• Kerstin (10/5): - Sehr schönes Appartement in einer umgestalteten alten Brauerei mit Anschluss an eine Brauereigaststätte welche hervorragendes Bier selbst herstellt. Leider gab es technisch bedingte Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken, welche aber mit Hilfe des Personals nach kurzer Zeit gelöst werden konnten.

• Michal (9/5): - Krásný pivovar. Nádherný pokoj (měli jsme apartmán). Výborné pivo. Pozor v restauraci bývá plno, doporučuji rezervaci předem. Celkově ubytování i restauraci doporučuji. Samoobslužná recepce. Přilášení ještě ušelo. Ale při odhlášení nám stoj sežral obě karty a hlásil, že jsme odevzdali pouze jednu. Slabší jídlo v restauraci. Menší výběr při snídani.

• Klaus-Dieter (8/5): insgesamt gelungen - Das ist eine rein persönliche Antwort, da man als Deutscher zum Frühstück auch Brötchen mag. Aber da mag in Tschechien etwas anderes sein. Das ungewohnte ein- und auschecken. Die Hinweise, wie man zu den Zimmern kommt, ist verbesserungswürdig. Ich bin zuerst herum geirrt, bis eine Dame mich auf den richtigen Weg gebracht hat.

• Nikolay D. (9/5): - Bydlel jsem v apartmánu přímo v areálu pivovaru Kocour a byl jsem velmi spokojený. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený – ideální jak na kratší pobyt, tak i delší zastávku. Velkým plusem je samozřejmě restaurace přímo u ubytování, kde podávají skvělé jídlo a hlavně výborné pivo z vlastního pivovaru. Celkově příjemná atmosféra, určitě se rád vrátím. 🍺

• Lenka (10/5): V celku jsme byli moc spokojení. Navíc nás mile překvapilo krásně ustlaná postýlka s peřinkou a dekou pro syna. Všude vš - Ubytování bylo skvělé, čisté a snídaně chutné. Jen trochu nepohodlné polštáře a měkké matrace.

• Andreas (9/5): Super Hotel, gute Gastronomie mit super Bierangebot und eigener Brauerei. - Schönes Hotel mit angeschlossener Brauerei, Zimmer tipp-top! Gastronomie super. 300m Luftlinie von der Deutschen Grenze und keinen einzigen Deutschen Fernsehsender??? War ja nur wegen der weltpolitischen Ereignisse an diesem Wochenende wichtig.
• Guest (5/5): Myslím, že už není co dodat a vyhodnotit si to musíte sami. - Snídaně v pořádku, lokalita nám vyhovovala. Po přihlášení k ubytování, nám byly přiděleny pokoje které jsme měli objednány, ty byly ale obsazeny, personál se nám nechtěl věnovat, že nemá čas, že musí obsluhovat hosty a po dlouhých prodlevách nám dal jejich telefon, kde byla připojena nějaká paní, která věci dlouho nechápala a pak volala personálu, ať nám dají náhradní pokoje, což se stalo, ale když jsme přišli k uvedeným pokojům, tak byly také obsazeny, co k tomu dodat - KOCOURKOV. Tak jsme šli opět za personálem který na nás OPĚT neměl čas, dal nám jejich telefon a ať si prý zavoláme paní, se kterou jsme už mluvili. Ta se tomu zase strašně divila, zavěsila a pak zavolala, že posílá kolegyni. S tou už jsme problém který trval více než hodinu vyřešili. V Česku už je málo lokalit kde jsme nebyli, a s objednaným ubytováním nebyl nikdy problém, ale co k tomuhle dodat? Ani hosté, kteří zde byli ubytováni nechápali a prý se to občas stává.
• Jaroslav (8/5): - Restaurace úžasná, pivo prvotřídní a spousta druhů. Bydlení v hotelu exkluzivní. Samoobslužný proces ubytování zmatečný, bojovali jsme s ním. Preferuji osobní přístup, předání klíčů . Snídaně bohužel špatná - míchaná vajíčka, vajíčka na tvdo i párky byly v 8.10 hod studené. Kvalitě párků - suverénně nejhorší, které jsme kdy jedli.

• Cselló (9/5): Superb - We offer everything for beer lovers. A very nice place with very nice people. There is no reception, just a vending machine without the correct software for check-in and check-out. We had got a problem with it.

• Jakub (10/5): First time in Varnsdorf - Great hotel with great beer from the local brewery. Nice staff, big rooms, breakie OK. You can sleep in the train. Nothing.
• Ondrej (9/5): Superb - Modern, nice, fit for purpose accommodation in the outskirt of Varnsdorf. Great restaurant. Friendly staff. They have peacocks on the property, which is cool, but they were quite noisy early in the morning.

• Katalin (9/5): Superb - Superb designed building, spacous room, nice bathroom. Breakfast was correct, good coffee. The brewery dowstairs was excellent, both food and drinks Heating and hot water was a little poor, both were colder than convenient. The built in kitchen was nice, but could not function, as there are no kitchen utensils at all. Coffee /tea would have been nice to have ( and e.g. mugs). In the superb designed bathroom there were no hooks.

• Carsten (7/5): Generel a great stay in a great place with very friendly staff - but the beds are a challenge. - Service from staff was brilliant Beds are way to soft - woke up with a back pain. One of the beds were a foldable bed and a bit short when you measure 185 cm.
• Martin (9/5): Everything amazing except for the checkin process. - Some of the best beer in the entire North of the country, a beautiful fully-furnished apartment and bathroom, and breakfast included in the price. Very friendly and helpful staff; though I imagine they're not paid as much as they ought to be. Checkin was a pain due to not having received our door code prior to arrival (meaning the poor girl at the bar had to keep calling whoever is supposed to be in charge of the accommodation to try and get it for us), the "automated" checkin system (see: if for some reason your ID won't scan, you need to fill in every single detail manually while the Germans behind you huff and puff), and there's a severe lack of vegetarian options on the menu.

• Johannes (1/5): Bad - If you want to ruin your enjoyable Trip - stay in the place. Drunk people slamming the door all night, you hear everything and everyone. And dont forget 1 euro for a shower! Yes, you have to pay extra plus lovely showers are located outside. Who would not enjoy that
• Kristof (9/5): Very nice stay! - Since our first stay in 2020, they have much improved the facilities! New bathroom and showers available. And very good breakfast!
• Pol (4/5): Disappointing place to sleep with good breakfast - Great breakfast and friendly lady. Very varied and well prepared. Very nice breakfast room in the hotel. A big contrast with the lodging place... The carriage is worn out with holes in the floor. The rubber stinks. The outer door of the wagon is difficult to open (possible danger in case of fire!). No WiFi-range in the carriage. Only 1 socket available. To take a shower in the common area you have to pay 1 EUR per turn, which is quite a lot.
• Dusan (8/5): Great stay for summer time. Good location for cycling trips. Great beer in the brewery. - Breakfaast and hotel/ restaurant facilities were great. Twice out of electricity in sleeping car.
• Roger (8/5): Very good - Wagon cabin tremendous value including excellent breajfast. Wifi wirked well. Cabin a bit tight for me with all my bags, not sure how multiple people cope. Beds not very comfortanle - have previously tried sleeper at LokSchuppen, Pasewalk, Germany which had better cabin and more comfortable mattress.
