Juergen (9/5): Gerne wieder. - Ein Juwel abseits des Hoteleinerleis. Ruhige Lage und eine sehr aufmerksame und liebe Gastgeberin. Tolles Frühstück und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Komme wieder! Nichts.

Even for travelling for business it was super, because we had a peace for work and everything arround was green...very relaxing.

Jeroen (10/5): Looking for character, history and nature? Go here! - Mélanie is a very good host: welcoming, helpful and very informative. The building (an old water mill) and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. The room is large with exposed old beams. Breakfast in the annex (same age) was personal and well arranged. A great place to be when in Düsseldorf or thereabout, and to return to! Nothing much. There was a faint noise of the motorway, nothing to disturb our sleep. Creaking beams with other visitors upstairs added to the atmosphere. The bathroom was a bit narrow (but then, we are tall...)

She was so friendly & helpful. - The breakfast was a lot more than normal, with muesli, yoghurt, bread rolls, croissants, cheeses, cold meat, salmon, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, boiled eggs (to perfection), and fruit salad. We could not eat everything! A great way to start the day. The weather while we were there was unusually warm , so the duvet was a little bit too thick, but it was still okay, we are being really 'picky' here!
