Mgr.Gabriela (6/5): Jsem spokojená. Personál ochotný, čisto, nově zrekonstruováno. - Snídaně nebyla v ceně, vzhledem k tomu, že byla ubytovaná pouze jedna další osoba, sdílené příslušenství nevadilo. Jako všude strašný polštář.
Bojaska (5/5): Penzion bychom mohli doporučit pro méně náročné, ale výhradně jen v letním období. - Co do vybavení je v penzionu vše, co nabízí na svých stránkách. Pochválila bych hezky zařízenou a vybavenou kuchyni a také přívětivý a ochotný přístup majitelky. Mínusem je vytápěni objektu: Hlavní chodba a schodiště jsou zcela bez možnosti vytápět, stejně tak kuchyně a koupelna s WC. V samotném pokoji je sice radiátor, ten ale začal mírně hřát až po našem příjezdu kolem 16. hodiny, kdy jsme byli uvedeni do nevytopené místnosti a o zatopení jsme museli požádat. Jinak se tu prý topí jen na noc. I tak nám v noci a ještě i ráno byla zima, a to nás pak ještě čekala ledová koupelna.

Kaspars (6/5): - Nice personell. Got small private parking. Late arrival was no problem. Quite expensive for shared kitchen and outdated interrior. In bathroom was some cutted off pipes with sharp ending.

Monika (8/5): - Wszystko ok po za tym że trafiliśmy na festyn i karuzele pod samym oknem Karuzele za oknem hałas do 12 w nocy
Gabriela (10/5): Piękny wykazd - Lokalizacja i możliwość bezpiecznego zaparkowania auta za obiektem. Głośno w nocy ponieważ obiekt jest blisko wykostkowanej ulicy. Po zamknięciu okien było cicho jednak trzeba mieć więcej cierpliwości do hałasu z którym nie da się nic zrobić w końcu miasto musi żyć.

Alena (5/5): Pokud se v Polici můžete ubytovat jinde, tak to udělejte. Jako nouzovka Brillia ujde. - Police nad Metují je skvělé, klidné místo. Penzion má tu výhodu, že je v centru, takže je blízko do obchodů, k pramenu Julinka na náměstí i na autobusové nádraží. Když někdo zrovna neřve pod oknem nebo nemluví přede dveřmi, je tady klid. Provozovatel na zútulnění objektu zjevně zapracoval, je tady hezká nová kuchyň a nová koupelna. Vlastně nejde o penzion, ale spíš o lepší ubytovnu, čemuž ovšem neodpovídá přepálená cena. Hlavním problémem pro mne byla "vlastní koupelna", což byla koupelna, do které jsem musela chodit přes společné prostory (kuchyň) a nedala se zvenčí zamknout. To znamená, že do ní mohl chodit kdokoli z ostatních hostů. Ubytovatel to odmítl řešit s tím, že mi musí stačit, že se mohu zamknout zevnitř. Koupelnu jsem převzala neuklizenou. Vedle hygienických problémů je tady i vážný problém bezpečnostní - klíč od pokoje je stejný jako klíč od celé "buňky", kde je několik dalších pokojů. A ten mají všichni ostatní hosté ze sousedních pokojů. Jakmile jsem si začala stěžovat, choval se ubytovatel velmi nezdvořile.
Swee (7/5): Decent for short stay - The facility is old but decent for comfortable stay. Clean bedroom, kitchen and toilet. We did not see others occupant at the time, so we had the whole kitchen and bathroom for ourselves. Hence, cleanliness could be maintained easily. Kitchen facilityis has basic necessity to prepare meals. The owner was very helpful in explaining what to explore around. Without blackout curtain. Morning sun was disturbing in early morning.
