- Ong (7/5): Great for younger traveller with light luggages. - Near to King Cross, Angel undeground st is just 7 mins walk, easily accessible to most of the attraction in london by metro. Got washing machine and dryer, kitchen utility u have all the things there. no need to bring yr own cup/kettle/pan/washing liquid/etc. Cleaner just collect rubbish from kitchen daily, no room keeping daily till you checkout. The room was quite dirty, and small. the bed not really even, backbone pain after sleeping on it. the floor is actually sinking towards the middle of the room, not sure when will it collapse. The room is on 2nd floor (Ground, first and 2nd floor), narrow steps, no lift. Not really family friendly especially for old people due to narrow steps and the light up the stairs sometimes spoiled. I stayed at the family room, all the other guests were quiet during my 5 days stay. However due to window is facing the street, at night ambulance siren was too loud and causing me to awake. one night may have 4-5 siren.
- Brandon (8/5): It was good as it gave us shelter and stored stuff during the day - I liked where it was located on 5 min walk from angel tube station and the cleaner is so lovely The beds were rough the double bed felt like bricks and the other two beds were camp beds
- Linda (1/5): Bad - Nothing The unit was dirty, had unwashed laundry in the rooms and no beds were made.
- Miss (8/5): Very good -
- Camila (6/5): Pleasant - The room was spacious and iluminated. They included towels, complete kitchen and iron, and instantaneous coffee and tea were available with no limit. The bathroom was big too. I spent there 2 nights and got 17 bedbug bites :(
- Karina (5/5): Passable - well-equipped kitchen condition of the room and sleeping on camp beds
- Disha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Swans (6/5): Pleasant - Reasonable price for the location. Easy and convenient check in. On site laundry Lock on my door didn’t work. Terrible lighting throughout.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Julio (9/5): Superb -
- Ionela (7/5): Good - I booked a family room: the shared facilities were clean and the kitchen fully equipped; the room was clean and accommodating, but the beds were quite uncomfortable (they should invest in better mattresses & beds); the communication with the host and the location were great.
Overall a good experience. Beds
- Sergio (8/5): good accomodations, good location! -
- Karolina (8/5): Fine - Problems with WiFi in the morning, a bit loud neighborhood after 23:00, floor panels not in the best condition, specially in the kitchen
- Florent (8/5): Very good - Good place to sleep and enjoy a city trip in London.
Clean and easy to reach from St-Pancras.
Detailed communication with the owner.
- Emil (10/5): Exceptional - great accommodation perfectly equipped, everything clean and a wonderful owner nothing
- Daniel (10/5): This is proper Value for Money - This was a fabulous property about a 3 minute walk from the Angel Underground Station. Our flat was admittedly rather basic, but for how much we paid it was absolutely ideal. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom and kitchen area. The property felt very secure, with many doors having to be unlocked to get through to the room itself and we felt very comfortable for the entire stay. The staff, although not on site, were very responsive with their messages on booking.com and I found them (particularly Athena) to be very professional and friendly. All in all, the stay was absolutely terrific and fantastic value for money. This property will definitely become my go-to for whenever I visit London. Keep up the good work team. I think it would particularly be ideal for a couple or a family of 3.
I work in the Hotel industry and I have never received such fantastic value for money at a stay. This is a fabulous little hidden-gem, don't miss out on it people! Some new bedding would help to bring the room to the next level in terms of presentation, but that's a very minor thing.

- Maxime (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor -
- Chloe (6/5): good value for money - super good location- less then 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop and a Tesco less then 5 minutes away.
kitchen- we stayed in flat 1, which is right next to the shared bathroom and less then 5 steps from the kitchen. this was perfect as we had 2 children who constantly need to go to the toilet, and with full access to a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and a proper table, tea time was super easy too. I think we would have really struggled if we were in one of the rooms of the floor above. the kitchen and bathroom was shared with the other guests but while we saw the guests in passing, it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
communication with host was very prompt also. not so much ‘didn’t like’ but more to let you know before hand- no TV in rooms and while there is a tv in the kitchen, it didn’t have signal and we couldn’t find anywhere to buy a DVD (so I would suggest bringing a tablet or something for the children to watch at night time). it’s super loud all night outside, even with windows closed, we could hear the traffic and sirens ect which woke one of the kids up a few times. but again, this could be resolved if you have a tablet/iPad as you could put on something to drown out the noise. the second double bed was a couch bed (I believe?) and not comfortable. the children ended up sleeping in the main bed and the adults had to sleep on it- I’m thinking now, we could have maybe removed one of the mattresses from the main bed (as it had two mattresses) and put it on the couch bed?
it’s quite time consuming getting in and out of the building as you have to use the key code to get the key to open the front door (and then put the key back). and then walk up a bunch on narrow spiral stairs and put a different door code to get to the flat, and then a 3rd code to get into your room. but this was very clearly explained via message, just hard to do when you have all your luggage and two tired 4 year olds.

- Eva (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here. Great facilities, location and price - The location was perfect! There was nothing I did not like.
