Lovely patio outside, extraordinarily helpful cleaning staff and the landlord :) Location of the guesthouse is easily approachable by tube and busses, plenty of restaurants, markets and parks nearby. Highly recommend and surely would've come back!

Location is great, 10 min walk from district and piccadilly line and bus stops just around the corner. Also a nice and cheap pub across the road for food and beers. Nothing really

• Maryam Abuedrees (3/5): Poor experience - We are extremely disappointed with our stay, as the conditions did not allow for a reasonable or comfortable overnight experience. While the staff were responsive and polite—answering calls promptly and replacing a faulty fan immediately—and the room and bathroom were clean, these positives did not make up for the overall issues we encountered. The room was significantly smaller than expected, as were the bathroom and shower, making it very cramped for two people. The bed itself was also too small for two adults. The bedding was of poor quality, with old, rough sheets and lumpy, uncomfortable pillows. A major issue was the temperature. The corridor heating was set excessively high, and despite turning off the heater in our room, it remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night. This made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, we were unable to open the window due to constant external noise, including traffic and repeated sirens from a nearby police station, which continued throughout the night. There were no blackout curtains to reduce light disturbance. Due to the heat, noise, and discomfort of the bed, we were only able to sleep for approximately two and a half hours in total. This is far below what can reasonably be expected from paid accommodation. Given the lack of basic comfort and the inability to get proper rest, we do not feel that the stay provided the service paid for. We believe a refund (full or partial) would be a fair and appropriate resolution in this case. • graham (7/5): This place is great for a solo traveler and is friendly, safe and nicely appointed and managed. - Good value for money. Very clean. Friendly staff. Useful communal kitchen and outdoor patio area. Only about 10 minutes from 2 Tube stations. Good wi-fi and working T.V. Room was nicely appointed with useful desk, drawers wardrobe etc. Common areas nicely lighted and well kept. No trouble with noise from inside or out. Was my second stay and it worked well. No complaints.

Auf Bitte weitere Handtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen, wurde umgehend eingegangen. Preis/Leistung war absolut in Ordnung Essensgeruch hat sich durch den ganzen Flur in die Zimmer durchgezogen.

• Melina (8/5): Good place for a short stay. - Very clean and comfortable. At a couple of bus stops from Ealing Common and Acton Stations. Which is convenient when travelling to/from Heathrow airport. Can be noisy because of the proximity to the road.

• clarice (8/5): Piacevole - Posizionata in una zona ben collegata, la struttura è molto pulita e con il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni, inoltre era presente anche un bollitore con caffè e latte di cui ho abbondantemente abusato. Vicina ad un Pub molto buono ed economico, vicinissima anche a tutte le stazioni e al Morrison’s. Purtroppo, o per fortuna, la struttura è adiacente alla strada principale della zona e ad un pub, perciò il rumore è molto forte, ho fatto fatica a dormire per questo ma forse ero condizionata dal fatto di aver soggiornato in solitaria. Anche all’interno si percepiscono passi e rumori dei vicini ospiti. Peccato per questo, per il resto sarebbe stato ottimo!

• Shrikaanth (9/5): Great, recommended - Excellently maintained to a high standard inside and around. The property owner was clear, polite and prompt in his communication. The room was clean and tidy, spacious with en suite. Was as described. Too hot- on the third night, even with the thermostat knob turned down to minimum, radiator was very warm. Had to open window which meant noise levels were up. Steps are narrow on the stairs- one has to be careful. Could be particularly challenging for older people or those not steady on their feet.

