• Eugenio (5/5): If you prioritize a prime Hong Kong location over room size and building upkeep, this is it! - Perfect location, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui (specifically by the Jordan stop in the red line). A few minutes walk from both the marina and the market. The building is very run down and kind of dirty. The room is extremely small and I personally had an issue with the bed (being 6'3" I did not fit in the bed)

• Michelle (7/5): Great location, good value room. - Location was right in the middle of Kowloon. Easy access to Victoria Harbour, Star Ferry, MTR and airport bus. Owners were very nice. Small communal fridge. Integrated shower had nice hot water, but was very awkward to use.

The building is safe, there's CCTV and security guard. The room is clean. The room is too small for the 3 of us. We don't have much space to move around and to keep or manage our personal luggage. The laundry mart is too far for us, need to cross a few streets to get there.

• Annette (10/5): Excellent customer service. - Very understanding and kind to us when we had some issues with a flight. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms are small but we booked a 3 bed room for 2 people which worked well for us and was notch more expensive.

Odeur de saleté Ai perdu 1/2 journée à chercher mes lunettes de vue toujours rangées au même endroit. Les propriétaires affirment n'avoir rien trouvé dans la chambre louée seulement 1 nuit. Le soir, l'étui Chanel avec les lunettes étaient à l'intérieur de mon petit sac à dos où j'ai des câbles de téléphone, ma power bank, des papiers. Ah vous n'avez pas cherché, m'aton rétorqué. Fiabilité ???

• Mark Jasper (9/5): - Location is perfect! 2 min to Jordan Station, there are convenience stores like a 7/11 within 1 min from the property. It is small but it still fit me (95kl), friend (110 kl) and another friend (50kl). So it is still very good. And very very clean!

Nothing - this place is basic for a good price and in a great location for getting around HK.

• NICOLE (10/5): Mon hôtel préféré à Hong Kong. - Je suis venue de nombreuses fois à Hong Kong et c’est mon hôtel préféré dans cette catégorie. J’apprécie son extrême propreté, le ménage est fait tous les jours. La salle de bain est très petite mais bien installée. L’eau est bien chaude avec un bon débit. La literie est comfortable , j’ai demandé à avoir un sur- matelas. La chambre est très petite mais très bien aménagée. Il y a un frigidaire dans la chambre. Il y a des prises de différents type donc pas de problème pour recharger ses appareils. Les chambres sont au calme. A l’extérieur de la chambre, une bouilloire et du thé sont à disposition. Le personnel est très sympatique et serviable. Le bus A21 en provenance de l’aéroport s’arrête tout près sur Nathan road. Et le bus A22 sur Jordan street permet de retourner à l’aéroport.

• Li Ting (10/5): 地點超棒，來回機場非常便利 - 老闆和老闆娘很熱情，介紹房間介紹的很詳細 地點在佐敦站旁邊，從機場可以搭 A22 或 A21 直達，超方便 房間空間不大，不過床下面有空間，可以開一個 24 吋行李箱平放 廁所外也有小空間，可以開 26 吋行李箱，靠著床板開著使用 插座共有兩個，記得帶轉接頭 掛勾很多，還有衣架可以掛衣服 有提供免費 wifi，用起來很順 浴巾毛巾燙得很平整，香香的！ 床有點硬，棉被有點重量

• Taehyun (9/5): Danke für diesen tollen Angebot. Gerne wieder. - Der Besitzer reinigt jeden Morgen das Zimmer und das Bad! Das Bad ist wirklich sauberer als das in meiner Wohnung. Die Lage ist auch top!!! Das Zimmer ist fast gar nicht schalldicht. Aber ich hatte Glück mit ruhigen Nachbarn.

• Mikhailov (9/5): - Отель, а точнее гостевой дом с 5 маленькими номерами расположен на 5 этаже жилого здания. Комнатки маленькие, но на 1-2 дня, что бы переночевать,вполне нормально. Чисто, есть маленькая общая кухонка с холодильником и чайниками.

Rapport qualité/prix par rapport à la taille de la chambre. Salle de bain minuscule où l’on se douche au dessus des toilettes et du lavabo. Tout est petit à HK de toute façon. Mais c’est l’aventure! On le recommande ;)

В общей зоне есть небольшой холодильник и холодная и горячая питьевая вода. Очень маленький санузел, где душ - э о гибкий шланг прямо над унитазом (, но это особенность всех гостевых домов в этом районе.

