- Mila (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage - War alles super! Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick ist wunderschön und die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Geschehen, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Božo und Jelena war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben mir die neuen, frischen Badetücher – solche Details machen den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein paar Teebeutel wären noch schön gewesen.

The host was super friendly and responded quick no matter the time of day. My room was on the 4th floor, so if stairs are an issue then this might not be for you, but if stairs are an issue then Dubrovnik probably isn't the city for you either.

- Fatih (10/5): Si jamais je retourne à Dubrovnik, je logerai au même endroit. - La proximité, vous êtes au cœur de la vieille ville, on a eu notre chambre tôt le matin et même le jour de départ, on l’a gardé jusqu’à 12h. Vous avez des restaurants juste devant, la vue sur la cathédrale. La salle de bain nickel, se qu’il fallait. La laiterie agréable … On aurai aimé avoir un micro-ondes.

- Lisa (8/5): Die Unterkünfte wäre perfekt wenn die Fenster richtig dicht wären und man dann gut schlafen könnte, die Lage ist perfekt - Die Lage war super Zentral & schön eingerichtet & eine super Aussicht. Die Fenster waren leider nicht so dicht, es war super laut und man konnte meistens erst ab 1 / 2 Uhr Nachts schlafen, wenn die Bars/ Restaurants geschlossen waren, sonst war eine enorme Lautstärke.

Chambre très peu lumineuse (petite fenêtre très haute), sans vue vers l’extérieur! Il pourrait y avoir plus de sécurité pour l’accès. Porte au RDC de l’immeuble toujours ouverte, seul moyen de sécurité la clé de la chambre.

- AJ (10/5): Amazing place to stay, amazing location and amazing helpful people! - I really enjoyed staying at this apartment while in Dubrovnik ☺️. The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious, very clean and has everything you need… iron, ironing board, extra towels, and a washing machine and dryer that came really handy before I left Dubrovnik to head to my next destination. The location is perfect! It is located right behind the cathedral and it is surrounded by restaurants/ bars, gelato shops, and markets. Most of all, Ana and Jelena were soo helpful! The respond really fast and they helped with an important matter when I left. Unfortunately I left a necklace that my best friend gifted me and I always have it everywhere I go. They quickly acted on looking for it and is now mailing me the necklace. That’s is amazing service, I can’t thank you both for your kindness Ana and Jelena. I will always recommend this place and will always stay here from now on if I am in Dubrovnik. ☺️👍

- G Traveler (10/5): Wonderful location in the Old City with comfortable beds and great city views. - This location was fantastic in the heart of the old city and minutes from all the action but tucked away in a quiet cozy location. Yes, there are stairs...and yes, there is some noise from the coffee bar and restaurants down below but that is part of the wonderful charm of staying inside the Old City walls! We loved walking around, enjoying a coffee downstairs and a glass of wine in the evening while people watching. The owner was very helpful in coordinating taxi service from the airport and assisting us with our late luggage arrival. We will definitely stay here again in the future! The AC and shower pressure worked great!

Knowing that we were arriving late due to flight delays, they went out of their way and arranged their driver to come get us. - Shauna (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great in the Old Town. The room was very clean with good air conditioning. The shower was one of the best ones we used throughout our time in Europe. The ceiling had low beams that made the usable space in the room much smaller. There were 4 flights of stairs that would make it tough to use with large luggage or if you had difficulty with stairs. There was a bar with loud, live music next to the apartment but it didn't bother us.

Also communication and the location (super central Dubrovnik old town, yet quiet at night) was great. the place could have been a tad cleaner and we were somewhat underwhelmed by the room. And while communication with Jelena was exceptional, we had somehow expected that there would have been a personal encounter / reception desk / something like that. It felt a bit transactional.

- Bruna (7/5): Good, though a real door in the bathroom would make it better - The room is very comfortable. The towels are the best I’ve ever gotten in a hotel, so fluffy. Location is excellent in the old town. We could have very early checkin, which was great. Noise from downstairs bars, but we could still sleep. Many stairs - 4th floor with no elevator. Better keep it in mind. The bathroom door does not close and keeps a constant gap. We can see the person inside it, and of course hear everything. You better be comfortable with the person you’re staying with in order to use it.

- Maheen (6/5): Easy access to restaurants and City historic sites. - The location of the property was good. It had easy access to all the gates and entry into the walled city. The rooms were clean and communication with the property manager via text was easy. The shower leaked water our making the bathroom floor wet. There is no daily room cleaning as it is used like an Airbnb, however for the price, you only get a room. Extra towels were provided but upon request. Staying for a longer period of time can be uncomfortable and the apartment is located on the third floor.

- Anna (8/5): Good location & views, clean but basic apartment - Clean, quirky apartment with fantastic views of the old town and helpful hosts, really good location in the centre of the old town (there was lots of stairs for those with mobility issues but wasn’t a problem for us). Shower was powerful but drain couldn’t handle the amount of water so flooded the first night, managed to sort this with spare towels available after contacting the host, but the damp towels left for a few days created a bit of a smell. Overall I think it was overpriced for the size of the room.

