• Ankit (9/5): Excellent and great value for money at prime location. - The host is super nice, we were late for check in but he waited for us till late night and as soon as we arrived very enthusiastically greeted us and gave a lot of helpful info to make our trip memorable. Apartment had nice hall and small but sufficient attached kitchen with microwave, which we used to heat up our food. It was quite as well along with great location, a bit far from old town though but there is a bus stop very close by. Parking is also provided, however the space is quite tight so you have to be very careful to not hit the vehicles on main road but the fact that you have your own parking place in Dubrovnik is a very big plus. The view from the room is best as said in other reviews so you cant beat that! We were a bit hesitant from other reviews about bathroom but it looked ok to us overall. The only thing I would add is exhaust as the smell of bathroom/toilet was all over in the apartment. However, we did not have a lot of problem since we were out of the apartment for most of the time.
• Karthik (9/5): Amazing! - The locaiton and the view from the balcony was fabulous. We were alloted room no 3, we lietrally could view the entire coast line and the dock, also we got to witness amazing sunsets every evening. Most importantly the host was very informative and helpful, was avaliable and happy to help anytime. The climb upstairs was a hazzle, around 580 steps. But, climbing down was pretty easy with the fantastic view. It is advisable to take Uber form the airport as it is cheaper than the airport taxis which are double the price.

Very worth for the price :) The owner, zijo, was extremely helpful and friendly! answered all our questions and if anything was wrong, he immediately came to fix it. The location was great, although it was abit of a walk to the old town, the view really makes up for it :) Would come back to stay here again ☺️

Si vous êtes à pied il y aura de nombreuses marches à monter pour rejoindre l’établissement depuis la gare routière.

• Natalia (10/5): Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen - Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war phänomenal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte via WhatsApp und war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Es gibt drei Parkplätze, die sich an einer vielbefahrenen Umgehungsstraße in den Bergen befindet. Das ein und Ausparken ist daher etwas schwerer. Das Bad ist gegenüber dem Zimmer über den Flur. Jedes Zimmer hat zwar sein eigenes Bad, aber man muss immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen.

• helen (3/5): - The communal balcony is only very small with one chair and table but the view is lovely. The host was very helpful, citymapper doesn’t work in Dubrovnik so I couldn’t have figured out the transport without him he was very helpful with the buses and getting from the airport to the apartment and the bus into town. The property is well located for getting the bus to the old town, and provided you’re fit and able to handle the many many steps you can walk straight down to the marina. Aircon and wifi. The single room is a bit small and grim if you’re a solo traveller staying for quite a few days, the mat given to me for the bathroom was a dog food mat not a bath mat, and the shower isn’t attached to the wall you have to shower holding it. The window is next to someone else’s door so had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. I noticed a bit of a smell as well. The bed only had one pillow and a sheet and wasn’t comfortable.

We have stayed in Venice and had a roof top terrace overlooking the canal and this tops that …price tag in Venice over £1500 for 5 days The room was basic but larger than most. Plenty of space for hanging of clothes. Bedside cabinets and fridge freezer in the room Yes your bathroom is opposite your room but it’s 2 steps away with your own key..probably your one at home is further away than this. Hospitality just amazing The truth is that there is nothing wrong with this property. But beware that there are steps going down to the property as to get the amazing view your up high so just keep this in mind.

Calm and peaceful atmosphere in the property. The facilities are OK. Sleeping lamp/side bed light not suitable(too bright). The bathroom not super-clean(needs a professional touch). Dust under the beds. It would be nice to have a pressing iron in the rooms. No drop off/pick up space(difficult for most taxis). WIFI password could be pasted in each room. The uphill steps(420) back from Ul. Andrije back if you are not coming home with a taxi.

Kitchen had everything you need. The bus is like a 5 minute walk and you can get to the Old Town in 15 minutes.

OW, you get your own room, shower, bed, etc. Located on highway with many stairs nearby down to beach. I arrived late in dark at 8PM, but manager welcomed me in and treated me great at all times.

The place i - The accommodation is located high up on the hill overlooking the entire harbor and it is a great building / place to stay- with everything you need. The complex that you stay in has a common area that is cozy. We stayed in room number 2, and had the most magical view from the room's balcony. Private bathroom across the hall. We are incredible pleased with our days/nights stayed here

• Franke (5/5): This accomodation felt more like a hostel experience, with a private room and semi-private bathroom. The host was very f - Great view. Room had an aircon and personal fridge and there was a decent shared kitchen with all the utensils we needed to cook or make lunches for the day. The host was very friendly and informative. He provided good tips for exploring the city, and was always available if we needed him. Cleanliness. At first glance it looks clean and neat. The bed sheets were clean, except for the blankets that had blood stains on them and looked 20 years old. I believe it was washed, but seeing the condition of the blankets made us uncomfortable. And the white sheet was not wide/big enough for two people to sleep under (two single beds next to eachother). The bathroom could be cleaner, especially the shower - there was still mold and hair on the shower walls. And the place where you put the soaps was not clean. The towels were also very old, but luckily clean. In general, the photos of the accomodation makes it look more pleasant than reality. The private bathroom was also connected with a shared hallway, which made it difficult if you wanted to get dressed after showering - the bathroom had very little airflow and was very hot/damp.
