• Romero (9/5): Clean, compact hotel room within walking distance or public transportation to many locations - The hotel room is more traditional in compact size, especially in the bathroom, but a family of 3 with several suitcases fit comfortably. We were definitely close to each other but that did not bother us. The bathroom is small and shower is in the middle near toilet and sink. The room was very clean and the location is ideal to walk to several places, and the bus to airport is a very close walk. For a family larger than 3 and with several suitcases or if you prefer more space, I would recommend 2 rooms. It worked fine for us since we don't mind being in compact quarters.

• Charlotte Marie Hatague (9/5): The staff is very accommodating and nice. Room is clean. We will check in again on our next visit. - I like how it was near to the MTR and shopping malls/centers. It is also close to Central and Kowloon where the shops I want to go to. The room is clean and maintained as well. The room and bathroom are small for 3 persons but it's fine. We open our luggage one by one because they won't fit the room when we open them at once. But we had a good night sleep and the room is clean. That's what matters.

• Fania (1/5): Misleading listing, terrible service, and an overall stressful experience. AVOID THIS PLACE. - Nothing. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the listing in any way. This property was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE, and I strongly advise future guests to read this before booking. • The room had a STRONG, unpleasant smell. • Cleanliness was very poor. • The bathroom OVERFLOWED shortly after arrival. • The AC remote didn’t work because it had NO BATTERIES, I had to find them myself. • The room was NOT SOUNDPROOF as advertised. • The overall environment felt stressful and uncomfortable. The worst part was the customer service. The communication with the staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. When I requested a cancellation due to the conditions, my request was REJECTED even though the room clearly did not match what was advertised. Despite refusing a refund, the staff STILL MOVED MY BELONGINGS out of the room without my consent. This is completely unacceptable behavior and extremely poor service. Guests should be aware that the listing photos and descriptions do NOT reflect the real conditions or the level of service here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property.

There are lots of small daily items in the shared area, such as electric converters, tape, scissors, etc. Beds were comfy. plenty of towels. water pressure was good. Elevator can be confusing. Make sure you go the correct elevator right next to the book store. bathroom/shower is really small. Makes it hard to deep clean the corners, too. ventilation was limited.

• sonia (9/5): A great location to access most, if not, all of Hong Kong's finest destinations. - This property has one of the best locations a tourist could stay in Hong Kong. As you ride the elevator and take a few steps outside, you would find yourself a long Nathan road immediately. In the opposite entrance/exit, you would find many convenience stores, restaurants, and groceries to help you alleviate hunger and personal necessities. The property has everything you need, a good bed, a good bathroom, and a prime position. It can get a bit noisy if your neighbors are on the louder side of things. Also, if you are not used to property proportional to basic needs, then you might have difficulty navigating the area. Also also, during our stay, only one elevator was functioning limiting the access to the room.

• Lidija (4/5): Nebi izbrala še enkrat - Location is perfect. If you stay in hostel like me, in own room, and just for sleep, it is o.k. Čakanje na dvigalo, da sploh pridete do sobe, je bilo grozno. Eno dvigalo za 15 nadstropij ljudi. Enkrat ga nisem niti smela uporabiti, saj se je gospod ravno spravil čistiti. Uporabiti sem morala stopnice. Tuš je nad straniščem. Morala sem prositi da mi dajo kakšno brisačo, da lahko posušim. Najprej je bila težava s toplo vodo, a me ni zmotilo. Nato pa smo bili brez vode v stranišču, kar pa ni bilo v redu. Lastnica se je trudila s sporočili, v živo je nisem videla. Je pa hostel zelo težko najti. Tako da, presodite sami. Ali dati malo več, in vsaj spodobno spite, opravite potrebo na stranišču in se normalno stuširate.

• Claudia (9/5): Loved it and would stay again - I was terrified at the thought that we’ll have to stay in such a small room, even if it was for a night, but that worry washed away when we got there. It’s amazing how a room of that size had everything you needed in it: a stool, toiletries, a table, lots of hangers and clothing racks, hairdryer, adaptor, rubber shoes for shower, a small window etc. Everything was so well organized and thought so you can feel comfortable despite the room dimensions. Winnie was absolutely amazing and the communication with him was so good. He informed us about everything in advance and took care of everything during our stay. We are deeply grateful they let us store the luggage for such a long time because that gave us time to enjoy HK. The location is vabsolutely amazing! It’s in the center of everything and right at the bus station that takes you to the airport. Have nothing to complain about it! - no streaming service (the only reason is not a 10)

In a city like HK, I was out all day and this was great for somewhere to sleep and reorganise myself. The standards were good but can always be higher. It wasn't cheap so could continue to improve the quality of the room.

• Edwin (1/5): Bad - Booked 3 nights. On the first evening, we struggled to open the door to our room and had to ask the owner for assistance, who then directed us to find a second key. The first night was very bad, we could hear the next room taking a shower at 5 a.m. as if they were right next to us, and the mattress was very uncomfortable and very small. The next morning, we were so exhausted and had to go somewhere in the morning, we found that the door wouldn't close properly anymore. When we informed the owner, we were told to leave our belongings in the room because nobody could come anytime soon. We didn't feel safe leaving our valuables in an unsecured room, and taking them with us wasn't an option either. As a result, we ended up booking a different hotel to store our luggage and have better remaining nights and sleeps.
• Ellie (8/5): Great budget stay in the heart of the Hong Kong action - Owner left clear instructions on how to find the hostel. Despite the small space, which is typical of Hong Kong, it was clean and pleasant and the space was utilised well. We were provided with towels and the bed was very comfortable. It is conveniently located near a train station and buses. I would stay there again. As I said, it was pretty small but this is normal in Hong Kong especially for budget accommodation. It was a bit challenging with two people, but we made it work.

• Yoshino (9/5): Great Hostel - Cozy room and friendly staff, good location! It was very convenient as the restaurant area was right next door and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The shower sometimes became very weak at night. I don't know if it would weaken if other guests used it at the same time, but it was not a big problem!

• Chiara (9/5): Cozy room, close to tsim sha tsui highlights. - It was very close to a lot of the well known shops and other areas to look forward to in Tsim Sha Tsui. The host is responsive too. It’s not a big turn off but just that there is no exhaust in the bathroom - bedroom connection. We understand the space and value of the area so it wasn’t really a big turnoff.