• Sofia (9/5): Senza ombra di dubbio lo risceglierei! - Ho adorato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel a Londra! La posizione è davvero strategica: con la metro si raggiungono tutti i principali luoghi turistici in pochissimo tempo, comodissimo per girare la città senza stress. La camera era pulitissima e ho apprezzato tantissimo il servizio di pulizia quotidiana, con anche cambio di tutti gli asciugamani, cosa non così scontata e davvero super gradita. Si tornava ogni giorno in una stanza perfetta, ordinata e profumata. La vista dalla finestra della stanza era molto molto carina! Il bagno è un po’ piccolino, ma c’è tutto l’essenziale e per me non è stato assolutamente un problema, visto che era comunque molto pulito e funzionale. Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità-prezzo, è stato oltre le aspettative: se dovessi tornare a Londra, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Soggiorno davvero fantastico, lo consiglio senza dubbi! L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta tantissimo, più che altro per una questione di comodità, è stato il lavandino del bagno: essendo piuttosto piccolo e con il rubinetto con un getto molto potente, si rischiava di schizzare un po’ ovunque, anche solo quando ti lavavi le mani.

• Eden (6/5): Overall is convenient for last minute stay - Clean and cosy but depends which room you get. First booking fee months back I got a twin room with separate beds upstairs and it was really cold room. This time I got a twin budget room that was cosy so it was nice for a change. Staff are nice. Bathroom drain stinks. Bathroom was too little and yet an exposed drain is in the middle of it which spells badly while you are in the bath. However once the door is closed it’s unnoticeable.

No me gustó que era muy pequeña la habitación para lo que me cobraron y para lo lejos que estaba de la estación. 15 minutos/20 minutos caminando, además de eso tenes 45 minutos hasta las principales atracciones y no fue barata para nada.

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The shower although very powerful. It was very low. A tall person over 5ft 8” would have a problem. We were only provided 1 tiny bottle of shower gel each and they were not replaced. The same with the milk we didn’t get any more throughout our 6 night stay.

After a very bad experience at another hotel, we decided to change accommodation, and we were very satisfied with our choice. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. The room was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised that the bed sheets and pillows were changed and the room cleaned, even though we stayed only two nights. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was exactly what we needed after our previous disappointment. We truly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Nothing One possible point for improvement would be to reduce the water flow in the bathroom sink, as the water tends to splash. This did not affect our stay at all, but it could help avoid water waste and keep the area drier.

• Matt (7/5): Generally good, communication could be better. - Room was a decent size, with a desk, table, two chairs, and wardrobes. There was an en-suite shower/toilet, and a shared kitchen available. Location is about a 10min walk from several tube/rail stations, there's a Tesco Metro five minutes away, and plenty of takeaways. Didn't expect to have my room cleaned while I was out, which was a nice surprise (albeit unnecessary). Fairly cheap. The messages received in the app were comprehensive, and included the wifi password. Communication wasn't brilliant: I missed the messages on the app (that bit is on me), so when I turned up around 20:00 I called the number on the sign, but it went straight to voicemail. I had to wait 10-15mins before someone came to let me in. So partly my fault, but I'd expect the phone to be answered. Pillows could have been better - the usual problem of one being too thin for sleeping but two too thick.

L’endroit est calme , les draps on été changer ainsi que les serviettes au cours de notre séjours sans que nous nous en soyons rendu compte. Je recommande vivement !

The pub and supermarket are super close. Bus stop as well. Underground is up to 15 minutes walking. All was great for the praise I paid.

A TV no quarto tem Netflix que usámos para assistir filmes. Fica cerca de 10-15 minutos a pé de supermercados.

Lots of noisy from traffic and I woke at 4:47am from traffic noise even with a pillow over my head for added sound insulation. I found it hard to sleep again until rush hour has passed. Needs extra window glaring. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. A basic function of a hotel is to be able to sleep until 7am at least without interruption or issues. Also the hotel is unstaffed and I found it hard to get into the room through the process sent. Time consuming and multi stepped and fiddly. Would be very hard for an older person or someone with poor sight or shaky hands etc. Not older people or disability friendly

I wish I would have had hand washing liquid and a slightly big shower gel. The checking instructions arrived 2 days after which is something may be the host and or Booking.com can review.
