• Doreen (7/5): - Einfaches Zimmer ruhig zum Hinterhof. Bad mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt, kann auch als Apartment für 4 Personen genutzt werden. Sauber, Schlüssel wird über einen Save bereitgestellt, hier bekommt man den Code kurz vor Anreisezeit.

• Goy (9/5): Wohnung in Neustadt, einer wunderschönen Stadt - Es ist ein kleines Apartment, sehr gemütlich und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt keine Rezeption; den Schlüssel erhält man über einen Schlüsseltresor mit Zahlencode. Gut gelegen, mit drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es handelt sich um Gemeinschaftsbäder. Wir sind zu keinem Zeitpunkt jemandem begegnet, aber wenn ich etwas hinzufügen müsste, das ich ändern würde, dann wäre es das.

• Erwin (8/5): Das Quartier ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt ,um Dresden kennenzulernen , bestens geeignet. - Lage ok, Preis Leistung ok. Alles sauber. Schlüsselübergabe über Box hat gut funktioniert. Es war im Angebot nicht ersichtlich dass die Benützung von Bad und WC mit einem Nachbarzimmer geteilt wird. Oder ich habe es überlesen. Die Fenster könnten besser schließen. Das Heizkörperventil im Zimmer wird u.a. über WLAN gesteuert. Eine Anleitung zur manuellen Bedienung wäre hilfreich.

• Jennifer (8/5): Lo recomiendo - No había staff para recibirte, pero tenían un sistema muy cómodo. La habitación tenía cocina propia y eso es un plus. Además, la habitación era bastante amplia y el baño era compartido pero estaba al lado de la habitación. Estaba todo limpio y la cama era bastante cómoda. Volvería a alojarme aquí. Por poner algo, la cocina no era super grande, pero tenía lo suficiente como para poder hacerte tu comida. Y, también añadiría que al final al estar la cocina dentro de la habitación, se puede quedar el olor dentro (fácilmente solucionable abriendo las ventanas)

• Jan (8/5): Dobré místo, dobrá dostupnost. Spousta restaurací v dosahu, trochu živo i v noci, ale za mě OK - Výborná lokalita, dobrá dostupnost, MHD + vlak - stanice Dresden Neustadt. Samoobslužný způsob ubytování. Hodila by se alespoň malá lednice a nepovedlo se mi rozchodit přenosnou klimatizaci, ale nakonec to nebylo ani potřeba.

• Andreas (8/5): Gemütliches Apartment, ruhig, sauber, Preis angemessen - Ich hatte ein sehr gemütliches Apartment und habe einen kostenlosen Upgrade bekommen. Mir ist dort sehr gut gefallen, die Einrichtung ist sicherlich ein bisschen antiquiert. Es war leise, es war sauber. Ich habe mein Kopfkissen vergessen, dort. Der Inhaber hat mir kostenlos das Kissen an meine private Adresse zu gesendet. Das ist ein Service, wenn ich wieder nach Dresden fahre, dann bin ich wieder dort. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus ist sehr unangenehm

• Martin (7/5): Kurztrip nach Dresden in zentralen Lage - Einfache, saubere, ruhige und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock. Alle Gegenstände einer Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Geschäfte und Café um die Ecke. Mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 7 in ca. 12 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Im Herbst hat die Heizung 21Grad erreicht.
• Maxi (7/5): Super Lage, aber bei der Ausstattung und technischen Wartung gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. - Die Lage war top, ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles war gut erreichbar und sehr praktisch gelegen. Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet, und der Feuermelder ist nach dem Duschen zweimal ausgelöst worden, was ziemlich störend war.

• Robert (8/5): Immer wieder gerne in Ole´s Pension. - Wir hatten ein supergut ausgestattetes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur. Beste Lage in der Neustadt. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kati´s Garage (80er Party dienstags!!) ist sehr zu empfehlen!! Öffis sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstücken kann man um die Ecke bei Bäckerei Dreissig. Wir sind schon sehr oft in dieser Pension gewesen und wir werden wieder kommen. Die Kissen muffeln ein wenig. Leider war ein Ausschlafen wegen der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle nicht möglich. Wer da empfindlich ist muss die Fenster ab ca. 7 Uhr morgens geschlossen halten.

• María (5/5): Aceptable - Buena ubicación, a unos 15 min del centro histórico en tranvías, que pasan muy cerca de la puerta. En la misma calle de la pensión hay varias opciones de restaurantes y supermercados. Habíamos reservado una habitación con baño particular, y nos encontramos con que finalmente el baño era compartido con otra habitación. El dueño del alojamiento solamente estuvo disponible a nuestra llegada, luego ya no le volvimos a ver. Almohadas un poco blandas.

• Jane (8/5): Easy On Off for Trolley/Tram to Canal Blick and Alte Stadt@ - This accommodation is very close to the Dresden-Neustadt trolley stop...(7 Gorbitz.) That makes it super convenient! If you are mindful that the property is a pension and not a modern hotel, you will not mind a few crumbs in the corner of the floor when you check-in. It is a very quiet place - without city sounds to keep one awake. The TV provides many varied channels for viewing. A WiFi password is provided on a card in your apartment, so you can connect easily! Check-in is easy and contactless! - At the doorway to the Pension at #15 Bichofsweg (a green doorway between outdoor restaurant tables) there is a safety box and the property management will email you a passcode and directions within the building plan to your room. You put in the code they provide, and your keys pop out. One for the front door to the building and one for your secure private apartment within. Very, very easy! Check out is just as easy - leave your apartment at check out (currently 10:30) time and drop the keys into the open slot on the same safety box where it is clearly labeled 'key return!' Very easy!
• Michaela (3/5): DIRTY apartment - CANNOT recommend - Would be a great stay - perfect location, great neighbourhood, spacy rooms, comfortable beds, all for a reasonable price. We were not able to try whether the AC works. Unfortunately none of this matters when the basics are missing. DIRTY room - I have stayed in many shared hostel rooms and never saw anything like this. We had to spend an hour out of the first night just cleaning weeks and months old dirt out of every surface and the floor. This is not a case of someone was being busy and forgeting to clean properly one time - this is continuous neglect. Staff came to our room to change bathroom mats after the first night which in hindsight just seems laughable. Truly a shame because in case someone cleaned properly, this would be a 9.5/10 stay. Also, please repair the window in the bedroom - it cannot be closed completely, which is okay in summer but anyone would be freezing in winter.

• George (8/5): Good value for money in a convenient location - Well equipped apartment, within a reasonable walking distance of the old city centre (about 20 minutes). A good variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Excellent information provided by the owner. Not a very posh area but good facilities and value for money. There was a liquid soap dispenser above the wash basin but nothing in the shower cubicle.

• Smil (4/5): Ok place. - The virtual concierge let me drop off my bag earlier than the check in. I am thankful of that. Also, location was good. Two blocks from the train station and half block from tran station. There were grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants near by. I didn't like this place. It is located on the second floor of a Chinese restaurant and the odor in the room was noticeable. The bed and the bedding were ok.

• Yayoi (5/5): Good Location! Simple Place! - The location is perfect!! Right in the center :)) The staff lady was super cool and friendly! The bed was comfortable and they have everything you need, except for shampoo/body soap. The rooms in the pictures look much better than in reality, they said they provide slippers, but i couldn't find them. Bed wears smelled a bit (like, not completely dried). The owner? opened the door without knocking when we were there, it was a bit surprising. At night, if the window is opened, it's a bit noisy. But all in all it was ok.
