• CELINE (8/5): Tout s'est très bien passé - L'emplacement était parfait par rapport à l'adresse de mon école, d'où le fait de choisir cette pension. J'aurais apprécié pouvoir préparer mes repas à la pension, surtout le petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas un défaut, mais peut-être à voir. J'ai eu du mal avec le bruit de la rue mais là aussi, ce n'est pas un défaut, la propriétaire n'y est pour rien.
• Missburger (8/5): - Rosa nous à très bien accueilli et nous à donné de bons conseils..Elle est adorable. Elle avait même une petite attention pour nous à l'occasion de la Sant Jordi. La chambre, très sommaire et un peu vieillotte est néanmoins très propre et la literie excellente, ce qui nous a amplement convenu. Prévoir des boulles Quies pour dormir parce qu'on se trouve dans une petitz rue étroite très animée. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder à la Rambla, la Boquiera, au Métro, aux cafés, restaurants et boutiques.

• uygun (8/5): Genel olarak memnun kaldım - Pansiyon işletmecisi Roza hanım sıcak karşılaması ile son derece içten samimi bir insan. Odalar temiz. Pansiyonun konumu en iyi olduğu alan. Teşekkür ederim. Klima için kumanda eksikti.sanırım sıcak havalar için kullanılıyor.
• Кузина (1/5): - Сам номер,грязно-не убрано,от прошлых жильцов волосы в душе на постели,в туалете ведро с вонючей половой тряпкой,на стенах в ванной "извините" засохшие сопли возле раковины,старая мебель если её можно мебелью назвать,отломаные углы на тумбе возле кровати, на стенах отваливается краска. Пол везде плитка,и нет тапочек,шампуня....базовых вещей. После гостей нужно менять постельное белье, а не другие заселившиеся люди должны об этом персоналу говорить!!! Всё грязно,я бы такое помещение вообще запретила сдавать.

• GHALEM (6/5): - L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, proche de tout et très pratique pour visiter la ville. Cependant, la chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtres isolées, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant. Rien à signaler, tout était bien.

Kijk niet naar de afwerking van de badkamer want deze is basic en oud. Geen luxe., alleen een bed om te slapen als je aan de zijde van de straat een kamer hebt, heb je last val lawaai..

• Peter (10/5): Juwel in Ciudad Vella - Lage superb: 1 Minute vom Trubel der Ramblas entfernt, in einer stillen Seitengasse des Gotischen Viertels befindlich, bietet Sra. Rosa dem seriösen Gast alles, aber auch wirklich alles, was er braucht: Sicherheit, peinlich gehaltene Sauberkeit und die erforderliche Bequemlichkeit für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der attraktiven Stadt. Besondere Pluspunkte meines Zimmers: Balkon, Waschbecken und zusätzliche Decke für kühlere Nächte - bravo! Direkt vis a vis ein entzückender Bäckerladen für's Frühstück, links davon bietet sich das charakteristische Restaurant zum abendlichen Gastroerlebnis an.. Ein paar Schritte weiter öffnet sich dann die Gasse auf die malerische Plaza vor der wunderbaren Kirche Madonna de Pi - und hinein geht's in das weitverzweigte Abenteuer der einzigartigen Altstadt... Null. Niente. Nada.

• Maëva (9/5): Séjour au top, établissement bien situé - Établissement bien situé à proximité de commerce et des transports . Rosa était très chaleureuse et accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils. Chambre bruyant le soir et la nuit car pas de double vitrage et une rue extrêmement passante mais des boules Quies ont réglé le problème.

• Sandra (9/5): Enjoyed my short stay in this Barcelona's place - I liked the feeling like staying at Granny Rosa's home more than some rented room. Old lady that is hosting you doesn't speak English but she has a good heart and you can feel it even without some deeper conversation. I do speak Italian as well beside English and my mother talks, and I have some basic knowledge of Spanish so I didn't any have trouble understanding all the information I needed and she gave me. The place is well located and easy to find/reach. And it was clean and safe which is basically the most important for me. The good location brings also some noise. Since this is quite touristic area, with lot of bars and restaurants nearby, you can hear people singing or just loudly talking even late in the night. However I don't have problems to sleep even when it is noisy, but if you do then I would suggest to search for different part of the town, less touristic and a bit further from the city center.

• Kamilla (3/5): Poor - Cleaning every day. The hotel manager did not speak any English and was not accomodating when I tried using an app to translate. I speak some Spanish but she did not want to hear. She lives in the same building/ floor, and once when I wanted to ask for a new towel after 4 days, I called the buzzer and she said Mierda, which is a profanity word in Spanish, annoyed that I disturbed her watching tv. I unfortunately forgot my keys in the joint bathroom, called three times and sent a text, did not receive a answer or call back. I Called booking.com who spoke to the lady and she said she wanted to take a nap and that I should hurry up. When I got back the first thing she did in a mean demeanor was that I made a big problem for her since she was supøaed to be with her family that day but couldn't go out since she saw the keys was left behind. If sje indeed had an appointment why did she not call me to let me know my keys were at the hotel, and then for me to come back. I can only imagine what would happened if I left tje keys there by mistake in the evening time. As an hotel manager one should be available to the customers regardless. I would never go back because of how the manager greeted and communicates with me. The shower head is also broken, and easy to fix. Noise street and very loud doors.

