• Stan (9/5): Great for families and if you want to stay within the city and not break the bank. - Loved that it was in the walled city. Because it was within Rothenburg, we had to use the parking lot just outside the wall, but it was only a few minutes walk away. We stayed on the top floor with 3 bedrooms. Note that the staircase was narrow, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. If traveling with others, know that you have to go through the room with the twin bed to get to the bathroom. We liked the extra bonus sink that was outside of the bathroom in the twin room. The bathroom looked like it had been updated. The views from the window were nice. Appreciated the large wardrobes and sitting areas in the rooms. This is a great place to stay for families. Our only complaint was the towels were old.

• Dirk (8/5): Verwacht geen top hotel maar zeker waar voor je geld op prima locatie. - We hadden een ontbijt voor €5,- pp. Je moest wel alles daags van te voren bestellen maar je kon alles kiezen. Zeker waar voor je geld. De kamers waren voorzien van een eigen wc en douche. Dit was er later ingebouwd dus bij ons stond de douche cabine in de kamer. Alles ziet er nogal gedateerd uit maar het was goed schoon.

Рушники, колись білі, брудно-сірого кольору. Погано працює злив в умивальниках. В описі готелю зазначено, що можливо замовити сніданок - але це не так. Сніданку немає. Ціна номеру зовсім не відповідає якості.

• Thomas (6/5): Gute Pension in einer Top Lage. - Klein aber fein. Sehr nettes Personal. Top Lage. Preis Leistung war sehr gut. Wir waren im Februar dort und die Heizung hat es nicht geschafft die Räume richtig aufzuheizen, leider gab es auch keine zusätzlichen Decken.

• Rutgers (1/5): - De afstand van de snelweg We waren met 3 personen en we kregen 1 handoek. De verwarming was zo ingesteld dat het steen koud was. In alle eerlijkheid een plek om te overnachten maar verder is het compleet out of date en zelfs voor de prijs veel te weinig.

Matratze durchgelegen, Handtuch sehr steif und hart, weil uralt, wackelige Schränkchen, billiges Frühstück, Eier außen steinhart und innen glibberig, als ob sie wieder aufgewärmt worden seien, kein W-Lan im Haus, nur Stadt-W-lan, das nicht in allen Zimmern ging. Für die uralte Ausstattung stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

• Jet (7/5): Prima - De locatie was top, je kan de auto dichtbij het pension kwijt. Je loopt super gemakkelijk de stad in en zit dichtbij leuke bezienswaardigheden. Het viel ons tegen dat je er alleen contant kon betalen, hier waren we niet op voorbereid en was ook niet gecommuniceerd. Daarnaast was de kamer erg klein waardoor ik het de prijs misschien niet helemaal waard vond.

• Birgitta (7/5): Good location, clean room and nice staff but standard of room was overpriced. - The location is really nice, in the old town but at the end of it, in a quiet street. The girl I met at check-in and check-out was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the matrass was comfortable but the pillow was not. It was 32C degrees outside and the room was warm but it was possible to open the windows. It was overpriced at €89 for a single room with the shower cubicle standing in the room together with a sink, the toilet was in a separate "room" right next to it. It was extremely tight. If I was to come to Rothenburg again I would stay somewhere outside town and come in overday, alternatively book way ahead. It is a stunning town, absolutely lovely but overcrowded with tourists and prices are high.

They took good care of me and feed me a wonderful breakfast each morning and I really appreciate the hospitality in Rothenburg of der Tauber. Down to Earth humble country inn. Check-in process was unique. Door for check-in was locked so we rang the bell and were asked to wait a minute. We waited about long enough to consider walking away when the employee arrived via car for check-in.

It was the perfect accomodation for a one night stay, really close to the city center. • Stefanie (7/5): Would definitely go back! - We loved that it was in Rothenburg within the wall. Wonderful location! Enough beds in one room for all 5 of us. A little table in one of the rooms, and a sofa table in the middle of the other room. Most importantly: Breakfast was amazing. I still miss it. Although it was reserved like this and we knew it, one bedroom for 5 of us was a little rough at times. No windows/exhaust fans in the bathroom, so between going to the bathroom & showers, it wasn't always a great time walking into the bathroom... Also, the 'curtains' provided neither protection from the light nor being able to not be seen by the passerbys in this first floor corner room.
