Staff could do better, there was almost no one there when I arrived. I ringed, but nobody opened. When neighbor came out, I went in and upstairs the cleaning lady let me in. Card payment was unavailable.

• Maria (7/5): Agradable - La habitación estaba bien limpia. Recomendaría cambiar las cortinas del baño ya están oscura y es normal con el uso pero no es agradable para los huéspedes. También me gustó la amabilidad de la recepcionista sabía quién era yo apenas pasé por la habitación . Muy amable No me gustó que si llegas en la noche la luz de la entrada al edificio no dura mucho tiempo prendida y es de miedo más si vas sola en la noche

• Mario Hermann Morawietz (6/5): Pension Bella eine preiswerte Alternative für Kurzurlauber. - Die Lage zum Ludwigkirchplatz, Olivaer Platz, Savinyplatz, Bahnhof Zoo, Breitscheidplatz und KadeWe ausgezeichnet, wer ein wenig gut zu Fuß ist. Restaurants und Bars genügend vorhanden. REWE Markt in der Ulandstr. kurz vor dem Kurfürstendamm. Die Umgebung ruhig und die Straßen für Berliner Verhältnisse relativ sauber. Die Pension ist gedacht für kurze Aufenthalte, nicht für Dauerwohnen geeignet. Die Zimmer einfach, praktisch ohne "Schnickschnack". Die Pension liegt im vierten Stock, Fahrstuhl direkt zum Eingang der Pension vorhanden. Frühstück konnte aus Personalmangel nicht bereitgestellt bzw. eingenommen werden, was allerdings auch nicht unbedingt nötig ist, da genügend Lokalitäten per Fußweg erreichbar sind.
• Denise (7/5): Ottimo - L'hotel era situato in una zona molto tranquilla, la camera era abbastanza ampia e abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia quotidiana della camera. Un po' lontano dalle attrazioni principali, ma facilmente raggiungibili con il bus che si trova praticamente sotto l'hotel.

• Alessandro (7/5): Decent stay - The location is great, the room was clean and very silent at night. The building is pretty old and the bathroom very small. The staff is there until 6pm and I have seen them only once. It would have been nice to find a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Viele gute Restaurants und Bars / Bistros im Dreh. Sauber. Funktionstüchtiger Fahrstuhl in d 4. Stock. Professionelles wenn auch zurückhaltendes Team vor Ort. Kaffee / Tee jederzeit u Gemeinschaftskühlschrank kann genutzt werden. Der Einrichtungsstil ist immer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Fereshteh (7/5): Das war insgesamt ganz gut - Die Lage ist sehr gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Das Hotel ist in einem alten schönen Haus. mit hohen Dächern. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen. Ich habe mehrere Nächte im Hotel übernachtet und bin ich insgesamt mit der Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden, aber einmal hatte ich ein Doppelzimmer. Ein Bett war mit saubere Bettwäsche bedeckt und das andere Bett nebenan war nur mit einer Decke bedeckt. Unter der Bettdecke war die schmutzige Bettwäsche, die vorheriger Gast benutzt hatte. Ich musste neben eine dreckige Bettwäsche schlafen. Ich habe mich überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt Da die Rezeption nur zwischen 12:00 und 18:00 Uhr besetzt war, könnte ich mit niemandem sprechen. Die Wände sind dünn und man kann jede Bewegung der Nachbar merken.

• Ina (9/5): Ich komme wieder! - Ich liebe den Charme der Pension in dem Jugendstil Haus. Ich hatte das Gefühl, eine kleine Zeitreise zu machen – ohne, dass auf Komfort verzichtet werden muss. Die Zimmer sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft fühlt sich ein wenig an wie eine Wohnung und es ist erstaunlich ruhig und entspannt. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, erstrecht für Berlin.

• Maria (9/5): Beatiful hotel full of history - The hotel was in a very nice neighborhood in an amazing historical building. Rooms were big, I've never been in a hotelroom where roof is so high! Room was also relatively cool on a hot weather even without airconditioning. There was coffee, hot water and a microwave available. As one could expect, there was some noise coming from the street, but that is something one must be prepared on in the big city. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't solve. We were very happy with the hotel all in all.

