The room was very good value for money. The bathroom and kitchen, which are shared between a few other rooms were also perfectly clean. Personally, I am not a fan of being able to smell cigarette smoke coming from other parts of the building whilst in the corridor, but the air in the room itself smelt perfectly clean, so this shouldn't be too much of a concern for non-smokers.

Evgeny (6/5): Uncomfortable room due to cold and dampness - Very friendly staff, nice cozy kitchen, nice bathroom. The room is very damp and cold. The towels and carpets smell rotten. Please wash towels on high temperature. Carpets should be thrown out or washed.
Alessandro (3/5): Poor - they accused me of leaving the toilet dirty and peeing while standing, which is really not the case. Other than feeling being really uncomfortable to find these types of written communications, it would be nice if they communicated it to the right person.

Ilkka (9/5): Superb - Super friendly staff - even if she didn't speak much English, everything was made clear. Very clean and peaceful rooms. The beautiful Biergarten on the inner yard did not cause any noise.

Let me check in early and found me a place to stay an extra night when she was full. Location great - easy from city and near canal and Spinnerei area.

Nobukuni (8/5): Thank you for offering a comfortable and reasonable room in the ourtkirt of Leipzig. - The price was quite reasonable. The room was clean and spaciouos. Once geeting the keys to the entrance and to the room, it is quite easy to come and go at any time of the day. A bit far from the city center (40 min. on foot, 15 min. via Strassenbahn). A bit difficult to find the location (with no large sign unto the street).
Shuran (9/5): Very good! - The room and the bed is big enough for one person. The public bathroom is not far from the room, and also very big. The host is nice and helpful. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A little far from the downtown, need to take a tram.
