• TeeEeBee (9/5): Perfect for a visit to the O2 Arena - We booked here since we were going to attend a concert at the O2-Arena and for that it was perfect. The walk would be around half an hour but there is a bus stop right outside the house and the bus takes you to the arena in just a few minutes. The room was very spacious and mostly clean. The couch had some stains on it and the floor could have been cleaner but it was still okay. There was also a spacious balcony and since the weather was nice we would have loved to sit there but there were no chairs. Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in some cheap furniture. Also a second nightstand would be nice. Since it was so hot outside the big fridge came in very handy. Also there was a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. A shared bathroom remains a shared bathroom with the expected disadvantages but it was clear that it was cleaned recently and regularly. There are three rooms sharing the bathroom. Our room was next to one other. We were not quite sure if we directly shared a wall or not but the wall had two big gaps which you could look through. If it actually is another room on the other side those gaps should be closed. If it is not, it would be a very good idea to inform guests about it. At first it made us very unsure of the whole situation and that probably wasn't necessary.

• deijnde (1/5): Do not go here - Not clean and not safe. When we arrived our room had not been cleaned and there was trash and stains everywhere. We were then moved into a different room for the night which had ants walking everywhere. We eventually had to move back into the previous room and one evening found a random drunk guy sleeping in the hallway. Apart from that we were warned by multiple people about the neighborhood and not to use our phones in public.

• Layla (6/5): Decent but not great for long term nights - construction works happening - Nice property - bedroom and bathroom is quite big, they provide tea and coffee (no spoons though), close to O2 Arena, lovely area. I wasn’t able to sleep yesterday or today morning due to construction works right next to my room. The window is not soundproof, and you can hear everything. I only slept well on the first night, after that, everyday at 7am there’s loud banging and drilling which was a huge disturbance, as I work late nights and usually sleep in. That was the worst part of the stay, apart from that everything else is good. The wifi also didn’t work for 2 days, I had to use my data and was not able to watch YouTube on the tv.
• Toluwalase (6/5): I would stay there again, but just not in the single bed room!! - It’s really close to the train station and also really accessible. If you are going to the O2 then it’s even more perfect as it’s like a 30 minutes walk to the arena. You could also take the bus and that’s like a 10 minutes drive, the bus stop is quite literally in front of the building The bed was a bit uncomfortable but it’s not terrible and the toilet seat on the ground floor was a tad bit high and I’m quite short so it was a bit uncomfortably.
• Matthew (5/5): Disappointing - I liked how it has the basic immunities, and we liked the clean aesthetic. I didn’t like how there was a visible crack on the ceiling if you walk into the room you can see it yourself, that’s proof that we’re not lying. The WiFi also was not working. I feel like there wasn’t any personal touches that could have made the stay extra comfortable. For example, where the mini fridge was you could’ve also added a microwave because there was no kitchen for us to have our breakfast. Some cutlery, right equipment and even a microwave would have made this stay a little bit better. I feel like you could’ve added two waters as there was no water so it’s just about hospitality. I tried to call the staff,but nobody answered. I understand it’s a self check in bnb, but having those little touches even if you’re not there would’ve made the stay a lot better.

• Mitchell (9/5): Great for marathon days and very comfortable - VERY convenient for the London Marathon! Large room, comfy bed, sofa, desk and chair all good, too. Not all windows had curtains, just blinds. They let in a lot of light - nice for waking up naturally before the marathon but annoying the next day when I wanted a lie in.

• SUDHA (6/5): Good - It is very spacious and clean. If you have to visit conferences at o2, I can recommend. They had hair dryer , tea kettle, shampoo and shower gel. It is close to Canary Wharf so handy to get to work. Well, I am not a Londoner, So do not know if the location AB’s locality was a great choice. I only used the stay for 2 nights and was working full days. It was really warm during those nights, so I was not able to rest well. I saw other rooms have their door open (probably because of this).

• Andrea (1/5): - There was not much to like Room was filled with dust, there were stains on the wall (looked like coffee stains) the shower head was totally calcified, the Matt in the bathroom didn’t look clean, the mattress was uncomfortable. There was lots of noise coming from the street. I couldn’t turn the fan on because also that was filled with clumps of dust. When I told the host about the dust, I was told there was not dust at all. When I sent the photos, I received no reply.

Unkomplizierter Check In Der Boden war dreckig, die Wände sehr sehr dünn, Einrichtung schon sehr abgerockt, Fenster schließen nicht richtig, Badezimmer verkalkt und nicht sonderlich hygienisch.

The shared bathroom was always very clean…You can literally go to anywhere from that place. You have two bus stops facing each other in front of the building. Perfect location for me. My check-in details was not sent to me until I requested for it.

• Francesca (1/5): Don’t book, read Google reviews to see how bad this property really is. - Nothing. AVOID It was filthy and I couldn’t stay here. Property are refusing to refund me for the three nights that I had to book somewhere else. Read Google reviews for this property and take a look at the photos to see for yourself - insects, dust and dirt with locks not working properly. Scammers - they are saying I never went to the property, but I have photos which I’ve sent to Booking.com to prove that I was there and how filthy it was.

• Matthew (6/5): Good value but with its limitations. Short stay fine. - Location good for the price. Room was a decent size. Bed comfortable. Bathroom did the job and didn't feel like I was competing with other guests to use it. Feels like a converted office? Simple things like the next room could look right through my window if I opened the curtains. Soundproofing poor and heard lots of traffic noise which woke me up a few times.
