- Lucia (5/5): Bezproblémový neskorý príchod ale nefunkčná Wifi - Páčilo sa mi,ze nebol problem s checkin aj ked som prišla neskoro a ze hotel bol ďalej od hlavnej cesty. Nepáčilo sa mi,ze mi nešiel internet aj ked v hoteli majú WiFi nebola funkčná. Moje dvere na izbe boli predtým poškodené - vlastne zárubňa, dvere sa nedobre zatvárali a bolo vidieť,ze to je iba trochu zlepené. Bohužiaľ nebola tam možnosť zakúpenia nejakého jedla a myslím si,ze ked dam za noc 70 EUR, mohlo tam byt trosku lepsie aj s tou WiFi. Ale ubytovanie bolo čisté a spalo sa fajn bolo tam ticho.

В кімнаті було брудно, навіть не протерта підлога, на постелі було волосся від попередніх мешканців, з кухонних приборів тільки дві брудних чашки.

- Blanka (9/5): Když přijedeme do Brna rádi se zde ubytujeme. - Lokalita v pohodě, blízko na tramvaj, která je zachvilku v centru i na nádraží.

- Lukáš (4/5): Za tu cenu, která byla přes 3500kc za dvě noci jsem si představoval úplně něco jiného. - Lokalita byla fajn Když jsem přijel do ubytování, tak jsem si myslel, že jsem jen někoho na pokoji vystřídal. Ložní prádlo bylo jako by tam někdo přede mnou byl a osuška s ručníkem v koupelně na zemi.

- Jitka (8/5): Příjemný penzion v klidné části města - Výborně vyřešený bezkontaktní check-in, vše fungovalo na jedničku. Penzion v klidné části města, dobrá dostupnost MHD. Pokoj útulný, na přespání více než dostačující. Vybavení na přípravu kávy a čaje jako velké plus.
- Michal (6/5): Vyspal jsem se, ale už nikdy. - Čistý prostorný pokoj číslo 5 Dům má krásný nový exteriér. Velmi malý a typicky pokoj číslo 1 Žádné služby v rámci ubytování. Nepěkné místo přímo naproti vybydlenemu domu s podivnými existencemi. V okolí pouze placené parkování. Žádné stravování v místě.

Nem kaptunk automatikus kódot a bejárathoz. Szakadó esőben vártunk a szállás előtt hogy történjen valami. Ez eléggé elrontotta az első napot.

- Maira (8/5): Stay was amazing because i was out all day so sleeping was comfortable - It was nice bed was comfy and the location was also good There was no one to ask about anything. Its like you are living all on your own you cannot ask for anything because there is no one and it the dining side was under construction so the dust can be seen on furniture. Luckily i saw a room service lady and asked her for toiletries and she was super nice

- Marián (9/5): Splnilo moje očakávania - Páčila sa mi lokalita, do centra mesta to bolo pár minút. Páčilo sa mi ako izba pôsobí na prvý pohľad, minimalisticky ale pritom splnila všetky moje očakávania. Parkovanie.

- Hana (7/5): Na delsi pobyt bych nedoporucila, ale na prespani staci. - Pekna koupelna. Probihala zrovna mala rekonstrukce, na pokoji jako omluva lahev vina a snak, to bylo mile. Ocenuji v oknech site proti hmyzu. Matrace dost tvrde, bohuzel nebylo to pohodlne. Stolky byly hodne nizke, nedalo se nich pracovat s notebookem.

The bottle of a Prosecco as a mitigation of a discomfort from a reconstruction works. The guesthouse is under reconstruction with all the dust and noise. It was not possible to have a breakfast because of the reconstruction.

- Kateřina (4/5): Toto ubytování nedoporučuji. Za mne vůbec cena neodpovídá kvalitě. - Připadalo mi jako přijít na staveniště. Absolutně nevyhovující byla komunikace. Několikrát jsem urgovala, že chci nějaký doklad o zaplacení, nejlépe fakturu, ale nikdo neodpovídá na uvedeném telefonním čísle a nikdo se mnou nekomunikuje. Stále čekám už přes měsíc na doklad o ubytování. Rozestavěné chodby, připadalo mi to jako na staveništi. Nikdo se mnou nekomunikuje.

