• Alina (4/5): Погано , не відповідає ціна качество - Сподобалась локалізаці і персонал але все інше був жах Кімната супер маленька , самий великий мінус це мурахи їх дуже багато тому рекомендую питати в персоналу чи будуть вони там , прибиральниця за 5 днів приходила один раз в другий день і все , погана звуко ізоляція

• María De Los Ángeles (5/5): Regular - Estaba limpio. Atención en recepción 24 h. A pesar de estar en una zona poco agradable, es un lugar céntrico. Tasas de pernoctación por encima de lo acordado. Parking con accesibilidad reducida (solo para turismos). Ascensor excesivamente pequeño. Vistas a tejados sucios con basura. Situación en vía muy estrecha (no hay zona para arrimar vehículo y descargar equipaje). Zona de calles sucias, llenas de basura y olor a orines.

Räpane tagahoov ... aknast tuli haisu sisse. RÕVE! Koristage tagahoov ära kuhu aknad avanevad. Väga lärmakas oli. Öösel ei saanud magada. VÄGA LÄRMAKAS !
• Amanda (7/5): A pleasant surprise - I was very happy with my stay. - My expectations were low as it was not much more expensive than a bed in a 6 bed dorm (which started at about €80 for the city centre when i was booking!) I knew I would have no outside window and a shared bathroom. I was delighted by the clean, recently refurbished room. It was a nice size for one and a pleasant shape. And by the crisp white sheets, daily cleaning and lovely basin in the bedroom. More hanging things - hooks, rails and coat hangers - would have been really helpful. And something to dry thr bathroom floor (though not normally an issue). Sound also carried in the hotel, particularly with the windows open.

Fui a recepción y el personal no hizo nada, simplemente dijeron que no era su problema. Cero solución, cero ayuda. Es inaceptable para un alojamiento. No se puede descansar aquí.

Great location Didn’t understand the rule about leaving the key at the reception when you’re going out. When we came back the new receptionist just believed that I lived in that room and gave the key without checking.

Avevo una camera singola e volevo portar su il mio monopattino e le mie cose con l’aiuto di un’amica (residente a Barcellona) mi è stato negato. Non volevo perdere tempo in camera, nè far rimanere con me la mia amica. Ma loro hanno comunque detto no costringendomi a fare più volte si è giù con l’ascensore. Sono stato davvero poco disponibili, soprattutto la signora bionda che mi dava la sensazione che io fossi un fastidio. La camera era piccola ed il bagno in comune era sempre sporco poiché da dividere con altre 6 stanze! Consiglio di formare il vostro staff perché dovreste “fare ospitalità” e così non è stato

• Albert (5/5): aceptable y centrico muy para salir del paso y asequible economicamente. - El baño era conunitario que esto ya lo supe al reservar y hay una pica en el dormitorio que se agradece pero a menduo el baño estava ocupado y olia a tabaco por la noche. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones cercanas a la mia, se escucha todo hablan muy fuerte durante toda la noche.

• Fernando (5/5): Aceptable... - La ubicación. La relacion precio- calidad. Habitaciones pequeñas, la ducha se tapaba y el inodoro fuera de la pieza.
• Jessica (7/5): Boa - Ar condicionado. O colchão era muito usado e tinha um gastado no meio, sendo assim quando você deita fica muito desconfortável. A janela dos quartos são muito próximas então se escuta tudo que o hóspede do lado fala, conversam muito alto até tarde da noite.

• Lidia (1/5): - Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha rispecchiato gli standard minimi di accoglienza. Al mio arrivo, la camera presentava evidenti segni di scarsa pulizia: era presente un mozzicone di sigaretta sul pavimento e il copriletto era danneggiato da una bruciatura. La situazione del bagno in comune è risultata critica, con condizioni igieniche precarie e odori sgradevoli. Infine, l'insonorizzazione della struttura è quasi inesistente; lo scarso spessore delle pareti permette di percepire chiaramente ogni rumore proveniente sia dalle stanze adiacenti che dalla strada, compromettendo il riposo. Sconsigliato.

La habitación no contaba ni con cortinas ni con persianas y la luz del sol entraba desde el amanecer. La habitación no contaba con ningún armario. Paredes finas, se escuchaba todo.

La chambre présentait également de sérieux problèmes d’hygiène : forte odeur d’humidité, traces de moisissures et sensation générale d’insalubrité. Le logement ne correspond absolument pas à la description ni aux photos. Nous avons été contraints de rester uniquement parce qu’il était trop tard pour trouver une alternative, mais les conditions étaient clairement inacceptables. Très mauvaise expérience.