• Nikola (3/5): Not worth - Location is perfect Waited for 30 min for someone to greet us, called them several times but nobody answered, rooms are outdated, doors are from 1960, could barely lock them… The bathroom is not even worth of any words also barely cleaned after last guests, the owner has “cleaned” our bathroom and room and we didnt even wanted to be cleaned…could be considered sleeping here if the price is around 50€, not worth more than that

• Judy (4/5): Extremely basic, was unable to find anyone to give assistance, way too expensive for what it was. - The location was good, there was a private bathroom and there was internet. But that is all. Land lady was sweet to us on arrival. There were actually no other facilities. We wanted, and did get, a private bathroom but got none of the things any other accommodation would normally have - especially as the price was not cheap. - no coffee facilities - towels not changed (we stayed 3 nights) - bathroom door was not fitted properly and no handle on the door so often got jammed and my wife couldn't reach up to open door from top - the wall holder for shower rose was broken so had to hold hose while showering and hence water would go everywhere (the shower only had a fabric curtain) - the bathroom would get so wet and nothing could be done to dry floors - no water bottles provided - no fridge - an email we got a few days before arrival advised that no alcohol could be consumed in premises - that's fine let us know up front. (A glass of wine after a day out would have been nice). - hair dryer was not in room (when I asked for it on second day I unfortunately disturbed the land lady who was unfortunately unwell). - we didn't think the price we were paying would get us so little. - no secure safe (no safe at all).
• Gapsolotraveler (8/5): Private room in the heart of the city. - The location was great, the bed was comfortable everything you need for a short city stay Not sure it's something I didn't like but there wasn't anybody about staff wise you are literally renting a room from an old lady. Did kinda make me feel like I was staying at my grandma's house but I was barely there. And it was a cheap single room.

• Jaimie (8/5): Great location, great for solo females, minimal but safe & comfy! - The location was great, everything was very minimal but pretty much exactly what I expected. I didn't spend much time in the room, but seemed to be clean, area was safe & I slept well. The owner was very sweet but didn't know any English at all so I had a really hard time checking in since I also don't know Spanish. Some people might not like the noise, but I had no problem with it & loved the location overall.

I will invite them to pay attention to the bathroom. The premises in general are old as well the bathroom. The head shower is broken and the bidet is cover with lime. For the price, these details should be taken care of.

Because of my flight I arrived around 11pm and the owner was kind enough to wait for me even when check in was until 10pm; furthermore, she also kept my room reserved although my credit card payment didn’t work (I pay in cash). The place has a huge potential that I recommend the owner to consider: - improve wifi signal - modernize the rooms (color, light, furniture, usb connection) - put movement sensors for the light rather than the old sistem - seal any cracks where cockroaches may enter the room
• Wolfgang (5/5): Passable - the location was great! it is very noisy at night, up till 4:00 a.m.. there was some poop in the hallway for 2 days. at one point there was no toilet paper. the mattress gave me back pain.. if you're just going to sleep there it's okay because the location is fantastic ,walking distance to everything.

• William (10/5): A classic Spanish pension - no frills, real people - A classic simple pension. It's a step above a shared room in a hostel -- here you have your own space -- but more than that, you feel like you're really visiting Spain. Be sure to be precise about when you are arriving to assure the host is there to let you in.

• Ika (10/5): Exceptional - Rosa the lady owner or manager was exceptional, she was the highlight of Barcelona. Warm charismatic elder woman who thoroughly attended to any question with a smile. The room was spacious, clean(daily) with heating and an air-conditioner and balcony(fresh air). The bathroom was seperate and was shared with other guests, down the short hallway. Location is perfect, walking distance to many tourist attractions, shops and eateries. Building has intercom at street security door, security camera once inside and steps to first floor.
• Yumi (8/5): Appreciating to Rosa! - The owner is very kind. I booked the shared bathroom type room during my stay, but she let me stay in a larger room with a bathroom on the day when it was vacant and she said extra payment was not necessary. On the last day I was sick in stomach and asked the owner if I could extend the stay 2 to 3 hours after the check-out time to take rest a bit more, then she told me I could stay as long as I liked even till next day, because no booking was made on that day in the room. Fortunately I became better 2.5 hours later and when leaving the accommodation, she did not charge the extra time fee. I really appreciate her, Rosa! The bathroom door is better to be left open when no one is using. (Especially as I had a stomach problem, necessity to unlock the bathroom door from outside by bringing the specialized key was a bit hard...)
