• Kądziela (7/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum oraz stoku Svatý Petr. Bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Wymaga remontu.

• Janusz (10/5): Extra wyjazd! - Miejsce rewelacja, pokoje czyste i komfortowe, właściciel-świetny gość, darmowy parking przy obiekcie, z którego mogliśmy skorzystać nawet po wymeldowaniu. Wszystko jest na miejscu: bar dla imprezowicza, serwis i wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego dla potrzebujących i bankomat. I najważniejsze: lokalizacja, na stok 5 minut, z buta i to narciarskiego ;) hostel w samym praktycznie centrum. Ocena 10/10 Inni goście, ale to nie wina obiektu :) Po prostu trafiliśmy na dość głośną ekipę obok :)

• Hardy (8/5): - Wir haben dieses Hostel unter Beachtung eines sehr günstigen Preises gebucht. Es war alles da, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zusätzlich gibt es im Flur einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle mit Geschirr und Besteck. Ein SkiDepotRaum ist vorhanden. Unmittelbar neben dem Hostel ist ein kleiner asiatischer Supermarkt und auch die Lage im Ort ist unschlagbar! Der Betreiber ist sehr nett und sprach zudem perfekt englisch und deutsch. Wir kommen wieder!!!

• Jiří (10/5): - Pension mě mile překvapil svojí útulností a čistotou.Velké parkoviště přímo u pensionu.Ideální poloha přímo v centru.Všude je velmi blízko.Objednal jsem si snídani a byla vynikající. Bylo mi umožněno na pokoji zůstat déle a to zcela zdarma. Určitě se brzy vrátím a rozhodně na delší dobu.

(9/5): A nice place to stay in Spindleruv Mlyn - 1) Staff was very nice and it's a pleasure to see that the owner is really into it - very experienced and always eager to assist in any matter! Super friendly and helpful. 2) The hostel is clean and has everything needed, including kitchen accessories, etc. There's also a common fridge and microwave that we could use. Good wifi. Comfy beds. Shared toilets are clean and well maintained. 3) Location is very close to the resort center, where the bus stop is, restaurants, shops, everything. Just a couple of minutes walk. 4) Ski rent is convenient and the price is good. There's a common (locked) ski storage room available for free. 1) We did not like the fact that the shower cabins in the common shower room (there are 2 cabins there) are completely transparent. Maybe some people don't care about it, but for us this was very annoying. Especially since there's no inside lock in this room, so anyone can come in anytime. 2) Maybe in summer this is not an issue, but in winter with all the snow there is no pedestrian walkway down the main road, so an extra caution is needed when walking from the hostel to the center or anywhere else, as cars are passing by.

• Paweł (10/5): Best spot in Spindl! - Hi 🥹 We had an amazing stay. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful🫶🏼 we came as a group and from the beginning we felt very well take care of😍 Rooms were clean and comfortable! On New Year’s Eve there was great music party in the bar downstairs. Generally the atmosphere was fantastic and we had a really good time. There is also opportunity to rent a ski equipment😉 We like the location because is right in the city center. There is a car park and ski storage room which is a big plus. Overall this is a great place with welcoming vibe and owner who cares about his guests. See u next time 💛 We had to leave at some point...

• Anna (10/5): Super lokalizacja. - Idealne miejsce dla narciarzy, blisko centrum, blisko stoków narciarskich. Na najlepszy stok Svaty Petr można iść pieszo, a po nartach klimatyczny bar z tyłu budynku. Dla zapomonalskich wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego z fachową obsługą. Pokoje czyste.

Lokalizacja hostelu 5 minut od stoku Święty Piotr W samym centrum Szpindlerowego młyna Właściciel przesympatyczny gość a co dodatkowym plusem jest to że wychodząc z spokoju macie wypożyczalnie całego sprzętu narciarskiego wraz z serwisem na miejscu. Psiolubne przystępne cenowo w samym centrum Szpindla polecam!

• Adriana (8/5): - Zatrzymaliśmy się na 1 noc podczas dwudniowej wędrówki z Harrachova do Karpacza. Budynek jest stary i przydałby się remont, ale jest bardzo czysto i wygodnie. W pokoju był czajnik, sztućce, talerzyki i kubki. Na korytarzu spora lodówka i mikrofalówka. Łóżko wygodne. WiFi działało bez zarzutu. Brakowało mi tylko suszarki do włosów.
• Falada (9/5): - Přivítala nás moc milá paní, která nám vše ukázala a vysvětlila. Nebyl problém ani s tím, že jsme dorazili dřív. Ubytování bylo čisté, vybavení v pokoji funkční, na přespání po náročných túrách naprosto dostačující. Rádi se sem zase někdy vrátíme.