The location of the hotel is amazing as the bus stop that takes you to the main train station is located right next to the building! The WIFI was amazingly fast and overall the experience was fantastic! The neighborhood is super nice and quiet, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Berlin. Honestly if you asked me for one thing I didn't like about this hotel I wouldn't be able to tell you, everything was exceptional for this price range!

• Anne (7/5): Vanhan ajan tunnelmaa rauhallisella sijainnilla - Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja turvallinen, myöskin yöllä saapumiseen. Rakennuksessa ja hotellissa oli ihana vanhan ajan tunnelma 1900-luvun hissiä ja natisevia käytävän lattioita myöten. Huone oli siisti ja koska se oli sisäpihalle päin, se oli hiljainen myös öisin. Näytti siltä että vuoteen lakana oli nähnyt jo parhaimmat päivänsä. Se oli hieman nukkaantunut ja siinä oli muutama pinttynyt likatahra. Huone oli myös tungettu liian täyteen tavaraa omaan makuuni.

• Isabel (10/5): - Der Charme der Pension und die Originalität der individuell gestalteten Zimmer sind unübertroffen. Die Lage im Herzen von Wilmersdorf ist einerseits sehr zentral gelegen (Ku'damm 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) und gleichzeitig hat man das Gefühl, in einer ruhigen Kleinstadt zu leben. Durch die gute Busverbindung (Haltestelle um die Ecke) ist man ganz schnell am Bahnhof Zoo, von wo aus man mit S- und- U-Bahn überallhin weiterkommt. Ich fand erneut alles perfekt und zum Besten! Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln oder zu verbessern. Ich hoffe, alles bleibt auch in Zukunft genau so.

• Alexandra (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage, sehr hübsche Zimmer, es gibt die Möglichkeit sich mit Tee und Wasser zu versorgen. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen zu gehen und eine nette kleine Bäckerei für ein Frühstück ein paar Schritte entfernt.

There were also shops and cafés nearby, which made it easy to have breakfast. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the room could have been cleaner. There was some dust, and the lack of a proper under sheet made the bed feel less hygienic

• Guest (8/5): Das Hotel hat mir gefallen. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sehr gut. - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Ich war erkältet und brauchte ruhe und Schlaf. Ich habe mich genug ausgeruht. Nächster Tag ging es mir viel besser. Ich habe in einigen Hotels in Berlin übernachtet und es war bis jetzt das beste Hotel. Es gab kein Frühstück aber es gab Essbereich mit Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Ich fand alles in Ordnung

• Ingo (9/5): Wundervolle Zimmer in einem typischen Berliner Altbau, mitten in der City Wir kommen gerne wieder - Die Hotel Pension Bella liegt citynah im ruhigen Stadtteil Wilmersdorf in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kudamm. Die Zimmer selber befinden sich in der 4. Etage und sind in dem aus dem Jahre 1900 alten Haus via typischen Fahrstuhl bequem erreichbar. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war wie angegeben, sehr individuell eingerichtet und bis in jede Ecke sehr sauber. Durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße und mit dem Blick zum Innenhof, war es darüber hinaus sehr ruhig. Ansonsten ist man auch ohne Fahrzeug, durch die in 40 Meter entfernte Bushaltestelle oder aber einem kurzen Fußweg zur U-Bahn Station Uhlandstraße in wenigen Minuten direkt am Bahnhof Zoo oder der Gedächtniskirche Auf Grund der alten, typischen Berliner Bauweise erkennt man schnell, dass Bad und Toilette nachträglich in dem Zimmer installiert wurden. Diesbezüglich ist die Räumlichkeit sehr klein und auch wegen der extrem hohen Duschtasse weniger gut geeignet für ältere oder kräftigere Menschen. Auch könnte die Toilettenspülung etwas kräftiger sein

• Katja (8/5): Süßes kleines Zimmer in Berlin - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Lage. Das Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon und das Bad eine Badewanne. Zum Innenhof gelegen. Sehr hellhörig zum Flur hin. Ich habe leider jedes Mal gehört wenn jemand am Zimmer vorbeigelaufen ist.
