El alojamiento cumplió con mis expectativas en relación a que contaba con privacidad y entrada expedita. Descuido completo en los lugares comunes en cuanto a aseo y limpieza. La cocina ofrecida no fue conveniente utilizarla.

• Guest (4/5): - En ödla inne på boendet. Ingen AC men massa fläktar som när vi satte på dom lät som tusan. Hade inget vatten första timmarna (han som var host sa att vattnet var avstängt pga renovering), vattnet kom igång på kvällen!
• Juan Carlos (6/5): Calidad - precio caro - No sé si para Limón es el precio adecuado. Pero he estado en Costa Rica en más de 15 lugares y éste calidad-precio no es el adecuado. Es caro para lo que te ofrecen.
• Simone (1/5): Péssima - Não gostei de nada. Cama com fronhas cheirando cabelo sujo, chuveiro frio, não tinha papel higiênico e um ventilador improvisado e barulhento. A fachada da casa é feia e o jardim interno está largado. Foi o pior lugar que já estive.

He was very nice and gave us a lot of good advices to travel around Limón. I would totally recommend this place! The only thing maybe was that there wasn't hot water in the shower but as it is hot, it was not a big problem

I booked the room with AC but I wouldn't stay in that prison cell if you paid me. They only accept PayPal and cash so filling in your credit card is a waste of time.

• Rachel (3/5): We decided to leave and stay somewhere else. - The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He provided a list of things to do in town and helped us figure out how to save some money on taxis. The property was not at all what we expected. The location was not walkable, we didn’t see the restaurant or the store mentioned in the listing. The room had a musty smell and the “garden view” was not a garden as in a yard. The only window looks into a small courtyard, surrounded by buildings, with a small garden in the middle. The description sounded like there was a private kitchen and living room space; in reality these are shared spaces, a small table in the courtyard and dirty kitchen (the fridge was mouldy, we didn’t look further than that). In the end, we decided not to stay at this property.

About a 30-minute walk to the ocean - No hot water in the shower or sink - Not clean - Spiderwebs in sink - Only full-size bath towels available; had to request face towels - Staff not on-site full-time; requests needed to be made through WhatsApp - No response to requests made at 7pm regarding lack of hot water - Hotel clerk requested cash payment (otherwise I would stop payment) - Cheap hotel price, but it is definitely not rated correctly. This hotel should be a “2” or “3”

It was quite noisy with people talking outside the room from very early in the morning. Not sure if these were other guests or residents.

Availability of small planted quadrangle courtyard with attached table, common fridge and coffee machine with tea option. ATM machine just across the road and 100 meters up the road. Wished it were a little more central but, other than that, nothing.

Even though it wasn’t included I got a nice breakfast It was very difficult to find and none of the taxi drivers or local people knew where it was. Once I found someone who could make a call for me they called the owner and I got picked up
