Daniel (1/5): Traumatizante - Não há nada pra elogiar, o anúncio poderia ser classificado como fraudulento. O hotel está em reformas, inabitável no andar de baixo e sem acesso a carro. Tenho fotos recentes do local. Não é informado no anúncio sobre a reforma, somente após o pagamento, que não foi estornado. Ninguem atende no local, o endereço estava abandonado. Chamei lá na frente, entrei no pátio (portão estava aberto) simplesmente não fui atendido, pois não havia ninguém. Tentei o cancelamento pelo aplicativo e fui ignorado.
