• Nadine (8/5): - Als wir abends anreisten, gab es weit und breit nichts zu essen und trotz des lieben Angebots des Hauses uns mit dem Ruderboot auf die andere Elbseite zum Restaurant zu bringen, blieb auch dies erfolglos, da das Restaurant bereits 18 Uhr schloss. In unserer Not erhielten wir von der Pension Privoz ein Abendessen, was dort eigentlich nicht vorgesehen ist. Das war wunderbar und wir waren sehr dankbar. Das bleibt in Erinnerung!

• Fred (8/5): Schöne einsame Lage direkt an der Elbe - Schöner Ausblick von der Terreasse an der Elbe, Kücheneinrichtung ok, aber nicht üppig, insgesamt macht die Pension einen etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck. Es gibt 2 grundsätzliche Probleme: 1. Die Züge auf der gegenüberliegenden Elbseite sind sehr zu hören und erzeugen einen nicht unbeträchtlichen Lärmpegel wenn sie vorüberfahren. 2. Anreise mit dem Fahrrad: Die Unterkunft liegt NICHT am Elberadweg, sondern auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Elbe. Seit über einem Jahr existiert an dieser Stelle keine Fähre mehr, so dass man entweder von Decin aus oder von Schöna auf der regulären Strasse 62 mit den ganzen Autos zusammen zur Unterkunft radeln muss.

• Sara (9/5): Clean and big place to stay in the area - Very big room, beautiful view and super friendly and ready-to-help staff. The breakfast was fine. Maybe the price of the breakfast compared to what you can get, was a bit high.

• D.ieva (9/5): lovely guesthouse with kind hosts - The accommodation is modest and clean with cute decor. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot; there was a great selection even for vegetarians. The host family is very kind and makes you feel welcome. They helped us out when the ferry was not working. There is also a lot of space for bike storage. The location is not the best if you rely on public transport to go to other parts of the park: the ferry stops working at 19:30 (at least in May) and the trains are every 2 hours.

I look forward to visiting this facility - The location is great as it is right in front of the entrance to the national park. This is no fault on the property’s side, but the ferry unfortunately doesn’t provide a reliable service.