There’s no door in shower cabin so after taking shower the floor in bathroom is full of water 3. Poor amenities in the room (even no bottle of water) 4. There are only glasses and tea cups in the room, so if you want to buy fruit or something to eat there are no plates, forks or spoons 5. There is no elevator. You cannot expect elevator in the building that was made in medieval times. However, no one will assist you with luggage as well, so be ready to carry it to the top by yourself

- Elide (10/5): Great stay in heart of Old town! - Jelena was super helpful with messages and photos of how to get to place. Allowed for earlier check in which was very helpful. I did not mind the stairs to the apartment. Jelena was helpful with all information which was handy. Perfect location and loved staying at the property. Shower fills up fast but not really an issue just press the button to stop and start, noticed someone else also mention this as well.

The check-in process of the keys left in the room didn’t feel the safest. The stairwell of the building was dark and there wasn’t adequate signage to make finding the room initially easy.

Of course, there are lots of stairs once you get into the building. The room was modern and nicely designed with a fun view. The bed was comfortable. However, the reset of the building, including the utility room directly outside our room, was not well kept or nice. This accommodation is basically a fun small room located at the top of an otherwise unremarkable and slightly dingy building. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, talkative and met us outside the city walls in order to lead us directly to the room. That was helpful. However, when we entered the building, he offered no help as he watched my wife struggle to carry her bags all the way to the top of the stairs. I don't think security is a big issue in Dubrovnik - it's all rich tourists. But there was no lock to get into the building and there was no lock to get into the utility room that lead to our room. Our individual room did have a lock.

The location is completely brilliant, right in the centre of the Old Town. All the notable sights are within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful view over the lively square and up to the city walls and the cable cars. And our room was really pretty with the best shower we had in Croatia. Loved it! Nothing

Everything was within walking distance and very accessible Nothing, the property was lovely and clean and comfortable with a lot of character. Everything was in perfect working order.
- Noble (9/5): Great apartment, clean, tidy and helpful staff. - Great location within Old Town, close to the harbour and restaurants but quiet enough at night, Jelena and Bozo were both very helpful and we were able to check in at 12.30 which was good after an early flight A few stairs, but fine for most people

- Mia (9/5): Very convenient stay in the centre of Dubrovnik. - Pros- Great location. In the middle of a main square in Dubrovnik. Host was very helpful and accommodating, giving lots of recommendations. Beautiful rooftop views across Dubrovnik. Cosy feel to it with modern decor and comfy bed. Cons- There was live music in the square at night time which was lovely but too loud some nights and interrupted sleep. The window wouldn’t bolt right in to block out the sound, so this could be improved although we appreciate this is not entirely the host’s fault. The shower was great but there was quite a small drainage hole meaning it overfilled quite quickly. There were only two bed sheets provided. I personally feel the cold really easily and would have perhaps liked a duvet or thin blanket. In summary, the good far outweighed the bad, but just little things that would improve the overall stay.
- Mara (8/5): Great spot - Great location, very well appointed and clean. Fourth floor wish we had beep allowed to keep bags on lower level the second day when we went touring. At the end of the day I had to go up and bring down the bags. My husband has a heart condition and I didn’t want him to do it.
- Carroll (7/5): Pleasant central place to stay. - Rooms were newly renovated, clean and fresh. Bed very comfortable. There was a lovely view out of the high window and it was centrally located in old town. The property was difficult to find, no signage on door, and poorly lit. There were no lights in internal staircase. Appartment was on 3rd floor with no elevator which will be difficult with heavy suitcases. It also had low sloping ceilings so easy to knock your head and no good if your are tall. There was no plates/ bowls in rooms, (but there was cutlery) and there was no service during our 3 day stay.

Would recommend to a friend based on it's great location. - The location was great - right in the centre of Dubrovnik Old Town so we had our pick of all of the restaurants to eat at each night. About a 10/15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The accomodation was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was great and had shampoo/shower gel. The air con was also great and very much needed in the 35 degree heat! Like other reviews state - there are a lot of stairs to get to the room, which is something to bare in mind when you have lots of luggage. We were a little disappointed with there was no tea/coffee/water in the room, but we just went to a local supermarket. The most annoying thing was that there was a loud humming noise constantly in our room - thank goodness I brought ear plugs because I couldn't have slept through it. It was more annoying in the day, we had to play music to drown out the noise.

They were so helpful helping me find the place. The room and bathroom were so clean, comfortable, and modern. The location was amazing, in the center of old town Dubrovnik and walking distance from everything. I was also pleasantly surprised with how good the air conditioning worked. I highly recommend staying here!
- Jessica (10/5): Perfect location in the centre of town - Excellent location! Rooms were beautifully decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Lots of stairs to the apartment (which is a little hard with a large suitcase!) but easy enough with a smaller case or travel bag.
