• Damián Villaseñor (10/5): A 7 minutos caminando del tram - La ubicación estuvo muy bien: a unos 7 minutos caminando desde la parada del tram Mpaknana (tram número 6). Esta línea del tram la puedes tomar desde la plaza principal de Syntagma, donde llega el metro 3 (el que te lleva al aeropuerto de Eleftherios). Además también estaba como a 5 minutos caminando de la parada de autobús que te lleva a la playa de Kalimaki (buses 550 o A2). El barrio donde está ubicado se llama Neos Kosmos, al inicio de la impresión de estar medio descuidado (calles en reparación, muchos coches estacionados a ambos lados y un titipuchal de gatos), pero después nos dimos cuenta que podíamos estar caminado a las 12 de la noche en plena calle y era muy seguro. Inclusive en la esquina nos tocó un árbol de bugambilias muy bonito en plena floración. El anfitrión fue muy amable, ya que nosotros llegamos a las 11 am (y el check in era a las 2 PM), y aún así tocamos el timbre, él nos abrió como en 5 minutos, y pudimos dejar nuestras maletas adentro. El lugar contaba con una cocina limpia, cubiertos, refrigerador, jabón de platos y cubiertos. También tenía secadora, plancha y en cada cama teníamos una toalla para las manos y otra para el cuerpo. Las camas fueron muy cómodas puesto que nos quedamos dormidos aunque pusimos la alarma para levantarnos temprano. Las llaves fueron de esas electrónicas que abren las puertas por contacto, no tuvimos llaves de las de metal, pero nunca tuvimos ningún problema. A veces, cuando había más gente, teníamos que esperar para usar el baño, pero nunca fue demasiado tiempo. Además uno puede subir al piso de arriba para usar el baño del segundo conjunto de apartamentos.

• Paweł (10/5): Tani i wygodny nocleg blisko centrum ns drodze do Pireusu. - To nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu.Widać, że obiekt został gruntownie i elegancko wyremontowany i ma całkowicie nowe wyposażenie.Ale z balkonu nadal widać Akropol:) Blisko też do Lidla gdzie można zrobić szybkie zakupy.Niedaleko są dwie stacje metra- Neos Kosmos i Sigrou Fix.Oraz przystanki autobusów do centrum i Pireusu. W sumie to, że musiałem wynająć ten nocleg- promy na Hydrę nie kursowały z powodu sztormu. Ale za to zwiedziliśmy muzea Akropolis i Benaki:)
• Emil Andrzej (9/5): Dobry obiekt na krótki pobyt w świetnej cenie - Na weekend świetne miejsce. Ma kuchnię z wyposażeniem, były nawet owoce do zjedzenia. Super przyjazny personel. Pan otworzył nam w środku nocy, wszystko wytłumaczył. Stare budownictwo, na dłuższy pobyt zapewne męczące.
• Amra (9/5): Very good place - Rooftop terrace with great views, friendly and hospitable people who are always there to help, bars restaurants supermarkets all nearby, metro and bus close to the place, safe area, clean house and well maintained, balcony, calm in the room everything works properly, kitchen to use with many equipment There could be some chairs and desks or so to sit on the balcony or rooftop to be able to have a coffee or something else and enjoy the views, 1 bathroom for multiple rooms with strangers makes it wait sometimes and unhygienic

Сам хостел має все потрібне, щоб було зручно - повністю обладнана кухня (плита, холодильник, чайник, все необхідне для приготування їжі, посуд), в прекрасному робочому стані санвузол і душова, зручні ліжка в кімнаті, чиста білизна, достатньо простору для чотирьох дорослих, достатньо розеток в кімнаті Давно не бачила такого зливу (треба потягнути за мотузку, а бачок в стелі або у вентиляційній шахті і його не видно), у нас таке було 50 років тому, молодь взагалі не розуміла, де злив)) Загалом, це не вплинуло на якість проживання

• Mariia (7/5): Overall, out of all the four rooms in the guest house, I think we got the worse. However, it is a good option for its pr - We really liked the location. Neighbourhood is convenient, there are 2 supermarkets 5 min away each. The transport system is great, you have a chance to get almost anywhere without layovers. The staff is helpful and cheerful The photo on booking is a bit outdated. The room is okay itself but the walls are a little shabby. There is no rubbish bin. Also the room is without a mirror and a table. The internet connection is quite poor and shut down perpetually. Additionally, it wasn’t fully cleaned (some hairs on the sheet and floor, dusty wardrobe and radiator). The kitchen has all the necessary tools, cutlery and dishes, however the refrigerator is stinky (it lacks some containers specifically for each room)

