Preciso se fue el agua y no tenian reserva para el uso de los huespedes. Fue muy desafoertunado. La limpieza de la habiatacion puede estar mejor

• Juan Carlos (7/5): - La zona donde se encuentra el hostal, es bastante seguro y central. Las 2 primeras noches,la habitación era bastante cerrada y quedaba al fondo del hostal me sentí un poco incomodo, pero a partir de la tercera noche me cambiaron de habitación y mucho mejor 👍

El alojamiento es lúgubre, está sucio y huele a moho. Como la mitad de las habitaciones no tienen ventana, el ambiente es muy oscuro y el olor a humedad es particularmente fuerte. Aunque

• Santiago (7/5): Una buena experiencia (con algunas excepciones) - El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado en Barranquilla. Es una zona segura, cerca de un lindo parque. Además, la zona común es sumamente agradable. No tuve una buena recibida por la muchacha que me atendió. Me entregó el cuarto, pero no me dio información acerca del baño, la dinamica del hostal ni una toalla. El baño de hombres no estaba en muy buenas condiciones, no estaba limpio y no tenía papel higiénico. La verdad, aunque me siento satisfecho con el hospedaje y muchisimo más con el precio del espacio y la ubicación, creo que podría mejorar en aseo y recibimiento del staff.

Hubo apagón en la zona y no hubo luz hasta el dia siguiente, el calor era insoportable, a falta de electricidad no se podía conectar el ventilador, ya que no hay aire acondicionado. Tampoco podias abrir las ventanas porque entraban zancudos. Fue terrible conciliar el sueño.Tampoco se acercaron a proporcionarnos alguna vela o luminaria.

• Pereira (2/5): - Pagámos 70 mil pesos colombianos pela reserva mas acabámos por não pernoitar no hotel. Agradecemos que o valor nos tenha sido devolvido, mas gostaríamos de deixar alguns pontos que podem ajudar a melhorar. Embora a cama estivesse limpa, todo o restante espaço não apresentava condições adequadas: encontrámos cabelos e sujidade na casa de banho, bastante pó acumulado e uma cozinha em muito mau estado, com móveis partidos. O ambiente transmitia uma sensação desconfortável, pouco acolhedora, e infelizmente não correspondia em nada às fotografias e à localização apresentadas no Booking. Sugerimos que seja feita uma limpeza profunda e manutenção do espaço, bem como a atualização das imagens e informações online, para que correspondam à realidade. Isso trará certamente mais confiança aos hóspedes e evitará situações como a nossa.

• Ángel (5/5): Solo si de verdad necesitas ahorrar - La ubicación Mi experiencia en este lugar fue bastante negativa desde el inicio. La atención fue muy mala: al llegar, me hicieron esperar para que me abrieran, no fueron claros con la información y, en general, parecían molestos por tener que atender. El check-in fue lento y desorganizado, y en ningún momento sentí un ambiente de seguridad o bienvenida. Daba la impresión de que nada funcionaba correctamente. Una noche llegué alrededor de la 1:30 a. m. y, tras esperar un buen rato en la calle, un hombre sin camisa, con evidente malestar y recién levantado, me abrió la puerta. Me dijo, de forma poco amable, que no se podía llegar a esa hora, y añadió algo más que no entendí. Me limité a ir a mi habitación, donde el aire acondicionado apenas templaba el espacio. En una habitación compartida de 9 camas, los únicos dos ventiladores de pie ya habían sido tomados por otros huéspedes. En general, todo se sintió muy precario. Para el turista que busca una experiencia local "auténtica" en un país en desarrollo, tal vez esto parezca parte del encanto, pero la verdad es que el lugar no cumple con estándares básicos de hospitalidad. El check-out fue igual de incómodo: el mismo señor simplemente me abrió la reja con molestia evidente, la tiró con fuerza, y parecía estar discutiendo con su familia. No lo recomiendo. La atención al huésped debe ser una prioridad, y en este lugar claramente no lo es.

• Matthew (1/5): Smelled and bad mold in bathroom, not like the pictures AT ALL - The location was in a decent area The pictures online are nothing like what I stayed in. The A/C was shut off during the day. It smelled literally like sh!t in the room, with little ventilation. The floors were very dirty. The bathroom had no ventilation and plus there was mold all over the bathroom which smelled very badly, worse than the room itself. I don't usually write reviews but they basically trick you with the pictures and when you get there it is absolutely disgusting and dirty with mold and smell. Please do yourself a favor and don't believe the pictures and the fake accounts giving reviews. I felt ripped off!

• Aws (2/5): You het what you pay for. But it wasn’t worth it. - I booked a room with A/C but when I get there, they tell me it is only turned on from 8pm to 8am. If you want to have it on 24/7 you have to pay in addition to the A/C fee already booked. The location is the only good thing about the property.
