• Raquel (10/5): Excelente! Recomendo! - A localização é excelente, super perto da rua principal. Os donos da pousada são super prestativos. A dona da pousada é muito gentil e faz o possível para agradar. Tudo é feito com muito carinho! O valor é um pouco alto.

• Felipe (10/5): Excelente custo benefício - Muito perto da Caracoles, camas confortáveis e limpas e tem limpeza no quarto todos os dias
• Eduardo manuel (7/5): - Location close to city center -check in : difficult to get it done. Although the owner was there, no one opened the door for a while. The number is on the wall, but if you don’t have internet it is quite hard. -cleaning: i booked 4 nights. Every day someone came and clean, however no towels were changed during 4 days. While I don’t think that every day u need a towels change, every two days would be appreciated. Payment: the amount to pay in booking is in USD. However, if you need to pay with a card the amount paid needs to be in pesos chillenos. The exchange rate is the one the hotel choses ( not the official one), thus the amount actually paid does not correspond to Agreed in bookings. Paying in bills works, but all bills need to be ‘new’ - no scratches or old bills are accepted.

• Rafaella (10/5): - Excelente! Quarto espaçoso, cama e chuveiro muito bons!Tudo extremamente limpo (inclusive com limpeza diária), além da localização ser bem próxima da Caracoles, mas numa rua bem tranquila, sem barulho para dormir.

• Ernesto (10/5): Muy comodo, limpio , buena ubicacion - Muy comodo , las habitaciones comodisimas y excelente limpieza, el un hostal pequeño, pero sus dueños muy atentos, solo le faltaria alguna cocina para poder calentar cosas simples,, y hervidor. Claro que el valor es el correcto para los servicios que ofrece.

The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Towels, soap and TP provided. Strong wi-fi signal. Rooms cleaned daily on request. Good value. Recommended.

Good place to base yourself if you're out and about most of the time doing tours/activities etc. Very little in the way of facilities e.g. no breakfast or laundry service, you're effectively paying just for the room. Bit difficult to get hold of staff.

• Farah (9/5): Clean, big and comfy rooms - Very clean, big and comfy room. The lady owner and the cleaning lady are also very nice and helpful. The hotel is well situated 5minutes walking from the main street. There is a big and nice garden, I think it is a pitty not to use it to have a common space for people to sit. Paper toilet was not replaced automatically I had to ask to get one.

• Irene (8/5): Very good - Neli the host was very kind and available to help answer my questions and requests. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and spotless. They also provided me with a hairdryer, TV, and access to a shared fridge for my food and water. It is a five-minute walk from Caracoles, the main street, which was super convenient. I would have liked a more consistent housekeeping schedule and a door hanger for days when I preferred not to be disturbed. Once the owner's husband knocked at the door early at 9 in the morning to clean the room, when I was still sleeping. That was the only issue, which was easily fixed the next day when I left them a note. I highly recommend this place!