• Irati (5/5): Arreglos pendientes - El padre del dueño quién nos hizo el check in y check out es muy agradable y nos hizo alguna sugerencia para comer en la zona. Sería bueno hacer algunos arreglos en el alojamiento: La persiana está rota y a partir de las 18:30 que se hace de noche no hay privacidad en la habitación. El baño no está muy limpio y un baño único para un máximo de 11 personas no es suficiente. La cerradura de la puerta no va bien y se atasca. Si no cierras la puerta con llave se abre de par en par y al abrir con llave se atasca y te quedas encerrado hasta que consigues abrirla.
• Lena (1/5): Awful first impression! - The day before my stay I messaged the property, asking if I could drop off my bag a few hours before check-in. I received a message back :" Yes, just ring the doorbell". When I showed up the next morning, I was being treated very coldly and told that check-in doesn't start until 14.00, as if we did not have an agreement. I had to insist in order for him to grudgingly "agree" to let me drop off my bag. Then he tried to charge me extra money for it! Of course I refused to pay anything for this, since it was not a part of our agreement. Then he proceeded to check me in, since the room was actually ready! This was right after he just tried to squeeze a few Euros out of me to keep my bag until check-in. I am disgusted by people like this.

• Young (10/5): Modest hotel, angel of a host. - The host is called Sergei. A very lovely Greek & Ukrainian man that we adore and think is very sweet. Sure, there is a bit of mold (seems to not affect anything too much) and the building is a little bit worn down - but frankly for the price. You get to use a little kitchen with everything you need to cook with; everyone is friendly within and no issues with complaints or disrespect. Honestly, if you’re a regular traveller and not a family of 4/5 expecting perfection, this is a perfect place. We love you Sergei, when we come back we’re only staying there. - If anyone is ever mean to Sergei we wish them eternal bad luck and misfortune - that man is an angel. Yours truly ~ the one who can speak a little Ukrainian and the one who can’t. Dyakuyu It’s an awkward (but not long) walk to nearby subway stations etc and isn’t in the greatest of areas, as well as that we would have preferred for the balcony to be clean and have chairs & table so we wouldn’t have to awkwardly eat in the middle of the kitchen.

Apart from the room and kitchen, which were almost okay and matched the photos (the room was slightly dirty and the windows were leaky) When we went into the bathroom, we were shocked by what we saw. The floor was dirty, there was a lot of mould in the corner of the wall, and the toilet looked like it was from the 1960s. The only smell in the bathroom was urine. Inside the toilet shelf there was an old hairbrush, and the entire shelf was covered in dust.The bathroom was a joke and MUST be renovated by the owner.

• Wojciech (10/5): Ateny w bardzo przystępnej cenie i dobre zaopiekowanie - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w cichym osiedlu Aten. Blisko supermarket znanej sieci. Gospodarz obiektu bardzo uczynny. Zaprowadził mnie wieczorem na taras, by pokazać Ateny i Akropol nocą. Udzielił wielu cennych wskazówek co do zwiedzania miasta jak i wyjazdu na plażę. Pokój duży, z balkonem i oknem na ulicę. No i niesamowicie przystępna cena. Nie mam uwag.

And he recommended a lot of good places and food around the area. The price is reasonable and far beyond our expectations. The unit is very vintage style, old but clean. The location is very good. Safe and quiet. Overall it was a very good experience, we really love the place. We went during winter. The bathroom heater seemed not working, the floor was a bit cold.

Dostępność kuchni. Nocleg dobry na krótki pobyt jeśli i tak wracamy do pokoju tylko na spanie. Widać, że mieszkanie dawno nie było odświeżane, poniszczony sprzęt, pęknięcia w ścianach, stare meble oraz okna. Bardzo mała łazienka z niskim sufitem, gdzie wyższa osoba nie jest w stanie się wyprostować. Podczas naszego pobyty został również wyrwany zamek z drzwi do bloku to powodowało, że człowiek nie czuł się super bezpiecznie.

• ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ (4/5): - Είναι φτηνό. Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή. Υπάρχουν επιλογές για φούρνο, super-market, και snack-bar πολύ κοντά. Είναι παλιό σπίτι και όχι ανακαινισμένο. Με ξύλινα κουφώματα που δεν κλείνουν. Με κατεστραμμένα παντζούρια. Με την κλασική μυρωδιά των παλιών σπιτιών. Η κοινόχρηστη τουαλέτα μάλλον δεν είναι καλή ιδέα.
