- ozay91 (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I think it’s a place that truly captures the essence - We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t really say. The location was great. The area’s character and the authenticity of the houses have been preserved during the restoration, which is really beautiful. It was sufficient for keeping the room clean and serving hot drinks. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small. Additionally, there was a crack in the upper section of the bathroom, and water was leaking from the joint. The adjustable showerhead was also broken.

- Peter (10/5): You must go! - What a fabulous place to stay. If you like authentic, traditional Cyprus, this is it! Warm welcome, warm fire as it was rather cold and raining . Rooms were clean and comfy with good facilities. Meals both evening and breakfast were very good. Al in all a brilliant overnight experience on a beautiful village nestled in the mountains

- Sylvain (4/5): Don’t believe the promises of the owner. There are many better places in the village. - The host Diana was kind and most efficient. Many things. First I have been abused regarding the room. Upon arrival, I was taken to a bizarre room with NO window at all. A real jail cell. And this after the owner promised me a nice room full of light as I’m writing my new book. The possible breakfast was inexistant. I received a mail regarding the parking facilities a day before leaving (5 days after my arrival). Thanks to Diana, I succeeded to be offered a better room with a view on an abandoned land full of garbage so easy to remove!!! Privacy is also poor. The common courtyard is a source of brutal noise.

- Iringo (8/5): - Good location, nice place. It’s inconvenient that without inserting the card on the keychain, neither the heating nor the refrigerator works. I understand the intention, but the whole point of a fridge is to keep the food cold even when no one is at home. The heating (the air conditioning) was very weak anyway, and in winter a bit of warmth would have been nice.

- Lara (5/5): Watch out for the cockroaches - The location was great, right in the centre of town. Bed was comfortable When I got to the property I was told to text a WhatsApp number to gain entry. I text the number, no reply, there was another number, I text that, no reply either. I only had data on my phone and I tried calling on WhatsApp but no reply. Luckily I had my work phone so I turned on my data and called the number by phone and the guy answered and let me in. But it was concerning as it was dark and I was a single female. It was frustrating as I had let the hotel know what time I would be arriving. I dropped my bags and headed out for dinner, when I came back there was multiple cockroaches in my room, I text the guy who told me he has no other rooms. By now it was 10pm so I had no choice but to stay at the hotel. The only option he offered me was an aerosol spray to kill the bugs but that was 20 minutes after I text him and I had decided to try and sleep. I got a very restless night sleep. I was not offered any discount, just that the next morning he told me that he'd called the exterminator, but that didn't help me since I was only staying one night. It was really poor service and with nobody on site at the hotel there was nobody to help me. The other problem is you have to have your key in the wall to keep the electricity on, but it makes a big buzzing noise when it is on, I had to charge my phone so I had to keep it on. Luckily I didn't need the ac so I pulled the key out of the electricity at around 3am to try to get some sleep. My room was right by the front door and it was very loud when people were leaving and entering. Also the wall in the bathroom is really thin so I could hear the child crying in the next door room. I think I got about 2 hours sleep. Really disappointing service from the hotel

- Kyproula (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, nice decor keeping with the traditional stone look. Inner courtyard and upstairs balcony for relaxing. The room we booked was their smaller one, but still plenty of space to move around, with its own little fridge and en-suite. Separate kitchen and dining/living area available to use. It's only 3 minute walk from the carpark and stone's throw from all the shops, the museum and the local arts centre, highly recommend to check out MOLA. Also in short driving distance is a winery and olive farm. Locals are pleasant to speak with and a couple of places stay open til late. All was good.
