• Sarah (8/5): Excellent location - does the job - The location and the price were unbeatable. Comfortable bed. Could have been cleaner - more the halls as you go in rather than the room.

• Yukta (3/5): No air circulation in the room - The place is close to a lot of restaurants and very easy to access via public transport. Also walking distance from most of the attractions. The room was nice, with a table fan, TV and a kettle. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. But the window in my room (room 202) was closed shut, the handle was broken and there was no air circulation. There was no window in the bathroom so all the humidity stayed in the room, plus with the heat wave it was unbearable to stay in the room. As there is no on site staff on the property there was no way that anyone could assist me with the issue even after calling the authority. I asked for a consession on the price as it was a really bad experience for 2 nights where I could not at all get any sleep, I did not get any response regarding my request.

Il bagno aveva molta muffa sul soffitto, la tenda della finestra era sporca e rotta e il frigobar era in pessime condizioni. Fortunatamente l’host è stato molto disponibile e di supporto e ci ha rimborsato delle notti che non abbiamo passato lì in quanto abbiamo cambiato hotel .

Dirty laundry bocking the corridor during 5 days, all is very old and damaged (walls, door, furniture), very very small bathroom without possibility to move even get off clothes, ridiculous stairs and corridor quite dangerous with luggages, door broken in its middle, tv only available in spanish, no reception, broken lightning, only bedside table blocking the bathroom door, view of a dirty courtyard, well too much expensive for the service. This is NOT AN HOTEL, IT'S A BAD Air B n'B.

• stuart (3/5): Great location pitty about the size of the room - Location was fabulous for our needs. Too small a room, tv had no reception, only one flat pillow each, window was extremely dirty on the outside, light fittings missing shade, and looked tatty. No storage for bags. The room is really more suited to single occupancy. Someone in the property was smoking constantly. Entrance corridor/ emergency exit route partially blocked with laundry bags for duration of stay.

• Cristian (7/5): Bien comunicado - La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra a 15 min andando del centro, la verdad que ese punto está muy bien. Y las conexiones de autobuses están super ya que la estación victoria está muy cerca. Ahí cosas de mejorar, soy persona alérgica a la humedad y en el cuarto de baño el techo necesitaba urgentemente una mano de pintura ya que estaba con mucha humedad, y luego el frigorífico recomendaría que se cambiara ya que está harto de vivir, tiene los borde con mucho oxido.

The room is basic, bed, shower, toilet, fan, tv, small drawers, kettle. Solo travel dream. The room was older (bit run down).but clean, its exactly what I expected and no issues. I even got a message "room ready" and hour before check in. My advice if sightseeing jump on the bus, links all over the city from 2 mins walk away, but the location fab. Amazing street food market on the doorstep. Loads of shops.If you want big room, king-size bed, all mod cons this is not the place for you but if you want an awesome location, somewhere to get your head down and a cuppa. Book immediatley 😁 Nothing.

• Adriana (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es muy buena, lejos del ruido pero cerca de todo lo histórico. La habitación es muy pequeña, tener en cuenta que entra la cama, un mueble y nada más. No hay lugar adonde se puedan abrir las maletas, ni siquiera una silla. El baño es pequeño pero está bien y el agua con buena presión y temperatura. Las cortinas son claras y no tapan la luz así que se dificulta dormir bien. La entrada es bastante fácil (con código) pero en el pasillo siempre hubo unos bultos (de ropa aparentemente) que dificulta el paso de las maletas. El wifi es rápido. El poco espacio en la habitación. Y se escuchaba todo lo del piso superior

• Helena (5/5): Aceitável - Boa localização, relação qualidade/preço. O quarto não tinha nenhum tipo de cortina opaca ou estore, para não termos claridade logo ao amanhecer. Acabamos por não descansar tão bem, devido a este fator. O edifício também não é bem isolado dos barulhos dos outros quartos, ouve-se tudo! A alcatifa das escadas estava claramente muito suja, deu logo mau aspeto ao entrar no edifício. Candeeiros do quarto a cair, muita falta de manutenção e brio.
• Carlo (1/5): Soggiorno deludente, non all’altezza delle aspettative. - Unica e sola cosa che ha la stanza e’ la posizione, comoda per muoversi in città. Poi c’è Più nulla! La struttura non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, con diversi dettagli trascurati (polvere, bagno non perfettamente igienizzato). Anche i servizi erano inferiori rispetto a quanto descritto online, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è adeguato. Inoltre, un problema serio è stata la mancanza di acqua calda, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più sgradevole. Considerando il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente scarso.

