• MF aus EF (7/5): für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft o.k., der Empfang (Tel.Nr. dafür an der Tür) war sehr angenehm - Die beworbene Bezeichnung HOTEL ist etwas hoch gegriffen - Pension wäre wohl die treffendere Bezeichnung ... ein Frühstück war leider nicht im Angebot, dazu musste die Pension leider verlassen und ein Bäcker/Kaffee (Bäcker WAHL) angefahren werden (aber dieses ist ab 06:00 geöffnet und hat ein gutes Frühstücksangebot), das an der Pension angeschlossene (fremdbewirtschaftete) Restaurant hat nur ein paar Tage die Woche geöffnet, wir waren von Montag bis Mittwoch im Hotel und konnten zum Abend das Restaurant daher auch nicht nutze, eine Pizzeria (unweit vom Bäcker - aber Montag ist dort Ruhetag) bietet ausreichende und schmackhafte Auswahl für unsere Zwecke, wir mussten in Königs Wusterhausen einen privaten Umzug absichern, war die Unterkunft ausreichend, das Bad/WC war o.k. aber der Wanneneinstieg [hohe Kante über Eckeinstieg] für mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste, wie auch die Treppen zu den Zimmern [Aufzug gibt es nicht], nicht optimal

• Diana (4/5): Das saubere Bett war das einzige was mich da schlafen lassen hat. - Das saubere Bett Sehr anhalte Möbel, so riecht meiner Meinung auch das Zimmer. Viele flecken auf den Sofa. Großer Fleck auf dem Boden. Keine Rezeption. „Hotel“ ist gefühlt wie 30 Jahren.

• Redine Drathner (3/5): Preis-Leistung eine Frechheit – Marodes Inventar und Null Service ​Sterne: ⭐ (1/5) - Es war warm und sauber. ​Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel BestWanda war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht hier in keinerlei Verhältnis zur erbrachten Leistung. ​Ausstattung & Zustand: Die Einrichtung ist eine Zumutung. Die Möbel wirken wahllos zusammengewürfelt und stammen gefühlt noch aus der Zeit vor der Wende. Besonders schlimm ist jedoch der Erhaltungszustand: Überall sind Ecken abgeplatzt, die Oberflächen sind beschädigt und das gesamte Inventar wirkt schlichtweg verbraucht und marode. Es gab kein Kleiderschrank und die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren unterschiedlich hoch! ​Service & Personal: Wer Service sucht, sucht hier vergeblich. ​Es gab kein Personal vor Ort; der Zugang erfolgte anonym über einen Schlüsselkasten. ​Ein Zimmerservice fand nicht statt – die Betten wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht gemacht. ​Man ist komplett auf sich allein gestellt, zahlt aber den vollen Hotelpreis. ​Fazit: Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist dieser Zustand eine absolute Frechheit. Man bekommt ein Zimmer in desolatem Zustand ohne jegliche Dienstleistung. Ich kann von einer Buchung hier nur dringend abraten – für das Geld (350€ für 2 Nächte) gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen, die ihren Namen auch verdienen.

• Andre (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden wiederkommen! - Check In per Schlüsselsafe, eine sehr gute Idee! Man kann kommen wann man will und kommt unkompliziert an seinen Schlüssel. Perfekt! Die Schlafcouch war recht hart gewesen zum Schlafen und schade das es kein Frühstück mehr gibt

Das Bett war so tief am Boden, dass ein älterer Mensch sicherlich nicht ohne Hilfe rauskommt. Es gab keinen Service, kein Frühstück, kein Restaurant. Im Schrank stand ein Wasserkocher, aber es gab keinen Stromanschluss, ausser im Bad. Personal habe ich in den 3 Tagen ( 2 Nächten) nicht gesehen.

Getränkeautomat vor dem Hotel, Bedienung aber etwas komplex (Alterskontrolle bei Bier-Bestellung). Dicht an der Hauptstraße, aber ruhig. Kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück.

• Ondrej (3/5): Poor - If you are looking for quiet accommodation, we cannot recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, there is a "Beer garden" right next to the hotel, where parties are held regardless of whether there are guests staying at the hotel who have nothing to do with the party in the Beer garden. Unfortunately, we had two rooms with windows facing directly to the beer garden, and on the last night, none of us, including the children, could sleep because of the excessive noise from the garden. The phone number listed on booking.com could not be reached, and the hotel owner refused our immediate complaint about the stay. For this reason, we do not recommend this hotel. Otherwise, the rooms corresponded to the advertisement on booking.com, although one of them lacked a refrigerator. The advantage of the location is its proximity to the train going to the center of Berlin. I only give bonus points for location.

• Kuhnert (10/5): We very much enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back! - It is only a 17min drive to Berlin Airport. No breakfast offer though, but rooms have been very clean and comfortable, great location to get to activities fast (like hiking or bicycling), there are a lot of lakes near by for swimming. Also the hotel restaurant has been very good and prices are ok. Easy and fast check-in with cash or card. Restaurant is closed on Monday's and they do not offer breakfast. We only stayed for two nights which included a Monday. But there are plenty other restaurants in the area, so it was not a real problem.
• Alexander (9/5): A nice place to stay in the suburbs - The room was spacious, easily fitting 4 adults (we were a pair with a 6-yo kid). It provided a great value for money! The room and the building was very clean, tidy and maintained. There was a pastoral view from the room's balcony. It is advised to be with a car. Although the hotel is just 12 minutes walk from the town center, some parts of the path have no walkway.
• Romy (5/5): Passable - The staff was friendly at arrival. The area is nice too. The room itself needs an update on the interior (beds, mattresses etc). The bathroom needs some renovations as well. The shower was small and water sprayed all over. Breakfast wasn't offered due to not enough staff.
• Vlad (3/5): Poor - Nothing I booked the room well in advance, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available and sent me to another hotel. I was not notified before and was not registered as a guest.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - We got a room with a view on garbage storage, but at the sams time, there was no direct sunlight, so it wasn't awfully hot. The bed is comfortable, and the room is quite spacious. The staff is very friendly. There was no wedding and it was very quiet. There is an excellent cafe located 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel (but plenty of parking spaces as well). Great for breakfast, served from 6 a.m. The restaurant was closed, so there were no meals at the hotel.

• Amir (1/5): Bad - The first nigth i came there was a water problem in the first level and guests were socked wet with all there stuff, i had to wait till 01:30 AM till the firefighters were finished, and no owner were on site at all. I had my childreen in the car after a long day of travel to stay in the car. There was no breackfest options at all, and in the chat i was told be can have it if we pay extra upon arrival. We could not have access to even water or hot water to drink.

Almost only carbs, coffee tasted like hot water, and the eggs were Cold. And they charged €19 for it!

Restaurant in the same building, large free parking. It would be nice to have a shelf for shampoo and a couple of hooks for washcloths inside the shower stall.

• Iryna (8/5): Very good - The lady who manages the hotel was amazingly warm and attentive. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious. It was a hot day and, since there's no air conditioner, it was rather hot in the room to sleep in. The breakfast is overpriced.