• Lorcan (6/5): It did the job for a short skiing trip with friends. - Staff were friendly. The bar attached to the hostel is great, good beer and good atmosphere, also has a kicker table. Shared bathrooms were kept clean. Quiet at night. Building itself seems unstable. Would be best to bring your own towels & bedsheets if you prioritise cleanliness. Gets kind of cold in the rooms during the winter nights.
• Allen (8/5): Very good - Superb location and the owner was very friendly and let us use the ski-room and bathrooms after check-out, even though it is not normally customary. Minimalistic room that basically has all the necessary amenities you need for a short skiing weekend - shared bathrooms, ski room, kettle and sink and some cutlery in the room. Beds were a bit small and uncomfortable but definitely worth the price especially given the location. There is a bar downstairs where you can get some drinks in the evening. The bartender at the bar was quite rude and unpleasant.

Price for what you get here ratio The inside of the building is just very heavily used for years, there is not breakfast or coffee. Only a bar is there.

• Perry (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay..we partyed a lot and skied a lot. - Property is very close to ski hill It is modest but clean.Owner has individual attitude to people,he acommodated us much later,nothing was a problem,he waited for us in the morning with serviced skies.There is also a ski service and ski rent in the building.In the hostel is also a pub which is great.Clients of hostel are in most cases people who realy appreciate this joy of sking or snowboarding😉
• Tomek (9/5): Superb - Great localisation and they have a bar which is nice addition. Comparing to price standard isn't good. Looks like best time of this hostel pass long time ago. Renovation would do it good.
• Tereza (9/5): Location, location and OMG the amazing price! - As for the location of the accommodation… you could not ask better! The chairlifts of Sv. Petr are 5 minutes walk, so you don’t have to walk too far with your gear at all. Or you can catch a free shuttle bus which leaves from bus stop which is only 1 minute away from accommodation. If you want to go skiing to the other ski centre in Spindleruv Mlyn – Medvedin, you catch another free shuttle bus. Its that easy! Accommodation Fortuna is in heart of Spindleruv Mlyn. Everything is very nearby – shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, entertainment centres, ATMs etc. Bus station, from where bus leaves to the capital city Prague, is 5 minutes away. Fortuna has free car parking as well ski hire shop, where you can hire all equipment for the winter (skis, snowboards, slides, helmets, etc.). The owner is very flexible with prices for hiring winter equipment and is happy to give special deals to his guests. Rooms are basics, but very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are well heated! All in all we really enjoyed our stay there and the staff were always there to help or give you information. We look forward to go back down this winter as the kids want to learn how to ski. nothing really.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Terrifying hostel 🧟‍♂️ As soon as we arrived in Splinderuv Mlyn we looked up the address of the "hostel" on google maps but the address is 300 meters wrong and having no sign, let alone lights, it was tedious to search for the entrance since the owner did not answer the phone and we had to wait 30 minutes outside in the rain with our bags. Once the phone was answered, in an unfriendly manner, we were suggested to enter through the back door. Once inside the scenario in front of us was somewhat inhospitable since the bartender was smoking inside the restaurant. A staff member provided us with keys to the rooms, telling us that she knew nothing about the apartments but that she knew of our arrival. Once we were escorted to our rooms, the pungent smell of feces and urine from the communal bathrooms had now pervaded us. Once we reached our room, we were shocked by the lethal mix of mold, feces and urine coming from every corner of the room. There were 4 of us, and the beds provided with pillow and blanket were 3. Tired from the trip, I decided to lie down to regain my strength a bit but I immediately noticed that water was dripping from the roof coming from a pile of mold inevitably falling on my forehead (photo attached). So I improvised and moved the now-wet bed to the middle of the room. Next, I went to the communal showers where fortunately I found hot water. During the night, drafts of freezing air entered the room from every crevice without allowing a moment's respite. The radiators completely turned off. The next day, I tried to connect to Wi-Fi, unfortunately with little success given the modem's poor range. The only place where I could connect successfully was the hallway, where, however, given the high stench of urine, I could not stay for long. During the ski trip we get a message from the owner asking to talk to us.