• Dareia (1/5): Schlecht einfach schlecht. Will Geld zurück. - Sie Lage Alles andere. Der Eingang vollgestopft mit sachen, über welche man teilweise drüber steigen muss. Auch wurde wohl in der Unterkunft geraucht, so roch es zumindest. Das Zimmer viel kleiner und in schlechterem zustand, als auf Fotos zu erkennen. Im Bad Schimmel an der Decke und den Fugen in der Dusche, ein loser Wasserhahn und der Auslauf auch nicht funktionierend. Zum rest,. Baustellenlampe an der Decke, Stickig Luft, man kann nicht Lüften Eine mini Heizer, und ein kleiner Ventilator liegen neben der nicht funktionstüchtig aussehenden Heizung, wo auch ein Föhn drauf liegt welcher wohl schon die besten Jahre hinter sich hat, auf dem Boden. Es gibt keine Garderobe o.ä. um zumindest eine Jacke weg zu hängen, und nichts zum ablegen von eigenen sachen, außer einem kleinen nachtkästchen, wo ein wasserkocher, mit noch Inhalt vom vorherigen Benutzer drinnen, eine tasse welche mal ausgewechselt werden sollte und ein plastiklöffel auf welchen das selbe zutrifft, drauf stand. Kein Mülleimer vorhanden. Das Bett hatte wenigstens saubere Laken drauf doch drunter, auch der gammel schon am modern. Zwischen Bett und Außenwand, wurde wohl zuletzt vor einigen Jahren Geputzt, so die Staub Belegschaft. Und auch der schon entgegenfallende Fenstergriff, am verdeckten Fenster, hat gezeigt, in welchem miserablen gesamtzustand sich diese Unterkunft befindet. Wenn ich könnte, 0 Sterne, vorallem für über 300€ für 4 Nächte, bei sowas, eine Frechheit. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen.

• Richard (1/5): I wouldn't go back if you paid me! - Location thats all. Its accessed via a key coded door leading to a narrow corridor with dirty linen bags at 10pm at night. Nobody to greet you and another key coded door to the TINIEST of bedrooms. Certainly doesn't look like the photo on Booking.com A large spider walked out of my room as I opened the door. The hairdresser is set ontop of the radiator as is the 4 way plug extension. A fan and a heater on the floor incase your hot or cold oh and if there's a fire on the corridor good luck because the window doesn't open. And if you call that a duvet, then ive been on the moon for 20 years! Note to self;next time in London pay another £50 for 2 nights accommodation and the difference is HUGE

Blisko jest przystanek autobusowy i duży dworzec z którego jeżdżą busy na lotnisko. Pokój i łazienka były wystarczająco duże dla 2 osób. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Ogólnie jak za tą cenę bardzo polecam! Poduszki ozdobne były dosyć brudne i moim zdaniem nadają się do wymiany.

• müller (6/5): Es war eine perfekte Lage und die Umgebung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. - Die Lage war optimal! Frühstück wurde nicht mal angeboten, man hat jedoch einen kleine Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle oder ähnliches war ebenso nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind ENORM klein, wenn man nur 2-3 tage dort verbringt und die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist, finde ich es eine "okay" Unterkunft. Wenn man jedoch viel Zeit dort verbringt, rate ich davon ab! Die Wände sind aus Styropor gefühlt. Man hat ALLES gehört was die Nachbarn machen und die Strassen waren auch enorm laut. Die Pubs und Restaurant unter der Unterkunft sind cool zum vorbeischauen, jedoch auch Lärmstifter am Abend.

