- Fred (1/5): Very disappointed my reservations canceled. I found out when I was in the airport in Columbia. - For some reason my reservation was canceled. I was in the airport and called them four times to verify my reservation and they kept saying it was canceled. I didn’t do it. They canceled my reservation at the last moment I had nowhere to stay out there
