Το πρωινό μας το είχαν ήδη στείλει στο Whatsapp και μπορούσαμε από την προηγούμενη μέρα να επιλέξουμε ώστε να μην καθυστερήσουμε το πρωί. Πολύ βολικό το ότι υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας την ημέρα της αναχώρησης για φύλαξη. Επιπλέον δεν χρειαστήκαμε ανταπτορα για τις πρίζες, καθώς είχαν προβλέψει την υποδοχή και για του ευρωπαϊκού τύπου. Όλες οι παροχές ήταν καταπληκτικές.

- Olga (9/5): Wonderful service, cleanliness and facilities of the room definitely justify the price - I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised both by the quality of the rooms and the high level of service. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including slippers, a dental kit, and even hair conditioner, which has become quite rare these days. There was also complimentary water, a coffee machine, a kettle, tea, and coffee provided in the room. It was stated that breakfast starts only at 8 AM, but since we had to leave exactly at 8, the hotel kindly accommodated our request and arranged for breakfast to be delivered directly to our room earlier. The breakfast was delicious and arrived hot, which we truly appreciated. Whenever we had any questions, the staff responded very quickly and were always helpful. Everything was handled at the highest level. The only downside I would mention is that the hotel is located on a fairly busy street. If you open the window at night, it becomes quite noisy and difficult to sleep. On the other hand, the air conditioner is positioned in a way that it blows directly onto the bed.

- Jose (10/5): Urban Habitat does Costumer Service right with toughtful touches - Friendly and communicative staff. I loved that even with the “do not disturb” sign, they left new waters outside the door showing they respect your privacy but that you should not have less services because of it. I loved that touch, specially in warm Nicosia. Room was spacious and great. Quiet area yet many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Even got a nice specialty coffee on the house on my way out Nothing. All was perfect

- Martha (9/5): A great choice in Nicosia! - It’s in a convenient location for everything, right in the heart of the shopping district, close to the historic centre, and next to nice restaurants and cafes. The stay was high-quality, and the apartment (we stayed in a two-room unit) was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. There were thoughtful details, such as outlets for all devices, toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee and tea, and bottles of water, along with easy access to the accommodation. Communication with the accommodation and staff was immediate and excellent; the receipt was sent promptly. It deserves a 9.5/10! Thank you, Urban—we’ll return for sure! A few minor improvements include insect (mosquito) screens for the windows, a safety box (didn't find one), towel hangers, and additional room shading for those who want good blackout at night. A second pair of keys would be of great help for more than one traveller who shares. However, these are minor details, as the overall experience was outstanding.

The instructions for the room provided in advance, and were very clear. The room itself was clean, quiet, and with all necessary items you would need for a convenient stay. - ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στη Λευκωσία! Η περιοχή είναι πολύ όμορφη! Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται πολύ ωραία - Εξαιρετική περιοχή! Πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και το κέντρο της πόλης! Θα ήταν καλό να επισημανθεί η διατήρηση της ησυχίας στον διάδρομο. Θα ήταν βοηθητικό αν υπήρχε κάποιος επιπλέον τύπος μαξιλαριού.

The room itself is small, but has everything one needs. It also has a rather big fridge (don’t worry it’s still small but the size is super nice and better than what most sizes in regular hotels/minibars offer). Daily complimentary water bottles per person is another plus.

- Marc (6/5): Passende Unterkunft in City-Nähe - Frühstück war zusätzlich in einem Café Das Haus in dem die Unterkunft ist, spricht nicht besonders an. Die Zimmer waren aber gut.
