5): Loved our stay so much we kept extending it! - We are afamily of 4 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog and stayed for 6 days in 3 rooms. This family run hotel has lovely friendly and helpful Spanish speaking staff, clean, comfortable & spacious rooms, very functional, stylish and spacious common areas. Enjoyed the firepit. Especially loved cooking in the large shared kitchen that was well equipped. Easy to communicate with before arrival and during the stay when out with WhatsApp. Staff accommodated for and assisted in organising birthday celebrations. Location is 8 minutes from the main road so was very peaceful with great views across the hills and cool breezes. Nothing negative to say, just some suggestions.. Would have liked quiet time implemented e.g between 22:00-07:00 to make it better suited for families Needs umbrellas by the pool as no shade there in the daytime Breakfast served earlier Side tables and lamps in all rooms Clearer directions on Booking on how to get there and a sign on the main road when coming from Bucaramanga (we called before arriving for directions) Would be amazing to have a jacuzzi to complete the spa experience