They gave me a free snack and some champagne(which was a cheap one, but still) The floor was a bit dirty, maybe because of the ongoing reconstruction of the building. There was an LG TV which backlight was dead so it was unusable.
- Kouzelna (9/5): Great Value - Super Comfy Beds and Blankets - Quiet Area and Room - Fast Communication - Location was easy to find with a taxi, and a short walk to the tram and various needs. Area was quiet, as was room. Shower and bathroom was clean and modern. Room was small but quiet and very clean. Beds were super comfy (firm) and large, fluffy blankets were great for the surprise winter weather that was not expected. Room stayed comfortable even with low temperatures outside. Keybox and code instructions were accurate in English and we had no issues getting in or out late at night and in the morning to leave. Communication with owner/manager was fast and polite, we had no issues. Excellent value for the area, we were very happy. Room was advertised as having reception and a restaurant, which were top reasons I booked it. When we arrived, the house was under massive reconstruction, so neither were available. Simply a code/keybox system, which I was trying to avoid, and was very disappointing. We almost lost the room last minute, because the code was sent to my non-travel phone, and it took some convincing to get the codes resent to my travel phone instead. Toilet seat was not attached. Shelf above bathroom sink in very awkward position, and unstable, so that it was easily bumped while washing face and everything placed on the shelf just fell off. Lamps on end tables also slid off incredibly easily when trying to use. Small issues considering the good value, but better planning for room setup is suggested.
- Francesco (2/5): Do not go!! - Borderline with a scam. The hotel is under renovation: no WiFi, no restaurant, no breakfast, no reception, nothing. And they promised all of that. Not even handsoap in the room. Room is dusty and dirty. Only construction workers going back and forth all the day. Plus, they wake you up at 7 am with their jackhammers. Extremely slow in replying. They should shut it down.
- Nikola (9/5): Superb - Very clean The cleaning lady came already at 9.45 nocking and then again at 10.00 sharp. Obviously she did her job and very good because the room was spotless. But i would say they should come to the rooms at least 5-10 minutes after check out.

- Vladimira (3/5): Poor - The person on the phone was quite helpful whenever we called him, the room was quite spacious and the bathroom was also quite big and clean. The shower water pressure was quite good. The hotel wasn't too far from the city centre. First thing I was a bit confused about was that there was no staff. Check in was online and you had to call their number if you needed help (which we did). The location wasn't too bad, only a tram journey to the main train station and city centre however I felt a bit unsafe during the night as the building next to the hotel looked quite shady. The light in the little corridor before the room was on a timer, which was a bit annoying. The room itself wasn't great. We specifically asked for 2 separate beds and they didn't provide that, although they could be pulled apart, there was only one bed sheet. The beds were quite dirty with lots of black spots around and few dead bugs (which looked harmless) the pillows and towels provided were stained and dirty. When we pulled the beds apart, there was a heavy accumulation of dirt and dust underneath them. Windows had to stay closed as you could hear absolutely everything happening on the street and even when they were closed, you could hear doors banging in the hotel. There was no hand soap provided. The TV kept flickering light the whole night. The room was very hot, luckily, they provided a fan at least. I would say that the quality matched the price but unfortunately, I feel like it was quite overpriced for what it was and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Last thing was the check out. That was meant to be done through the same app as check in however it just wouldn't work. We had to call multiple times to finally check out over the phone. Not a pleasant experience.

- Mariusz (8/5): Very good - I didn't found breakfast in this pension LACK of any RECEPTION. I am from abroad and my internet does not work abroad. I get information on how to get to my room too late, so I had a BIG PROBLEM with access to the guesthouse. I will book something other in the future.

- Giorgio (8/5): Great value in Brno - The stuff of this business was very responsive and reasonable. Their procedure of checking in allows good elasticity for any inconveniences. The apartment is perfectly clean in every part of it. Great value. The location Is a bit far from downtown. Ofc, this is not their problem. I just suggest checking in when the public transport is still available. I understand the need to reduce vaste, but toiletries were very limited. My suggestion is just to add just one soap/shampoo more.