Piccola ma essenziale, con letto e cuscino molto comodo e doccia perfetta e calda. Check-in automatico molto comodo. A 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria. Presenza di market e locali nei dintorni. Dopo il portone d’ingresso erano presenti delle buste che non sono mai state tolte. I gradini delle scale erano davvero piccoli e l’odore non era molto gradevole. Presenza di muffa nel tetto del bagno. Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia della stanza

• Marianne (10/5): - L'emplacement, une ligne de bus qui dessert tout le centre juste à côté. Notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière donc aucun bruit de la ville. C'était très propre, chaud et confortable. Tous les équipements dont on a besoin. Et la personne en charge très gentille, nous l'avons croisée et avons même eu la chambre à disposition beaucoup plus tôt que l'heure prévue ! Le doute en arrivant devant l'immeuble où rien n'indique le nom du logement
• Luna (1/5): Le logement était insalubre et je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité une seule fois. - Le seul point positif de ce logement est sa localisation proche de la station de métro Victoria TOUT Manque d’hygiène, de sécurité, d’insonorisation, de chauffage et de confort. Zéro personnel sur place. Le hall était encombré lors de mon arrivée par d’énormes sacs, on pouvait à peine passer. La moquette des escaliers est dans un état lamentable, c’est tellement sale, un bon coup d’aspirateur et de shampouineuse serait la bienvenue. Concernant la chambre, la porte était difficile à ouvrir, j’ai dû taper trois fois le code pour y accéder. Seul moyen de fermer la porte c’est un tout petit bouton et la poignée de la porte peine a tenir, merci pour la sécurité… À mon arrivée, le lit n’était même pas fait, la couverture était à peine bien posée sur le lit et je ne parle meme pas de la couette à l’intérieur de la housse de couette, l’état était déplorable, ce serait bien de changé de temps en temps vos équipements… Concernant le sol, énormément de poussière comme sur la tête de lit, la table, le frigo et SURTOUT les rideaux et le rebord de la fenêtre. La fenêtre ne pouvait même pas s’ouvrir donc pendant un séjour de 5j, je n’ai pas pu aérer la chambre… La chambre est très mal isolée, tant bien sur le plan thermique que sonore. Je me réveillais chaque nuit en tremblant de froid, une HONTE ! Et lorsque je voulais chauffer avec le pauvre chauffage qui propulse de l’air, celui ci sentait fort le brûlé et était littéralement entrain de fondre. Pour le coté isolation sonore, j’entendais le moindre bruit des chambres d’à côté mais également de la rue. L’odeur du frigo est à vomir et j’avais également les remontées de fumé de la rue puisqu’il était impossible de fermer correctement la fenêtre étant donné que la poignée était cassée, chaque soir ça sentait la cigarette ou toutes autres substances illicites.. Pour la salle de bain, le lavabo comporte quelques fissures et le robinet manque de tomber dès qu’on souhaite s’en servir. La douche est correcte niveau eau chaude/froid mais merci pour le moisi..
• Elizabeth (3/5): Good for an extreme budget but please put some proper sheets on the bed!! - Great location, was able to check in about an hour earlier than expected. Good, hot shower. Facilities were in poor condition. Bed lacked a fitted sheet so any time you moved around, you rolled onto bare mattress. In fact the bed only had one flat sheet and a small comforter. It did not feel clean or comfortable. Our room did not look like any of the pictures I saw online. It was tiny (as expected). Curtains did not block light and were dirty. The location was loud due to construction, other travelers, and random workers right outside our door in the morning. The front door was not always locked.

• Linda (7/5): Rooms are small like they are almost everywhere in London, but gall good for a few nights. - Location of the place is really great - Victoria just in 7-10mins walk, groceries store just across the street. Kettle for making yourself a coffee and also a mini fridge where you can keep your products. The large laundry bags in the lobby. Was pretty difficut to get through with the suitcases. And those laundry bags stood there all 3 days we were staying there. Otherwise all good if you're staying for a short period of time :)

Para ingresar es un sistema muy simple y cerca del alojamiento habían locales, supermercados y pizzerías. La zona se veía tranquila y no insegura.

Tutto sommato lo consiglio per pochi giorni. Stanza un po’ piccola. L’assenza di un bidet. Avrei preferito 1/2 asciugamani in più. E soprattutto più pulizia in generale.

• Nadia (7/5): 3 giorni a Londra. - Buona posizione, vicino alla metro. All'interno della stanza non c'è un armadio ne lo spazio per appoggiare la valigia a terra.