• Stanislas (9/5): Well located and good value - Very good location to explore the city, metro Jordan is at 25m from the building, the Kowloon train station to the airport or China is at walking distance. The room is small (but as often in HKG), silent as we don't here the street, equiped with the necessary stuff, water is hot and good pressure, no bad smell or moisture the cleaning service is efficient ! also, the manager was welcoming and really helpful, and gave me lot of indications. I appreciate, thanks ! At the end, the ratio quality/price for Hong-Kong is good :) Room size may be small for 2 persons + suite cases... but manageable and usual for HKG city !

• Linda (10/5): - Good Fortune Inn is amazing! Great budget friendly hotel in the center of all the action in Jordan. Close to the metro station. Great owners, super friendly! They lent me an umbrella on a day when it was pouring! I also extended my stay a few times and they accommodated me. The accommodation is very clean, sheets are clean, they do room cleanings daily. The room is a good size for HK accoms, especially if you’re one person, you have the two twin beds to use. Really feels like I found a gem for a great accom in HK that is central, clean, and great value for the price. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!! Because the hotel is small and the bedrooms are close to the front door, you can hear the people coming in, opening the lock, etc. at all times. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note for light sleepers.

• KSENIIA (9/5): Отличное расположение (и удобно добираться из аэропорта) - Прекрасный персонал! Расположение удобное, до залива всего минут 5-7 пешком. Рядом есть и фастфуд и местные кафе. Магазины тоже рядом. Еще очень хорошо, что прям напротив этого дома остановка автобуса из аэропорта (садитесь в аэропорту на A21 или А22 и едете прямо до prudential). Метро Jordan рядом, пешком минуты 2. Рядом есть Uniqlo (минуты 4 пешком). Оживленный район, освещенный хорошо, мне показался безопасным ночью. Отель на 5 этаже здания. Вам дадут сразу 3 ключа, на первом этаже охрана. Как и во многих отелях в Гонконге - крошечные и дорогие номера. Сам номер с достаточно устаревшей мебелью и сантехникой.
• Adam (10/5): - To jest Hongkong, więc nocleg w takiej lokalizacji - rzut kamieniem od stacji metra - i przy tak atrakcyjnej cenie musi być okupiony małą powierzchnią pokoju i minimalistyczną łazienką. Można się do tego przyzwyczaić, a było cicho, czysto, spało się wygodnie a woda cieplutka pod prysznicem. Bardzo miła obsługa, komunikacja po angielsku, no i można zostawić bagaż przy wymeldowaniu. Jak ktoś nie szuka luksusu, to czego więcej trzeba?

• Bernadeth (9/5): Great location, kind hosts, clean apartment! Great value to stay! - Area is very central, it is near the temple night market and MTR. It is veey easy to locate and there’s a lot of shops within the areas. Hosts are very kind, responsive and super helpful. The room is small as usual in HK, but it is very clean. Not much, typical toilet and bath in one place is very common in HK.

• Oliver (8/5): Cheap , no frills functional and clean. - Very convenient location in Kowloon with simple decor, clean ,no frills facilities. Small fridge and effective air conditioning. Bed is small but sheets and linen are changed and ironed daily. Mattress is high density foam but comfortable. Lifts are functional (goods lift) and three different lifts separated by serving alternate floors. Long wait for lifts / seem to be under repair in 3 out of 7 days I stayed. Shame no microwave available to re heat cold food. Bought my own 2 in 1 instant coffee mix as only camomile teas available - not a problem as supermarket within 10 mins slow walk along Jordan Road .
• Jennifer (10/5): Quintessentially Hong Kong! Clean, safe and wonderfully located. - Good Fortune Inn was perfect for me. As an expat who lived in HK for 15 years, I wanted to stay somewhere quintessentially ‘Hong Kong’. The Good Fortune Inn is this place. Iconically located, the building houses locals, has great food available all around and is super clean, comfortable and convenient. I’m happy to have found somewhere to stay on my return trips to HK. Some practical tips- 1. The Inn is located on the 5th floor. The lifts are easy and convenient. Be aware that although a stairwell is also available, several floors have not been maintained to the same standard as Good Fortune Inn. 2. The wet toilet /shower is very common in HK. Although a little tricky if you’ve never used one, there is a technique. Embrace the experience! 3. Kam and her husband are so hard working, obliging and happy to welcome their guests. They service the rooms daily! The room, bathroom, linen and floors are spotless. Could not fault their very high standards. 4. I felt very safe and comfortable as a single woman traveling alone. Security is excellent with 3 doors to unlock before entering your room. Absolutely nothing

La chambre est petite, comme indiqué dans l'annonce et sur les photos. Salle d'eau privative fonctionnelle. La chambre est très propre. La literie est confortable.. Les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et à l'écoute de nos besoins . Malgré l'activité extérieure, la chambre est très calme Réfrigérateur et bouilloires mis à disposition commune. Rien. Nous savions chambre petite.
